The design chosen to do this work was quantitative and descriptive. The data collection was done through electronic questionnaire and the rate os response was 52 participants from textile companies. The data analysis was done using the techniques of factor analysis and multiple linear regression with the assist of the program SPSS V17®. The data was collected between April and May 2011. As a result of the research, we have identified five factors directly linked to the characteristics of integrated management system and the decision making process of the respondents. Among these factors are: the integration and improvement of control, process standardization and improvement of results and business performance. The contribution of this work is that it can help managers of companies in the textile sector (or other sectors), which are in early stages or planning the implementation of integrated management system. / Com esta pesquisa, buscou-se um melhor entendimento sobre os fatores ligados aos Sistemas Integrados de Gestão (ERP) e a sua influencia na tomada de decisão dos gestores das empresas da área têxtil no Brasil. Para a sua consecução, realizou-se pesquisa quantitativa do tipo descritiva, sendo que a coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de questionário eletrônico respondido por 52 participantes de empresas têxteis. A análise dos dados foi efetuada com as técnicas da análise fatorial e análise de regressão linear múltipla, com o software SPSS® v17, visto que a amostra utilizada mostrou-se satisfatória para a aplicação dessas técnicas. A coleta dos dados foi realizada entre os meses de abril a maio de 2011. Como resultados da pesquisa, identificaram-se cinco fatores diretamente ligados às características dos sistemas integrados de gestão ERP) e a tomada de decisão do gestor das empresas têxteis que fizeram parte da pesquisa. Dentre esses fatores, destaquem-se: a Integração e Melhoria dos Controles; a Padronização de Processos e a Melhoria de Resultados e a Melhoraria no Desempenho Empresarial. Entenda-se que esses resultados podem, de alguma forma, auxiliar os gestores das empresas do setor têxtil ou de outros setores, que estão em fase inicial ou planejando a implantação de sistemas integrados de gestão como o ERP.

Indicators were created and developed a performance evaluation tool for the management of healthcare waste integrated with environmental management systems, occupational health and safety; to further identify the predominant model RSS management in each organization investigated. We used the method of multiple case study, through exploratory research, qualitative in nature. The main sources of evidence in the triangulation of data were: a semi-structured interview and the identification form the predominant model for assessing the RSS management systems in the hospital; structured questionnaires; documentary research, and direct non-participant observation conducted in selected health organizations. There was a content analysis, which had the category and subcategory dimensions (operational, administrative, environmental and financial) and parameters of the assessment tool proposed. The results indicated that all hospitals need improvement. The operational dimension presented greater relevance, while the financial dimension is the lowest maturity by limitations on resources. All hospitals investigated were classified as organizations with an RSS management, but need improvement. The RSS management goes beyond the implementation of an ideal management system for the proper management of RSS, as it is also necessary that the individual has commitment and values of citizenship and ethics, responsibility and solidarity in the exercise of their daily activities in this process. It is believed that this evaluation can help improve the GRSS, serving as instrumental for managers assess the management system of the RSS, with the support of prevailing models, favoring strategic decisions to improvements in all worked dimensions in an integrated way. / O objetivo da pesquisa foi avaliar o desempenho dos sistemas de gerenciamento de resíduos de serviços de saúde em organizações hospitalares, na visão de seus gestores. Foram criados indicadores e desenvolvido um instrumento de avaliação de desempenho do gerenciamento de resíduos de serviços de saúde integrado com os sistemas de gestão ambiental, de saúde e segurança ocupacional; para posteriormente identificar o modelo preponderante de gerenciamento de RSS em cada organização investigada. Utilizou-se o método estudo de casos múltiplos, por meio de pesquisa tipo exploratória, de natureza qualitativa. As principais fontes de evidência na triangulação dos dados foram: a entrevista semiestruturada e o formulário de identificação do modelo preponderante para avaliação dos sistemas de gerenciamento de RSS no hospital; os questionários estruturados; a pesquisa documental e a observação direta não participante realizadas nas organizações de saúde selecionadas. Fez-se uma análise de conteúdo, que teve como categoria e subcategoria as dimensões (operacionais, administrativas, ambientais e financeiras) e parâmetros do instrumento de avaliação proposto. Os resultados indicaram que todos os hospitais necessitam de melhorias. A dimensão operacional apresentou maior relevância, enquanto que a dimensão financeira é a de menor maturidade pelas limitações dos recursos. Todos os hospitais pesquisados foram classificados como organizações que possuem um gerenciamento de RSS, mas necessitam aperfeiçoamento. O gerenciamento de RSS vai além da implantação de um sistema de gestão ideal para o manejo adequado dos RSS, pois é necessário também que o indivíduo tenha comprometimento e valores de cidadania e ética, responsabilidade e solidariedade no exercer de suas atividades cotidianas neste processo. Acredita-se que a presente avaliação possa auxiliar na melhoria do GRSS, servindo de instrumental para os gestores avaliarem o sistema de gerenciamento dos RSS, com o apoio dos modelos preponderantes, favorecendo decisões estratégicas, para a melhoria de todas as dimensões trabalhadas de forma integrada.

