O concern para Winnicott em di?logo com Melanie Klein

This concept was developed by the author in order to emphasize positive aspects in the phenomenon described by Melanie Klein under the name depressive position; For Winnicott something is lost when we import the psychiatry the term depression to describe an achievement that belongs to the natural ripening process of the human being. To note the progress that Winnicott proposes in his own description of the depressive position were read by means of a critical analysis, the main author of the texts relating to the phenomenon in question, seeking to relate them to his work, that of Melanie Klein as well as the principal authors of these commentators. Winnicott's ideas related to this process, in its broadest and indicating that such a development is an extension of what already done by Klein, feature is that this takes place in a dual (parent-child) relationship, previous, so the complex Oedipus and forms the basis of constructive deed. A crafted hypothesis in this study is that Winnicott, to develop a theory of development, which is described as a function of the ego and its constant tendency towards integration, as well as noting the fundamental importance of the mother-infant relationship, eventually expanding theories that are a function of ID or instinct (both in-phase and positions) and offers the possibility to describe the stage of concern as the time integration of instinctual life, the ability to observe, in health, the development of be constructive, communicative, social - in this context, with the instinctual to his service, the service life of the ego - and, in sickness, provides us with a theory that helps understanding, acting on, and the possibility of prevention, pathologies associated with depressed mood . / Este trabalho, uma pesquisa de natureza te?rica, visa esclarecer as considera??es de Winnicott sobre a fase do concern. Tal conceito foi desenvolvido pelo o autor com o intuito de ressaltar aspectos positivos no fen?meno descrito por Melanie Klein sob a denomina??o posi??o depressiva; para Winnicott algo se perde ao importarmos da psiquiatria o termo depress?o para descrevermos uma conquista que pertence ao processo natural de amadurecimento do ser humano. A fim de notar os avan?os que Winnicott prop?e em sua descri??o pr?pria da posi??o depressiva foram lidos, por meio de uma an?lise cr?tica, os principais textos do autor relativos ao fen?meno em quest?o, buscando relacion?-los a sua obra, a de Melanie Klein bem como dos principais comentadores destes autores. As ideias de Winnicott correspondentes a este processo, em sua caracter?stica mais ampla e, indicando que tal desenvolvimento representa uma amplia??o daquilo j? feito por Klein, ? que este se d? em uma rela??o dual (m?e-beb?), anterior, portanto, ao complexo de ?dipo e constitui a base do fazer construtivo. Some aspects of Oscar Wilde´s life history were extracted from his biograpy by Daniel Salvatore Schiffer and from Tzvetan Todorov´s book Les Aventuriers de la Absolu to illuminate the the same problematic of the difficulty to enter in the work of mourning, leading to melancholy and to the empoverishment of creativity. The mourning ellaboration process and the kleinian theory of the depressive position were closely related to symbolization and to creativity, through the kleinian theory of positions and through the work of Hanna Segal and Ronald Britton / Esta é uma pesquisa a respeito dos processos de luto e melancolia, dos desafios que surgem à elaboração de lutos e perdas, e da resistência ao envelhecimento e a passagem do tempo. Foi inspirada na teoria psicanalítica e na leitura do romance O Retrato de Dorian Gray de Oscar Wilde, e de seu personagem principal, Dorian Gray, que não aceitava envelhecer. Alguns aspectos da vida de Oscar Wilde foram extraídos de sua biografia, escrita por Daniel Salvatore Schiffer e do livro de Tzvetan Todorov, A beleza salvará o mundo: Wilde, Rilke e Tsvetaeva: os aventureiros do absoluto, para iluminar a mesma problemática de inibição do luto, conduzindo à melancolia e ao empobrecimento da criatividade. A origem do pensar e de todo funcionamento psíquico está no processo de transformação das experiências sensoriais e emocionais, que dominam o início da vida, em símbolos. O símbolo é a unidade elementar que forma o tecido da fantasia e estabelece a relação com o mundo de significados compartilhados. Seus precursores encontram-se nas experiências intersubjetivas iniciais de sintonia afetiva, emergência do senso de eu e de outro e atenção compartilhada, que permitem a constituição das fronteiras psíquicas, fundamentais para o desenvolvimento da capacidade de simbolizar. / [en] The symbolic function is the aspect that makes the difference between the animal world and the human world. The origins of thinking and of psychic functioning are in the process of transforming the sensory and emotional experiences that dominate early life, into symbols. The symbol is the elementary unit that constructs the base of fantasy and permits the child´s entry into the social/ cultural world. Their precursors are in the early intersubjective experiences of affective engagement, the emergence of self-and- other´awareness and attention sharing that permit the construction of psychic frontiers, which are the foundations for the development of the symbolic capacity.

