Previous issue date: 2016-02-19 / This is an exploratory study using the Rorschach method and analysis of modal verbs
and presentation of two clinical cases of patients who underwent bariatric surgery
because of obesity. As a result, we aimed to present the psychic functioning mode of
these patients. The four chapters describe this aim. In the first chapter, we made a
brief study of obesity, highlighting some important historical elements that marked the
culture of nutrition, obesity and body until we get to the question of corpolatria and the
emergence of bariatric surgery for obesity. In the second chapter, we psychoanalytic
conceptual exploration of the question of instinctual body. Then we note the
importance of impulses and unconscious processes and seek to conceptually analyze
the concepts of drive, projection, introjection and incorporation in feeding behavior and
construction of body image. also brought the contribution of the theory of modal verbs
for understanding the functioning of the human superego and its contribution to the
psychoanalytic clinic. In the third chapter we present the Rorschach method and body
image as an analysis axis along with the symbolic meaning of the boards for us as
well, in the last chapter of the work, we investigate two cases after bariatric surgery, in
conjunction with the use of the method of Rorschach. Through the study, we found that
our participants have a dynamic obsessional neurotic personality, very present in
obese patients and showed an improvement in corporeity after bariatric surgery. / O presente trabalho ?? um estudo explorat??rio realizado por meio do M??todo de
Rorschach e an??lise dos verbos modais e apresenta????o de dois casos cl??nicos de
pacientes que realizaram a cirurgia bari??trica por conta da obesidade. Como tal, teve
como objetivo apresentar o modo de funcionamento ps??quico desses pacientes. Os
quatro cap??tulos descrevem este fito. No primeiro cap??tulo, fizemos um breve estudo
da obesidade, explicitando alguns elementos hist??ricos importantes que marcaram a
cultura da alimenta????o, da obesidade e do corpo at?? chegarmos ?? quest??o da
corpolatria e o surgimento da cirurgia bari??trica para tratamento da obesidade. No
segundo cap??tulo, fizemos a explora????o conceitual psicanal??tica da quest??o do corpo
pulsional. Pudemos ent??o notar a import??ncia das impuls??es e dos processos
inconscientes e procuramos analisar conceitualmente os conceitos de puls??o,
proje????o, introje????o e incorpora????o no comportamento alimentar e na constru????o da
imagem corporal. Trouxemos tamb??m a contribui????o da teoria dos verbos modais para
o entendimento do funcionamento do Supereu humano e sua contribui????o para a
cl??nica psicanal??tica. No terceiro cap??tulo apresentamos o m??todo de Rorschach e a
imagem do corpo como eixo de an??lise juntamente com o significado simb??lico das
pranchas para podermos assim, no ??ltimo cap??tulo do trabalho, investigarmos dois
casos cl??nicos p??s cirurgia bari??trica, em articula????o com o uso do m??todo de
Rorschach. Por meio do estudo, constatamos que nossas participantes apresentam
uma din??mica de personalidade neur??tico obsessivo, muito presente em paciente
obesos e apresentaram uma melhoria na corporeidade ap??s a realiza????o da cirurgia
bari??trica.