The aim of this thesis is to familiarize with tools used in quality management and with methods of their application and to apply some of the tools in a real company. Among these tools there are a handbook for integrated management system of QMS on the basis of standard EN ISO 9001:2008, EMS on the basis of standard EN ISO 14001:2005 and ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008, 5S system, process FMEA and application of Pareto analysis on complaints. All the tools are attached to the dissertation thesis in electronic appendixes.

Master’s thesis includes proposal for optimization of process in preparing integrated management system implementation in small construction company, which is related to prosperity of company. Solution coming-out from global and detailed analyses processes at company. Optimized processes will serve as basis for documentation of integrated management system, which means manual, directions process realization of product and consequently at implementation of integrated management system.

Im Sinne einer nachhaltigen und ganzheitlichen Firmenentwicklung lässt sich in der Unternehmenslandschaft ein Trend in Richtung einer kontinuierlichen Erweiterung des unternehmerischen Zielsystems beobachten. Neben etablierten Aspekten, wie dem Qualitätsmanagement und der Arbeitssicherheit, erlangen weitere Themen, wie beispielsweise das betriebliche Umwelt- und Energiemanagement, zunehmend an Bedeutung. Um die Berücksichtigung dieser Aspekte nachzuweisen, steht Unternehmen die Möglichkeit zur Zertifizierung nach funktionsspezifischen Managementsystemnormen offen. Die Einführung und Dokumentation entsprechender Managementsysteme erweist sich jedoch als ein zeitintensiver Prozess, dessen Schwierigkeit vor allem in der unternehmensspezifischen Interpretation der allgemein formulierten Normanforderungen liegt. Strebt ein Unternehmen die Zertifizierung nach mehreren Managementsystemnormen an, so eröffnet sich die Möglichkeit zur Integration der Managementsysteme. Allerdings sind auch die Aufgaben der Integration durch verschiedene Herausforderungen gekennzeichnet, die den Bedarf nach einer systematischen Unterstützung verdeutlichen. Im Bereich der Wirtschaftsinformatik haben sich konzeptuelle Modelle als Instrument zur zielorientierten und verständlichen Beschreibung komplexer Informationssysteme etabliert. Entsprechende Modelle können die Durchdringung und Kommunikation komplexer Sachverhalte durch eine zweckmäßige Abstraktion und Strukturierung vereinfachen und eine Überführung in Anwendungssoftware vorbereiten. Für die vorliegende Dissertation leitet sich unter Berücksichtigung dieser Aspekte folgende zentrale Forschungsfrage ab: Wie kann die konzeptuelle Modellierung bei den Aufgaben der Dokumentation und Integration standardisierter Managementsysteme unterstützen? Der Forschungsmethode des Design Science Research folgend, präsentiert die vorliegende Arbeit funktionsspezifische und funktionsunspezifische Artefakte, die bei der Dokumentation standardisierter Managementsysteme und deren Integration modellbasiert unterstützen. Die Anwendbarkeit der Artefakte wird anhand eines realen Anwendungsfalls demonstriert. Die Ausführungen der vorliegenden Arbeit basieren auf einer Analyse der Anforderungen nach ISO 9001 für Qualitätsmanagementsysteme, ISO 14001 für Umweltmanagementsysteme, ISO 50001 für Energiemanagementsysteme, OHSAS 18001 für Arbeitsschutz- und Arbeitssicherheitsmanagementsysteme sowie des durch die Internationale Organisation für Standardisierung veröffentlichten Annex SL.