Also, it runs through a fundamental psychic phenomenon of a specific symbiotic quality, capable of a high degree of regenerative and/or constitutive parts of the self. This paper is justified by the fact that more and more the psychoanalytic process has been seen as a result of the pair s interpenetration (transference/ countertransference) and for what is stimulated in the analyst as knowledge about his/her patient psychodynamics. Some clinical hypotheses have been put forward to explain the occurrences of phenomena that are analogous to a kind of immersion in affectionate dimensions of low awareness but necessary to achieve a deep affectionate interaction that would keep symbiotic fusion fantasies. Seven topics are highlighted in order to corroborate to the institution of a link that could support this symbiotic process and the intensity of the emotions present on it: comprehension, love, confidence, loss, truth, companionship and closeness X distance. Results of this research related to clinical aspects are the maternal holding function, as an integrating experience that follows and supports moments of turbulence, a kind of safety net under the trapeze offering security and also the phenomenon of a symbiosis as a fundamental constitutive part of the psychism. This development of the libido previous to the PS ↔ D oscillation could be part of the same dynamics and then, would be turned into a three-part circulation process: symbiotic, disintegrated, integrated / O objetivo do trabalho é discutir o que acontece na experiência do encontro analítico, na qual gera-se algo com potencial de mudança e crescimento e qual o tipo de ligação que o favorece. Discorre, também, sobre um fenômeno psíquico fundamental, de uma qualidade definida, simbiótica, capaz de um alto grau regenerador e/ou constitutivo do self. Justifica-se por ser o processo psicanalítico, cada vez mais, entendido como o produto da interpenetração do par (transferencial/ contratransferencial) e daquilo que é suscitado no analista como forma de conhecimento sobre a dinâmica do analisando. Levantaram-se hipóteses clínicas, sobre a ocorrência de fenômenos análogos a uma espécie de imersão de determinadas dimensões afetivas, pouco conscientes, porém necessárias a uma interação afetiva profunda que guardaria aspectos de fantasias fusionais simbióticas. Destacam-se sete tópicos que corroboram para a instauração de um vínculo que dê sustentação a esse processo e à intensidade das emoções presentes: compreensão, amor, confiança, perda, verdade, companhia e proximidade X distanciamento. Como resultados dessa pesquisa, evidenciou-se no caso clínico a função de holding materno como experiência integradora que acompanha e suporta momentos de turbulência, uma espécie de rede armada sob o trapézio a oferecer segurança e, também, o fenômeno de uma simbiose fundamental a fazer parte da construção do psiquismo. Esse desenvolvimento da libido anterior à oscilação PS ↔ D, poderia, então, fazer parte da mesma dinâmica que se transformaria em uma triangulação: simbiótico, desintegrado, integrado

Miroir familial et agirs sexuels violents d'adolescents : intérêt d'une clinique évaluative / Familial mirror and teen violent sexual acting : interest of evaluative clinic

Il est communément admis par les cliniciens tenant au modèle psychodynamique, qui ont entrepris des démarches d’exploration intrapsychique, que l’adolescent engagé dans des agirs sexuels violents présente un réaménagement psychique paradoxal des liens à ses figures parentales et un blocage de son processus de séparation-individuation.Il n’existe pas de recherches qui se soient spécifiquement intéressées à l’étude de facteurs facilitateurs/où empêcheurs du processus de séparation-individuation chez ces adolescents, alors que l’agir sexuel violent est pensé inscrit dans un continuum développemental spécifique à la période de l’adolescence. Il y aurait ainsi une nécessité à élargir l’angle de vue de la problématique. Un facteur, qui pourtant présente une grande influence sur le processus de séparation-individuation de l’adolescent à cette période, a pour l’instant peu été investigué : il s’agit de la capacité psychique inconsciente du groupe familial à offrir un espace de séparation-individuation durant cette phase de développement.L’hypothèse de cette recherche est que le blocage constaté chez ces adolescents, pourrait être en lien avec une difficulté plus globale du groupe familial auquel il appartient, à effectuer de son côté, ce travail psychique de séparation, auquel il est convoqué en parallèle à cette phase de développement. En appui sur les concepts psychodynamiques et psychanalytiques