nÃo hà / A presente tese teve por objetivo analisar, à luz do marxismo ontolÃgico, a distinÃÃo existente entre a educaÃÃo para o trabalho, materializada no Programa Nacional de InclusÃo de Jovens: EducaÃÃo, QualificaÃÃo e AÃÃo ComunitÃria (ProJovem) e a educaÃÃo para a formaÃÃo humana. A escolha do referido Programa para anÃlise nÃo foi feita arbitrariamente, visto que, dentre outros destinados à educaÃÃo da juventude para o trabalho, este se constitui como um dos mais multifacetados e reveladores da aÃÃo reducionista do Estado burguÃs em funÃÃo dos interesses do capital. Neste contexto, questionou-se: em que consiste, numa perspectiva ontolÃgica, a distinÃÃo entre educaÃÃo para o trabalho do Estado burguÃs e a educaÃÃo para a formaÃÃo humana? No atual contexto, fez-se necessÃrio uma anÃlise crÃtica da aÃÃo educacional do Estado, que desvelasse a essÃncia do projeto de educaÃÃo para o trabalho do capital, destinado a jovens pobres e desempregados e considerados em situaÃÃo de vulnerabilidade social. O mÃtodo empregado no caminho da pesquisa foi o ontolÃgico histÃrico-social, com o objetivo de capturar a essÃncia do objeto, e analisar criticamente os limites impostos pelo capital à formaÃÃo da classe trabalhadora. A pesquisa se constituiu de estudo bibliogrÃfico e anÃlise documental. Em termos de pesquisa bibliogrÃfica, busca-se a apreensÃo da natureza ontolÃgica da relaÃÃo entre trabalho, educaÃÃo e formaÃÃo humana tomando como base fundamentos ontolÃgicos em Marx e LukÃcs; apresentando alguns elementos importantes para a recuperaÃÃo histÃrica da educaÃÃo nas sociedades de classes a partir de Ponce, Pistrak e Saviani; finalmente, abordando a questÃo da educaÃÃo para o trabalho no Estado burguÃs a partir de Marx e MÃszÃros. Quanto à pesquisa documental, desenvolve-se uma anÃlise crÃtica do ideÃrio de educaÃÃo encontrado no RelatÃrio Global sobre Aprendizagem e EducaÃÃo de Adultos (UNESCO, 2010), e dos objetivos do ProJovem. Conclui-se que o projeto de educaÃÃo do capital, executado pelo Estado burguÃs para a classe trabalhadora, distancia-nos cada vez mais das possibilidades de escolha pelo desenvolvimento de um processo educativo da juventude pobre na perspectiva da formaÃÃo humana. A saÃda encontrada pelo capital - em era de crise estrutural e desemprego estrutural â para paÃses com uma imensa massa da juventude pobre, nÃo à apenas educar a forÃa de trabalho para ser vendida ao capitalista, mas tambÃm preparar para o empreendedorismo individual, induzindo à conformaÃÃo com o desemprego e submissÃo ao subemprego no mercado informal. / The present thesis aims to analyze, in the light of ontological Marxism, the distinction between the education for work of the Bourgeois State, as spelled out in the âPrograma Nacional de InclusÃo de Jovens: EducaÃÃo, QualificaÃÃo e AÃÃo ComunitÃria - ProJovem - Urbanoâ (National Program for Youth Inclusion: Education, Qualification and Community Action) and the education for human formation. The selection of the above mentionned Program was not arbitrary, but based on the fact that, among other programs directed to youth education for work, ProJovem represents one of the most multifaceted and revealing actions of the Bourgeois State in favor of the capital. In this context the following question arises: from an ontological perspective, what is the distinction between education for work and education for humane formation? Under the current circumstances, it is necessary to critically analyze the State action as it refers to education, to reveal the essence of the capitalâs educational project addressed to the poor and unemployed youth which is said to be in a condition of vulnerability. The method chosen to trail this research is of an ontological and socio-historical nature, aiming to capture the essence of the subject, and, thus, explore the limits imposed by the capital to the formation of the working class. The research is developed through bibliographical review and documental analysis. In terms of the bibliographical research, we attempt to apprehend the ontological nature of the relation between labour, education and human formation in accordance with Marx (2007, 2013, 2015) and LukÃcs (2013); retrieving, with the support of Ponce, Pistrak and Saviani, some important elements related to the history of education in the context of class societies; and, finally, approaching the question of education for work in the Bourgeois State, from the point of view of Marx and MÃszÃros. As for the documental research, we developed a critical analysis of the educational ideology expressed in the Global Monitoring Report on Learning and Education for Adults (UNESCO, 2010) and the objectives of the ProJovem Program. We conclude that the capitalâs project of education, executed by the Bourgeois State, for the working class distance ourselves ever more from the possibilities of choice for the development of an educational process in the perspective of human formation. The capitalâs solution â in a time of structural crisis and structural unemployment â for countries with a huge number of poor youngsters, is not only to educate the labour force to be sold to the capitalist, but also to prepare for the individual entrepreneurship, inducing the conformation with unemployment and submission to the underemployment in the informal market.