Nesta gestão são utilizados sistemas focados em qualidade, meio ambiente, segurança e saúde no trabalho, entre outros. A integração desses sistemas otimizam recursos, processos e melhoram a imagem da organização, influenciando, assim, a lucratividade. Esta dissertação tem como objetivo formular diretrizes para o planejamento e implementação de sistema de gestão integrada em empresas da construção civil. Para a elaboração deste trabalho, foi adotada a pesquisa qualitativa, exploratória, bibliográfica com a realização de dois estudos de caso sobre os elementos do sistema de gestão integrada de duas construtoras certificadas em ISO 9001, ISO 4001 e OHSAS 18001 fazendo com que o pesquisador, se ambiente ao universo de estudo. Um referencial teórico foi apresentado sobre as características do processo produtivo, sistema de gestão da qualidade, meio ambiente, saúde e segurança no trabalho e integração desses. Conclui-se que, o objetivo traçado, foi devidamente alcançado, pois foram apresentados os elementos do sistema de gestão integrada nas duas construtoras, sendo identificadas as boas práticas e pode-se propor, diretrizes para o planejamento e implamentação do sistema de gestão integrada em empresas da construção civil / Abstract: To ensure that organizations are competitive and increase the changes of survival in competitive market, it is necessary to management of the productive process ever more efficiently. This management systems are used raised in quality, environment, health and safety at work, among others. The integration of these systems optimize resources, process, and improve the image of the organization, influencing, thus, the profitability. This dissertation has like objetctive, formulate guidelines for the planning and implementation of integrated management system in civil construction companies. For this work was adopted the qualitative research, exploratory, bibliographic with the achievement of two case studies about the elements of the integrated management system of two construction companies certifieds in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 making the researcher, environment the universe of study. A theoretical reference was presented about the characteristics of the production process, a system of quality management, environment, health and safety at work and integration of these. [pt] O objetivo da dissertação é propor uma sistemática de avaliação para programas de normalização empresarial que integre as abordagens conceituais de avaliação de programas e de aprendizagem organizacional e que possa ser aplicada ao Programa de Normalização da Unidade de Terminais Aquaviários da Transpetro. No contexto organizacional no qual a pesquisa se insere, considera-se que a prática da avaliação pode gerar aprendizado organizacional, na medida em que permite a detecção de erros e sinaliza alternativas concretas de ação que gerem aumento da eficiência e da eficácia em suas operações. A motivação da pesquisa surgiu da necessidade da empresa em foco dispor de uma sistemática de avaliação para programas de normalização empresarial, capaz de mensurar a eficiência do referido Programa, em especial quanto ao grau de atendimento da Unidade de Terminais Aquaviários às normas e aos regulamentos técnicos do contexto socioprodutivo no qual a empresa atua. Quanto à metodologia adotada, a investigação da conexão entre avaliação de programas e normalização empresarial seguiu uma orientação preponderantemente dedutiva. Foi proposto um modelo teórico, e, a partir desse arcabouço conceitual, utilizou-se o caso do Programa como evidência empírica. Para tal, adotou-se o método de estudo de caso, tendo sido consideradas práticas de avaliação reportadas na literatura especializada. Destaca-se como resultado, uma sistemática inovadora para a avaliação de programas de normalização empresarial que integra as abordagens conceituais de avaliação de programas e de aprendizagem organizacional. Como conclusão, a pesquisa mostra que a sistemática de avaliação proposta mostrou-se adequada para os fins a que se destina, constituindo um importante instrumento de gestão e de aprendizagem que poderá ser disseminado em outros contextos organizacionais de normalização empresarial. / [en] The objective of this dissertation is two-fold: (i) propose a program evaluation model for enterprise standardization programs based upon two conceptual and interlinked approaches: