1 Abstract Release of a security interest The aim of this thesis is to provide comprehensive view on the institute called release of a security interest, which has been reintroduced in Czech law system within the process of recodification of private law. My intent is to introduce this legal form of the security interest not only in the context of the historical and legal development but also to include the basic provisions of law which currently applies to this institute as well as main attributes of released pledge, conditions of its creation and perfection within the context of general terms of the pledge. The thesis is divided into four parts, introduction, actual work is then divided into two blocks, thus the pledge (as a type of security interest), the security interest released and the final part. The first section is devoted to the right of the pledge such as the security instrument, its basic features, functions and very own existence of the pledge. The second part is dedicated to release of the security interest itself. This part is showed in with a historical excursion outlining the beginning of development of this institute. Musik som ett skolämne är något som undervisas med tydliga mål på elevers delaktighet och utefter kursplanen. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur musikämnet i särskolan utformas och bidrar till delaktighet samt hur musikundervisningen kan anpassas med olika former av hjälpmedel. Resultatet utgår efter intervjuer och observationer som gjorts hos lärare i särskolan på olika orter i Sverige samt vad lärare anser kring att göra eleverna delaktiga och vilka hjälpmedel som används i musikundervisningen. Alla de lärare som deltagit i studien använder sig av delaktighet i undervisningen och även av hjälpmedel i form av instrument, bilder, färg och inredning som visar sig i både de genomförda intervjuerna och observationerna. Diskussionen kring detta ämne fokuserar på olika sätt att göra eleverna delaktiga samt för- och nackdelar med användandet av ”vanliga” instrument till skillnad mot specialanpassade instrument i särskolans undervisning i musik.

Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie är att undersöka om gymnasielärare i instrument/sång-kurser tycker att de fått tillräcklig utbildning från sina högskoleutbildningar samt fortbildning från sina arbetsgivare för att kunna bemöta elever med neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar på ett lämpligt sätt. Frågeställningarna handlar om vad lärare i INSÅ behöver tänka på i sin undervisning av elever med NPF, samt vilken utbildning/fortbildning de fått för att kunna möta och undervisa dessa elever. Intervjuer har genomförts med 9 musiklärare som alla undervisar i INSÅ på estetiska programmet inriktning musik. Resultatet, som har analyserats ur ett sociokulturellt perspektiv, visar att endast en av lärarna under sin lärarutbildning fått en kurs i specialpedagogik, och att ingen av de intervjuade lärarna fått någon fortbildning av betydelse från sin arbetsgivare. Samtliga lärare önskar fortbildning från sin arbetsgivare om NPF, då de alla möter och undervisar elever med dessa diagnoser. De upplever att den kunskap de har idag beror mycket på lärarens eget intresse och de önskar djupare kunskap om hur de kan känna igen och bemöta NPF.

Planck est un satellite de l'ESA lancé en 2009, qui avais pour mission de faire une carte de très grande précision du rayonnement fossile de l'Univers, afin de mieux comprendre comment il s'est formé. Cet objectif ambitieux nécessite un niveau de maîtrise extrême des effets instrumentaux. Cependant en cours de mission il s'est avéré que le composant responsable de la numérisation des données scientifiques introduisait un bisais important qui compromettait l'exploitation scientifique des données de l'instrument Planck/HFI. Ce travail décris comment ce biais a été compris et corrigé avec succès. Une analyse très poussée a été conduite sur les détecteurs du satellite, la chaine cryogénique embarquée et le composant de numérisation lui même. Ce qui a nécessité une méthodologie spécifique afin de télécharger les données nécessaire depuis le satellite avant sa fin de mission et son décommissionnement. / Planck is an ESA spacecraft launched in 2009, its mission goal was to map with an exquisite precision the first light of Universe, to help understanding how it has formed. This ambitious objective requires a very high level of control on the instrumental effects. During the mission, it has been found that the component responsible of the digitization of scientific data introduced an unexpectedly high bias effect, preventing full exploitation of data from the Planck/HFI instrument. The present work relates how this bias effect was understood and successfully corrected for. A very deep analysis of the spacecraft detectors, the cryogenic chain, and the digitization component has been performed, which required a specific methodology to gather data from the spacecraft before the end of the mission and its decommissioning.

Diploma thesis focuses on the description of the financial market and its importance in the economy and examines the various approaches and methods of analysis of investment instruments and the nature of investing at all. The main part is devoted to tools of the technical analysis of shares and financial derivatives and their practical use in deciding on investment in financial markets. The most important part of this work is the follow-up evaluation of the effectiveness of investments.

The graduation thesis deals with bills of exchange/promissory notes with the focus on their present possibilities of use. Thus, the thesis combines the legal point of view with the practical point of view. First part of the thesis provides basic information about bills of exchange/promissory notes and their specific qualities. Furthermore, this part concerns about declarations made on them such as acceptance, aval and endorsement. The second part focuses on economic importance of bills of exchange/promissory notes and reveals different functions bills of exchange/promissory notes can have. At the end there is an overview summing up both parts.

This thesis focuses on the application of bill of exchange as a security for a debt and tries to give an extensive review of a judicature, relevant to this theme. First part of the thesis is providing information about essentials of bill of exchange. The thesis body offers the view on issue, acceptance, co acceptance, transfer of a bill of exchange and claiming the creditor's rights. In conclusion the thesis compares various ways of recovery of creditor's claims.
