Plataforma de força para aplicações biomédicas /

Freitas, Ricardo Luiz Barros de. January 2008 (has links)
Abstract: In this work we describe an electrical system implemented with the purpose of measuring the distribution of body weight in plantar region of patients, aiming to relate it directly to the typology and deformities of the feet and involving it, indirectly, to any deformities of the lower limbs, skeletal spine, muscle-skeletal pains and human posture instability. The system consists of load cells with strain gages within a metal base, signal conditioning circuit, interfacing circuit, and a liquid crystal display. A prototype platform with 4 load cells was built, but the system will have two platforms with 45 loads of cells, each one. The load cells presented linear response, precision better than 2%, resolution less than 0.5 N, and low hysteresis. We show the results of the force distribution when a know weight is applied over the four load cells. The informations have been presented in a liquid crystal display, but later they will be presented in the screen of a computer, facilitating the visualization for specialists, mainly doctors, physiotherapists and occupational therapists. With the proposed equipment it will be possible to investigate, clinically, pathologies studied by Podology, Posturology and Podoposturology making feasible, with the information obtained with the system, more appropriate methodologies of treatment. / Mestre

Conception d'un processeur ultra basse consommation pour les noeuds de capteurs sans fil / Design of an ultra low power processor for wireless sensor nodes

Berthier, Florent 08 December 2016 (has links)
This PhD work focuses on the reduction of energy consumption and wake up time reduction of a WSN node microcontroller through innovations at architectural, circuit and power management level. This work proposes a partitioned microcontroller architecture between a programmable wake up processor, named Wake Up Controller on which this work is focused, and a main processor. The first deals with the common tasks of a wireless sensor node while the second manages the irregular tasks. TheWake Up Controller proposed in this work is a 16-bit RISC processor whose instruction set has been adapted to handle regular tasks of a sensor node. It only executes code on interruptions. It is implemented in asynchronous / synchronous mixed logic to improve wake up time and energy. A circuit was fabricated in a 28nm UTBB FDSOI technology integrating the Wake Up Controller. The core reaches 11,9 MIPS for 125 μW average power consumption in active phase and wakes up from sleep mode in 55ns from eight possible interruption sources. The static power consumption is around 4μW for the asynchronous logic core at 0.6V without power gating and 500nW when gated.

D/A převodník pro audio s externím ovládáním pomocí mikrokontroléru / Audio D/A converter with external control using microcontroller

Špaček, Jan January 2012 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of a laboratory measurement tool with ADC converter for audio and low frequency signals. In the introduction part a theoretical background of the ADC and DAC conversions are outlined. In the next chapters the technical solution of the laboratory converter is presented, including DAC with integrated circuit AD1852 and completed with digital audio receiver CS8416. This circuit secures compatibility with external audio devices with digital interfaces, like SPDIF or AES3. The digital receiver and audio DAC are added with serial communication interface for setup of the most audio and input parameters. This setup is operated by external microcontroller ATmega32 and original firmware. The thesis contains block diagram and schematic layout of the laboratory converter, including complete technical documentation for the construction and design.

Servisního modulu pro automatickou sanitární techniku / Service device for automatic sanitary equipment

Kudláček, Martin January 2018 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to inform readers about the basic principle of electronics for which the service module for the automatic sanitary technique will be designed, as well as design and describe the most important parts of the module theoretically. Likewise, the thesis deals with the most common mistakes in the design of printed circuits boards with respect to the resistance of the resulting device against interference. The implementation itself includes both module design and a communication algorithm for connecting multiple service modules and their remote control using the Raspberry Pi minicomputer. The thesis also contains a design of algorithm for verification of data transmission by the transmission system.

Crha, Adam January 2013 (has links)
This thesis deals with a concept and physical prototype of an intelligent, electronically programmable stamp, based on inkjet print. The stamp is basically a small inkjet printer. The stamp can print a simple custom text and is meant to replace regular office stamps. The benefit of the proposed stamp should include cost reduction and need for multiple stamps. The theoretical concept is followed by a prototype, which is an essential part of this work.
