They experienced need for resources, cooperation, education and interpersonal and organizational safety and security. The need for resources included that public health nurses had to delegate because of lack of personnel and lack of time. Need for cooperation included organization, when problems arose when two principals were involved into drugs delegation. Need for education was about lack of knowledge, requests for skills upgrading, theoretical information, practical exercises, teaching methods and aids. Need for interpersonal safety and security included personnel awareness, communication, trust, and voluntariness. Need for organizational safety and security was about dose dispensing, quality assurance and planning.Conclusion.
