Specialiųjų poreikių asmenų ugdymas bei integracija į visuomenę - galimybė jaunam žmogui tapti maksimaliai savarankišku bendruomenės nariu ir išvengti socialinės atskirties ir skurdo. Profesinėse mokyklose siekiama ne tik išmokinti profesijos, bet ir parengti nežymiai sutrikusio intelekto mokinį savarankiškam gyvenimui. Pedagogai teoretikai ir praktikai teigia, kad specialiųjų poreikių jaunuoliai, baigę profesines mokyklas ir įsigiję specialybę, sunkiai adaptuojasi darbo rinkoje ir visuomenėje, nesugeba savarankiškai gyventi. Problema: darbe analizuojama specialiųjų poreikių jaunų suaugusių verslumo kompetencijos ugdymo problematika. Tyrimo objektas: specialiųjų poreikių jaunų suaugusiųjų verslumo kompetencijos ugdymas. Tyrimo tikslas: nustatyti specialiųjų poreikių jaunų suaugusiųjų verslumo kompetencijos ugdymo ypatumus. Professional schools aim not only to teach the profession, but also to prepare the student of slightly unsettled intellect for the independent life. Theoreticians and practical teachers state that the youth with special needs, after finishing the professional schools and acquiring the specialties, difficultly adapt in the labor market and in the society; they are not able to live independently. The Master's Thesis is focused on business plan, concretely on founding of a new tour operator for people with special needs. First part describes principles of business plan, tourism, issues regarding tour operators and defines tourism for all (accessible tourism). Practical part concerns creation of business plan itself. The purpose is to describe tour operator, analyze tourism industry, the competition and segment. The thesis is focused on marketing and finance plans as well (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account and Cash Flow statement included). It is concluded with SWOT and risk analysis and the visions to the future.

Darbe atlikta teorinė nežymiai sutrikusio intelekto mokinių skaičių ir skaičiavimo mokymo taikant aktyvaus mokymosi metodus analizė. Iškelta hipotezė, kad aktyvaus mokymosi metodų taikymas ugdant nežymiai sutrikusio intelekto mokinius gali padėti jiems pasiekti aukštesnių matematikos mokymosi pasiekimų. Anketavimo ir testavimo metodais buvo atliktas tyrimas, kurio tikslas – nustatyti aktyvaus mokymosi metodų poveikį III klasės nežymiai sutrikusio intelekto mokinių skaičių ir skaičiavimo gebėjimams. Atlikta aprašomosios statistikos duomenų analizė. Tyrime dalyvavo 10 nežymiai sutrikusio intelekto III klasės mokinių. Empirinėje dalyje nagrinėjamas specialiųjų poreikių mokinių supratimas apie matematikos reikalingumą kasdieniame jų gyvenime; įtvirtinami numeracijos ir aritmetinių veiksmų atlikimo įgūdžiai. Svarbiausios empirinio tyrimo išvados: 1. Remiantis atliktų diagnostinių pjūvių (testavimo ir anketavimo metodais) prieš pradedant eksperimentinį darbą su eksperimentinės grupės mokiniais ir jį pabaigus rezultatais nustatyta, kad: visų eksperimentinės grupės mokinių matematikos testų rezultatai ženkliai pagerėjo. Sėkmingiausiai eksperimentinės grupės mokiniams sekėsi atlikti skaičių numeracijos tematiką atitinkančias užduotis. Tuo tarpu kontrolinės grupės mokinių testavimo rezultatai taip ženkliai nesikeitė ir aukštesnių rezultatų pasiekė ne visi grupės mokiniai. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / In the Master’s thesis there was performed a theoretical analysis of teaching numbers and counting to the slightly mentally retarded students by applying the techniques of active learning. There was raised a hypothesis, that an application of the techniques of active learning in the education of the slightly mentally retarded students can help them achieve higher outcomes in learning mathematics. There was performed a research aimed at ascertaining the influence of the techniques of active learning on the ability of numbers and counting of the III(rd) grade’s slightly mentally retarded students by using the methods of questionnaire and testing. There was performed an analysis of the descriptive statistical data. 10 slightly mentally retarded students of the III(rd) grade participated in the research. In the empirical part there was analysed the students’ with special needs understanding about the necessity of mathematics in their daily life, there was consolidated the skills in performing numbering and arithmetical operations. Legal regulation of the status of persons with