Music is a subject in the school where variation can be used to include all students. The purpose of this study is to find out how teachers in the subject of music vary their teaching regarding children with learning disabilities. The result gives an idea of how teachers choose to vary their teaching in order to gain a knowledge development among the students. This leads to how teachers think about individualized teaching and how this can be explored based on the syllabus. The discussion is a mapping with background, previous research, purpose and results. This is discussed with a focus on how the teachers, based on the syllabus and the pupils differences, plan their teaching.
