In Brazil, this communication process has gained prominence in late 1970 with the labor movements looking for democratic forms of communication during the military regime. The formal face-to-face communication began to be practiced in organizations in the mid-1990s with the arrival of new models of international business management. Based on the study of both grapevine and formal face-to-face communication, by bibliographic research and in-depth interviews with academics and professionals from different fields of knowledge, it was possible to describe their histories, attributes and roles in organizations nowadays, and how these two forms of face-to-face communication (formal and informal) interact with each other, according to personal or organizational interests.(AU) / A rádio-peão é estudada nos Estados Unidos desde o período pós II Guerra Mundial. No Brasil, este processo comunicacional ganhou relevância no final da década de 1970 com os movimentos operários que buscavam formas democráticas de diálogo, durante o regime militar. Já a comunicação formal face a face começou a ser praticada nas organizações brasileiras em meados dos anos 1990, com a chegada de novos modelos internacionais de gestão empresarial. Ao estudar estes dois formatos de comunicação, através de pesquisas bibliográfica e documental e entrevistas semi-abertas com acadêmicos e profissionais de mercado de diferentes áreas de conhecimento e atuação, foi possível um aprofundamento acerca de suas histórias, atributos e papéis desempenhados hoje, nas organizações, além de como essas formas de comunicação face a face (formal e informal) interagem entre si, de acordo com interesses pessoais ou organizacionais.(AU)

Each of the identified problem area is individually defined and described, and a key element of the thesis is the recommendation of such remedial measures through which will improve corporate culture and communication, and thus to greater employee satisfaction.

Le e-learning, et plus particulièrement l’enseignement à distance, est ici appréhendé comme terrain d’étude pour le chercheur en sciences de l’information et de la communication (SIC). La problématique adopte une démarche pluridisciplinaire; ancrée sur les Sciences de l’Information et de la Communication, elle intègre, sous une forme systémique, des apports heuristiques des sciences de l'éducation, de l’épistémologie, des sciences cognitives et des sciences humaines. Elle questionne la pertinence du système de communication au sein des dispositifs d’enseignement et de formation à distance.Les technologies numériques de l’information et de la communication (TNIC) intégrées dans des environnements d’apprentissage ouvrent de nouveaux horizons pour l’éducation à travers le développement de l'enseignement à distance (EAD) permettant de dépasser les contraintes d’espace et de temps souvent imposées par le système éducatif traditionnel. Nous proposons d'étudier ces dispositifs en insistant sur la pertinence et l'importance de la communication dans leur performance et réussite car nous constatons, à travers une étude empirique menée sur un centre de télé-enseignement en sciences, qu’il ne suffit pas d’inscrire les apprenants sur une plateforme dédiée à l’enseignement et à la transmission de savoirs pour que ces derniers s’accrochent à leur formation, atteignent leurs objectifs et acquièrent des compétences. / Elearning has been chosen as a field study on Information and Communication Sciences (ICS). The problem takes a multidisciplinary approach: anchored on Information and Communication Sciences, it integrates, in a systemic form, heuristic contributions of educational sciences, epistemology, cognitive sciences and humanities. It questions the relevance of the communication system within distance systems of education and training.Integrating numerical technologies of information and communication in learning environments open up new horizons for education by developing distance education to overcome space and time constraints often imposed by the traditional education system. We propose to study these devices with an emphasis on the relevance and the importance of communication on their performance and success. As we see, through an empirical study on a distance education center, that it is not enough to register learners on a platform dedicated to teaching and transmitting knowledges to make them cling to their training, achieve their goals and get skills.

The thesis describes the role of public relations and communication in the health sector and points at its specifications and differences if compared to the profitable sectors. The thesis analyses the current level of the issue in the Czech Republic, including legal and ethical perspectives of a health institution. The first part of the thesis explains the theory of the public relations and communicaiton sectors and includes a concise description of the health sector. The second part deals with internal, external and crisis communication of individual hospitals and institutions and analyses them through the method of qualitative research. Aside from other aspects, I describe pratical operation of public relations, usage of media communication tools in practice at individual health institutions. In addition to this, target audience, the public and the importance of a good reputation of a hospital have been defined in this part.