special needs in the EU Asylum directives (Abstract) By the very nature of their status, applicants for international protection and recognized refugees are among the most vulnerable persons. Within this group, there is also a subgroup of persons with special problems, risks and needs that make them even more vulnerable. This subgroup of persons with special needs is provided special protection within the Common European Asylum System (CEAS). The foundation of this special protection consists of three legal acts commonly referred to as asylum directives - the Reception directive, the Qualification directive and the Procedural directive, adopted between 2003 and 2005 The legal status of persons with special needs is an important topic in the current discussion on the amendments to the Asylum directives and the general development of the CEAS system. Knowledge of legislation with the resulting disclosure of such information, will bring benefits not only to their own people with such needs and their families, but also contribute to the improvement of professionals with whom they are related. In the survey, the main objective was to identify the informational needs of lawyers into law on the rights of persons with special needs (PSN). The survey characterized as being kind of exploratory and descriptive and analysis of the curriculum of the Law courses offered in the State of São Paulo. The methodological procedures involved the following steps: a) review of literature related to matters under consideration, that is, rights of PSN, Special Education and Information Science, for reasons of theoretical research; b) review of literature about the legislation targeted specifically at PSN considering it is the law of Brazil; c) analysis of the curriculum of the Law courses offered in the State of São Paulo to verity the existence of specific material regarding the rights of persons with special needs; d) organization and systematization of data, with a view to examining which will be done will be done in the light of theoretical reference; e)elaborate a proposal of specific material regarding the rights of persons with special needs to Law courses. At the end of the survey aims to: contribute to guaranteeing the rights of persons with special needs; promote integration between the areas of Information Science, Law and Special Education, seeking the production of knowledge qualified to help the lawyers a right to act in defense of the rights of persons with special needs. / Tratar dos direitos relacionados às pessoas com necessidades especiais (PNEs) é uma questão que compete não apenas aos profissionais da área do direito, mas à sociedade como um todo. O conhecimento da legislação e a conseqüente divulgação dessas informações trarão benefícios não apenas às próprias pessoas com tais necessidades e seus familiares, mas também contribuirão para o aprimoramento dos profissionais com os quais se relacionam. Na pesquisa realizada, o objetivo principal foi identificar as necessidades informacionais dos bacharéis em Direito quanto aos direitos das pessoas com necessidades especiais (PNEs) tendo como foco de análise a legislação e as grades curriculares dos cursos de direito no Estado de São Paulo. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como sendo do tipo exploratório e descritivo e os procedimentos metodológicos envolveram os seguintes passos: a) revisão de literatura relacionada à matéria em estudo, qual seja, direitos das PNEs e Educação Especial para fundamentação teórica da pesquisa; b) levantamento da legislação direcionada especificamente às PNEs, considerando-se a legislação do Brasil; c) análise das grades curriculares dos cursos de Direito oferecidos no Estado de São Paulo para verificação da existência de matéria específica direcionada aos direitos das PNEs; d) organização e sistematização dos dados obtidos, com vistas à análise realizada à luz do referencial teórico; e) elaboração de uma proposta de disciplina sobre o tema direcionada ao curso de Direito. Os resultados obtidos permitem oferecer contribuições para a garantia dos direitos das pessoas com necessidades especiais; promover a integração entre as áreas de Ciências Jurídicas e Educação Especial e Ciência da Informação, visando à produção de conhecimento qualificado para auxiliar os bacharéis em direito a atuarem na defesa dos direitos das pessoas com necessidades especiais.
