Sverige kommer inom en snar framtid vara i behov av ett stort antal undersköterskor, ett behov som kommer vara svårt att möta upp och som kommer kräva åtgärder. I ett försök att möta upp kommande utmaningar ses ”ett förlängt arbetsliv”, att fler blir kvar längre i arbetslivet, som en given strategi. Denna studie syftar till att öka förståelsen för vilka faktorer som är av betydelse för ett förlängt arbetsliv hos undersköterskor inom den kommunala äldreomsorgen. Studien avser att utifrån en kvalitativ ansats undersöka - Vilka arbetsrelaterade faktorer som varit framträdande hos respondenterna i deras beslut om pension? Samt vad respondenterna hade önskat för arbetsrelaterade åtgärder för att möjliggöra ett förlängt arbetsliv? I följande undersökning har 6 stycken semistrukturerade intervjuer tillämpats. Studien utgår från ett fenomenologiskt perspektiv och har kodats efter marginalmetoden. Utifrån intervjumaterial, tidigare forskning och tillämpad teori, Antonovskys - Känsla av sammanhang, har vi haft möjligheten till en fördjupad förståelse utifrån studiens syfte. Resultatet visar på flera faktorer som bidragit till beslut om pension. Respondenterna upplever minskad tid med vårdtagare vilket leder till att det centrala i arbetet får minskat utrymme som leder till att arbetet inte upplevs lika meningsfullt. Bristen på förståelse och stöd från arbetsledningen leder ofta till orimliga mål och visioner och respondenterna upplever ökad arbetsbelastning på grund av detta. Andra faktorer som påverkat respondenterna negativt är nya scheman där fler och kortare arbetspass tillämpas vilket leder till sämre återhämtningsmöjligheter. Undersökningens resultat tyder på minskad meningsfullhet och låg hanterbarhet utifrån rådande förutsättningar.

Since their creation in Europe in the seventeenth century, pension funds have grown to become one of the main sources of capital in the world. A number of role players ultimately manage the pension money of members on their behalf. Accordingly, the focus of this study is on the role players involved in the actual investment of pension fund money. For the purposes of the study, the key role players in the pension fund investment chain are identified as pension fund trustees, asset managers and asset consultants. These role players have a specific responsibility in terms of the service that they ought to provide. One of the key aspects of this dissertation is therefore determining whether their responsibility is a fiduciary responsibility. The main purpose of the study is, however, to answer one overarching research question: Does fiduciary responsibility create barriers to the implementation of responsible investment in the South African pension fund investment chain? Clearly, there are two key terms in this research question, fiduciary responsibility and responsible investment. It is suggested that responsible investment takes at least two forms: a “business case” form1 in which environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues are considered only in so far as they are financially material; and a social form in which ESG issues are considered over maximising risk adjusted financial returns. Three key questions were asked in order to find qualitative descriptions and interpretations of fiduciary responsibility: Question 1: Are the key role players in the pension fund investment chain fiduciaries? Question 2: If so, to whom do the key role players owe their fiduciary duty? Question 3: What are the fiduciary duties of the key role players in the pension fund investment chain? It is also suggested that the duty to act in the best interests of beneficiaries could be described as the all-encompassing fiduciary duty. Two main interpretations of the / Private Law / LL.M.

This diploma thesis deals with the project documentation for the execution of the pension for seniors. The land is located in the village of Kozlany. Pension serves long-term accommodation for 30 people. The building has one underground and three above-ground floors. The stop is done with a single-shell surface impermeable roof. The construction is designed as a monolithic skeleton.

The title of my diploma thesis is Mountain Pension with Restaurant and is written in English. My task was to create a mountain guesthouse that would serve as a background for other cottages in the neighborhood. I designed a wellness center as well as a restaurant and accomodation in the building. It is a two-storey with basement. The ground floor is reserved for the restaurant, the basement for wellness and the attic is designed for temporary accomodation. From a technical point of view, the construction system consists of a brick walls and monolithic ceilings. The main vertical supporting elements are ceramic walls and the main horizontal elements are one-way reinforced slabs which are reinforced using reinforced concrete core. The roof is made of wooden trusses.

The diploma thesis characterizes pension insurance in the Czech Republic. It presents the possibilities of employees' wage increase in a selected organization. The realization of the increase is made by employer's financial contributions for pension insurance. These contributions are aimed at the cost savings of the selected organization. The present work deals also with the selection of the most optimal pension fund according to the assigned criteria.

This Master’s thesis deals with processing business plan of establishment of a pension house in Suchá Loz. The aim is to determine possible scenarios based on the marketing research in the local area. These variants are being reviewed focusing on the feasibility. Subsequently, the optimal variant is being proposed so it will be able to succeed in competitive environment.

This Master´s thesis deals with the topic of optional saving for retirement. The pension schemes of selected European countries and of the Czech Republic are described. Also the current situation and the problems these schemes are facing are analyzed. The thesis focuses on the forthcoming pension scheme reform in the Czech Republic. Further, the possible ways of the complementary pension scheme pillar financing using saving products are analyzed in detail. The objective of the thesis is to design an expert system for optimal saving product selection according to client´s individual requirements.

This diploma thesis contains the technological project of a pension K1 located in Kroměříž and is focused on construction as a whole, as well as on logistics of single work procedures and possible risks related to the construction itself.

Diploma thesis adress the design of pension with a small brewery in the village Sebranice near Litomyšl. This project adresses two buildings. Reconstruction of homestead in pension with small brewery and reconstruction neighboring barn in detached hause of operator, which is desingns for four up to five people.
