Previous issue date: 2002 / Resumo: Esta dissertação explora alguns significados da anistia no regime militar brasileiro conforme construídos pelos discursos dos "Movimentos de Anistia". Ao eleger o tema da anistia como objeto de pesquisa,estamos preocupadas em iluminar,a partir dos documentose manifestos dos "Movimentos de Anistia",basicamente três questões.A primeira delas remontaà definição da anistiaa partir das relações entre a ditadura e a sociedadecivil no processo distensionista. Sobre este aspecto,indagamos: uma vez que a anistia não era "ampla,geral e irrestrita",o que explicaria que ela tenha sido tratada como uma conquista? A análise dos significados desta luta nos levaria,então,a defender que luta pela anistia estava embasada
também por outras questões,que podem ser interpretadas como denotando a ampliação de seus próprios estatuto e conteúdo: através da observação do caráter da anistia reivindicada, podemos afirmar a capacidade agregadora do tema da anistia,que se definia sobretudo como uma "anistia do povo brasileiro". Destaf orma, além de reivindicarem a obtenção de uma "Lei de Anistia" e direitos civis e políticos que concretizassem a liberalização do regime político institucional,os "Movimentos de Anistia" participariam também da disseminação de uma nova linguagem de direitos na sociedade civil, o que dar-se-ia a partir da interação com outros atores,associações civis e movimentos sociais,que se articulavam na construção do debate e espaço públicos neste momento de questionamento da ordem autoritária.Este encontro entre as duas lutas vai ser buscada sobretudo a partir da análise das relações entre os movimentos de anistia e os movimentos de mulheres / Abstract: This dissertation explores some meanings of the amnesty in the Brazilian military regimen as constructed by the speeches of the "Movements of Amnesty"?When choosing the subject of the amnestyas research object, we are worried in illuminating,from documents and manifests of the "Movements of Amnesty",basically three questions.The first one of them retracesto the definition of the amnesty from the relations between the dictatorship and the civil society in the distensionist process. On this aspect,we inquire: a time that the amnestywasnot "ample,generaland unrestricted",what it wouldexplainthat it wastreated as a conquest?The analysis of the meanings of this fight in would take them,then, to defend that the fight for
the amnesty was also based by other questions,that can be interpreted as denoting the magnification of its own statute and content: through the comment of the character of the demanded amnesty, we can affirm the aggregative capacity of the subject of the amnesty, that if defined over ali as one "amnesty of the Brazilian people".Of this form, besides demanding the one attainment"Law of Amnesty"and civil laws and politicians who materialize the liberalization of the regimen institucional politician,the "Movements of Amnesty would also participateof the dissemination of a new language of rights in the civil society,what it would be given trom the interaction with other actors, civil associations and social movements,that articulated in the constructionof the public debate and space at this moment of questioning of the authoritarian order. This meeting between the two fights overali goes to be searched from the analysis of the relations between the movements of amnesty and the movements of women / Mestrado / Mestre em Ciência Política