familiaux de « position dépressive familiale » (Roman, 1999), de « miroir familial » (Cuynet, 2001, sur notre proposition pour l’adolescence, Bernard, 2016) et « d’image inconsciente du corps familial » (Cuynet, 2005, 2010), nous avons élaboré un dispositif clinique d’évaluation pour évaluer cette dimension spécifique de la séparation au sein du groupe familial. Ce dispositif comprend des entretiens semi-dirigés avec le recours à des épreuves projectives familiales telles que « l’épreuve de génographie projective familiale » (Cuynet, 2001) et « l’épreuve du dessin de la maison de rêve » (Cuynet, 2005). A partir de la rencontre de sujets adolescents présentant cette problématique avec leur famille, le dispositif d’évaluation a été expérimenté, et la dimension de séparation évaluée. Les résultats de cette recherche, par la constitution d’études de cas approfondies, dans un esprit de recherche initiale qualitatif, ont mis en évidence l’intérêt de la réalisation d’un tel dispositif pour l’étude de la dimension de la séparation mais aussi pour la constitution d’hypothèses élargies de la compréhension de la problématique et du passage à l’acte des jeunes suivis. Les analyses de l’ensemble des études de cas montrent la difficulté pour le groupe familial à offrir un espace de différenciation pourtant nécessaire à cette période pour l’adolescent et répondent en faveur de la validation de l’hypothèse de cette recherche. La prise en compte de l’état de la position dépressive familiale du groupe, et du miroir familial ainsi constitué et de leur mise en travail, pourraient être des facteurs considérés comme leviers thérapeutiques pour favoriser l’évolution psychique de ces adolescents. Ils pourraient constituer également une piste de travail nécessaire dans la lutte contre la transmission transgénérationnelle fréquemment repérée dans cette problématique. / It is commonly recognized by psychodynamic model clinicians, who undertook intrapsychic exploration approaches, that a teenager responsible of violent sexual acts experiences a paradoxal psyche redevelopment of his links towards his parent figures and a blockade of his separation-individuation process.There is no research focusing on easing or inhibitor factors of the separation-individuation process of these teenagers, whereas the violent sexual acting is meant to belong to a development continuum, specific to the puberty period. There might be then a need to lead the problematic further. One factor that has a great influence on the separation-individuation process during puberty has not been much investigated until now: it is the unconscious psyche capacity of the family group to offer a space of separation-individuation during this development phase.The hypothesis of this research is that the blockade these teenagers suffer from is related to a greater difficulty of the family group those teenagers belong to, to achieve on its part this separation psyche work which it is responsible for, during this development phase.Thanks to the familial psychoanalytic and psychodynamic concepts of “Familial Depressive Position” (Roman, 1999), “Familial Mirror” (Cuynet, 2001, after our proposition for puberty, Bernard, 2016) and “Unconscious Image of the Familial Body” (Cuynet, 2005, 2010) we have created a clinical device to evaluate this particular dimension of the separation inside the family group. This device includes semi-structured interviews with family projective tests such as “The Familial Projective Genography” (Cuynet, 2001) and “The Dreamhouse Drawing Test” (Cuynet, 2005).This evaluation device has been tested and the separation dimension has been evaluated thanks to interviews with teenagers concerned by this situation in their family. The result of this research through in-depth case studies brought to light the interest of such a device for the study of the separation dimension but also to set up extended hypotheses about the comprehension of the problematic and the acting of the teenagers taking part to the device.The analyses of all the case studies show the difficulty the family group has to offer a differentiation space that is however necessary for the teenager during this period. Those analyses are then in favor of the validation of the hypothesis. Taking into account the state of the familial depressive position of the group and the familial mirror thus constituted and applying them, could be factors considered as therapeutic solutions to enable the psyche evolution of those teenagers. They could also represent a useful working basis in the fight against the transgenerational transmission that is frequently observed with this problematic.