Problematika interní komunikace v projektovém řízení / Problems of Internal Communication in Project Management

The primary influence on project results is human effort, therefore the most essential tool for effort management and focus is communication. Communication in Project Management is characterized by its complexity however it may be analysed from two perspectives; communication tools and human factor. The main objective of this work is to identify problematic areas of internal communication in Project Management and the design of corrective measures that will mitigate or eliminate these problems. This work is based on research in a dynamic environment and comprehensive project program, which is an excellent example and material for definition of such areas. The theoretical section lists the topics of project management and communication; each topic affects specific features that are part of the program or directly related (SOA, agile management, conflict parties business, ICT, etc.). The practical part acquaints readers with the concept of sociological research and defines a hypotheses and set of methods that were used in this research. Further, it contains a description of the program in which research was undertaken and the results of such analysis with recommendations on what measurements should be implemented to improve communication and its effectiveness.

La presente investigación analizará cómo la planificación y aplicación de la comunicación interna de crisis en una empresa de retail es empleada para difundir el plan de reactivación post-cuarentena a sus colaboradores. En la misma se identificarán los factores que influyeron en la elección de la estrategia y el desarrollo de su implementación desde la perspectiva de los comunicadores organizacionales. Para realizar el estudio con un diseño fenomenológico desde un paradigma interpretativo, la técnica de recolección de datos será la entrevista semiestructura. Los informantes de esta investigación serán los líderes del departamento de comunicación interna de la empresa de retail, dedicados al planeamiento e implementación del plan de comunicación, así como a los consultores de su agencia de comunicación interna, encargados de brindar soporte a la implementación del plan de reactivación post-cuarentena. Se realizará un análisis temático para analizar las entrevistas dado que permitirá buscar e identificar temas importantes para la descripción del fenómeno. / This research will analyze how the planning and application of internal crisis communication in a retail company is used to disseminate the post-quarantine recovery plan to its employees. It will identify the factors that influenced the choice of strategy and the development of its implementation from the perspective of organizational communicators. To carry out the study with a phenomenological design from an interpretive paradigm, the data collection technique will be the semi-structured interview. The informants of this investigation will be the leaders of the internal communication department of the retail company, dedicated to the planning and implementing the communication plan, as well as the consultants of its internal communication agency, responsible for providing support to the implementation of the post-quarantine recovery plan. Percepción del Home Office durante la pandemia del COVID-19