program evaluation and organizational learning; (ii) to validate the proposed model through a case study on Transpetro s Marine Terminals Standardization Program. In this context, evaluation practice may generate organizational learning to help Transpetro correct standardization program deviations and increase its efficiency and effectiveness towards operational excellence. As a matter of fact, standardization programs are necessary in marine terminals operations where standards are the minimum acceptable requirements to fulfill the goals for the operator, and the maximum requirements provided to the work for the contractor. Additionally, marine terminals should attend sector s regulations, occupational safety guidelines, and environmental management standards. The motivation of this research arose from Transpetro s need to have a program evaluation model capable of measuring efficiency of its Marine Terminals Standardization Program. The methodology encompasses: (i) literature survey on program evaluation and organizational learning; (ii) design of a standardization program evaluation model based on a conceptual framework which links both theoretical approaches; (iii) development of a case study on Transpetro s Marine Terminals Standardization Program; and (iv) formulation of conclusions and suggestions for future research and replication in other organizational contexts. The main results can be summarized as follows: (i) an innovative evaluation model to assess enterprise standardization programs; and (ii) a set of indicators for measuring efficiency and effectiveness of Transpetro s Marine Terminals Standardization Program. As a conclusion, it can be said that the proposed program evaluation model fulfilled expectations and assumptions formulated at the very beginning of this research. According to the opinion of Transpetro s managers and teams involved, the model is a useful management and learning tool for enterprise standardization initiatives and has a large potential for replication in other organizational contexts from the empirical evidences achieved.

Объект исследования – система менеджмента безопасности труда и охраны здоровья АО «ИРМ». Цель данной работы является актуализация документации интегрированной системы менеджмента в соответствие с требованиями международного стандарта ISO 45001:2018. Методология проведения исследования – в работе использованы такие методы, как: изучение СМИ и литературы, анализ данных от предприятия, сравнение. Полученные результаты и их новизна – в работе раскрыта актуальная на сегодняшний день тема перехода предприятия на стандарт ISO 45001:2018. Новая версия стандарта была опубликована не так давно и вопрос перехода на новый стандарт является насущным для многих предприятий. В дипломной работе произведен сравнительный анализ прошлой и настоящей версии стандартов ISO 45001 и OHSAS 18001, что позволяет оценить предприятию возможные изменения в системе менеджмента безопасности труда и охраны здоровья. Область применения – при сертификации или ресертификации на стандарт ISO 45001:2018. Значимость работы – теоретическое и практические вопросы, исследуемые в работе, являются значимыми, так как затрагивают актуальную тему перехода на ISO 45001:2018. / The object of study is the management system for labor safety and health protection of JSC INM. The purpose of this work is to update the documentation of the integrated management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 45001:2018. The methodology of the study – the methods used are: the study of the media and literature, analysis of data from the enterprise, comparison. The results obtained and their novelty – the topic of the enterprise’s transition to the ISO 45001: 2018 standard is disclosed in the current work. A new version of the standard was published not so long ago and the issue of transition to a new standard is urgent for many enterprises. In the thesis, a comparative analysis of the past and present versions of the ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001 standards is made, which allows the company to evaluate possible changes in the system of labor safety management and health protection. Scope – in the certification or recertification to the standard ISO 45001: 2018. Significance of the work – theoretical and practical issues studied in the work are significant, as they touch on the current topic of the transition to ISO 45001: 2018.