A inicios del mes de marzo, en el año 2020, el gobierno peruano decretó el estado de emergencia sanitaria debido a la pandemia del COVID-19. Entre las medidas de prevención indicadas, se obligó que las empresas deberían adaptarse y enviar a sus colaboradores a trabajar desde casa; en otras palabras, hacer uso del Home Office, para evitar el contagio masivo por el virus. Este estudio explora la digitalización como un facilitador del manejo de equipos virtuales. El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar la percepción de los colaboradores de la empresa Belcorp respecto al Home Office y su aplicación durante la coyuntura de la pandemia del virus COVID-19. El presente trabajo basa su análisis en un paradigma interpretativo, pues estudia el punto de vista de los participantes. El enfoque de este proyecto es cualitativo, ya que busca entender un fenómeno, en este caso, la percepción de los colaboradores. En esta línea, la estrategia de recojo de información consiste en agrupar a individuos que hayan experimentado el mismo fenómeno. Para ello, el estudio plantea una serie de entrevistas que permitan entender la percepción de los colaboradores de la empresa Belcorp sobre el Home Office. / At the beginning of march, 2020, the Peruvian government decreed a state of sanitary emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Among the prevention measures, in order to prevent a massive outbreak, it was indicated that the companies must adapt and send their employees to work from home, in other words, to make use of the Home Office. This study explores the digitalization as a facilitator for managing virtual teams. The objective of this investigation is to identify the perception of the workers at the Belcorp Company regarding the Home Office and its application during the conjuncture of the pandemic of the virus COVID-19. The present work bases its analysis on an interpretative paradigm, since it studies the participant´s point of view. This project´s focus is qualitative, because it seeks to understand a phenomenon: the perception of the workers. Therefore, the information gathering strategy consists of grouping individuals that have experimented the same phenomenon. Frente al panorama actual de incertidumbre a causa de la pandemia del coronavirus, las organizaciones se han visto obligadas a adaptar sus estrategias y contenidos de comunicación a las altas necesidades de información por parte del público para mantener el compromiso de estos hacia la organización a la que pertenecen. La presente investigación plantea el análisis de la gestión de la comunicación interna corporativa y el clima organizacional para comprender el desarrollo del compromiso laboral de estos en una empresa de fabricación y venta de electrodomésticos. El motivo de esta yace en los recientes hallazgos sobre la relación de la felicidad percibida y generada en el entorno de trabajo y su posible relación con el compromiso de los colaboradores hacia la empresa, así como la relación de la comunicación interna con la construcción de un clima organizacional percibido como positivo. La metodología empleada será cualitativa, ya que se analizará la relación entre la comunicación interna y el clima organizacional, dos aspectos intangibles muy relevantes en cuanto a las relaciones laborales desde la perspectiva de los colaboradores, quien serán los entrevistados. / Faced with the current panorama of uncertainty due to the coronavirus pandemic, organizations have been forced to adapt their communication content and strategies to the high information needs of their different audiences to maintain their commitment to the organization. This research proposes the analysis of the management of corporate internal communication and the organizational climate to understand the development of their work commitment in a company that manufactures and sells household appliances. The reason for this lies in the recent findings on the relationship of happiness perceived and generated in the work environment and its possible relationship with the commitment of employees to the company, as well as the relationship of internal communication with the construction of a positive perceived organizational climate. El presente artículo aborda el tema de la difusión de la cultura mediante medios digitales principalmente WhatsApp, este último será la plataforma que será investigada a mayor profundidad para conocer cómo se maneja dentro de las empresas industriales en una coyuntura de COVID-19 y cuál es su función. Esta investigación toma en cuenta el rol de la comunicación interna y digital de una empresa, enfocado en conocer si esta comunicación llega a ser coherente con la cultura organizacional. Se considera relevante esta investigación porque de esta forma se detectará el uso interno y percepción de WhatsApp como medio de comunicación en la difusión de la cultura organizacional, de esta forma, detectar oportunidades de mejora para el mejor funcionamiento de la comunicación interna. Se pretende identificar los principales canales digitales de comunicación interna, además de sus funciones y también, el rol que esta tiene como difusora de la cultura organizacional. La metodología a utilizar será la naturalista y se enfocará en una investigación cualitativa tomando en cuenta, entrevistas a líderes del área de comunicaciones y cultura y además, entrevistas a operarios industriales. Por esa razón, el objetivo de esta investigación se concentra específicamente en determinar el rol que cumple WhatsApp como medio de comunicación en la difusión de la cultura organizacional del sector industrial. / This article will explore the topic of cultural spreading through digital platforms such as WhatsApp. It will mainly focus on WhatsApp in order to recognize how enterprises utilize it in a situation of COVID-19 and its principal functions within them. This research takes into account the role of digital and internal communications of an enterprise, and focuses in finding if said types of communications are coherent and utilized in a strategic manner with the organizational culture. These findings are relevant because by showing how WhatsApp as a means of communication will be detected in the dissemination of the organizational culture of companies in the industrial sector, in this way, detect opportunities for improvement for the better functioning of communication internal. Similarly, this article pretends to identify the main digital networks for internal communication in addition to their functions and also the role that it has as a diffuser of the organizational culture. Therefore, the methodology used in this research is methodological naturalism and it will focus on a qualitative investigation focusing in interviews with leaders in the area of communications and culture and also interviews with industrial operators.
