O objetivo da pesquisa foi verificar se os periódicos utilizados pelos alunos dos cursos de pós- graduação stricto sensu (mestrado e doutorado), egressos em 2012, em suas dissertações e teses estavam entre os disponíveis para a comunidade desta Universidade no Portal de Periódicos da CAPES/MEC, sob a hipótese de que seria esta a principal fonte para recuperação de artigos de periódicos pelos usuários. Apresenta conceitos teóricos de estudos de usuário de informação, comportamento informacional, serviço de referência, mediação da informação, biblioteca universitária, politicas públicas. Expõe os canais de acesso a informação utilizadas Plataforma Lattes, Portal de Periódicos CAPES/MEC, CCN/COMUT, SCAD/Portal da BVS. / Quantitative exploratory-methodologic study of the use of scientific journals by post-grad students at the Health Sciences Library at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, in the perspective of Information Science. The research aimed to verify if the journals used in the dissertations and thesis by master's and doctorate students graduated in 2012 were available for the University's community at the CAPES/MEC Journal's Portal, under the hypotesis that the Portal would be the main source for article retrieval by this group. Discusses the theoretical concepts of information user studies, informational behavior, reference service, information mediation, university library, public policies. Presents the channels used for gaining access to information: Lattes Platform, CAPES/MEC Journal Portal, CCN/COMUT, SCAD/BVS Portal.

La thèse porte aussi bien sur les portails de ressources en accès libre sur le Web et l’introduction des technologies en éducation. Elle s’appuie sur une approche anthropologique du didactique qui s’intéresse à la diffusion des connaissances dans la société et qui offre un cadre de référence à l’analyse du fonctionnement de systèmes didactiques instrumentés par les technologies. Notre étude porte sur le dispositif Thermoptim-UNIT et son portail de ressources pédagogiques numériques diffusées en libre accès sur le Web. Pour étudier les effets de l’introduction de ce dispositif dans l’enseignement de la discipline, nous considérons d’abord la place de l’enseignement de la thermodynamique appliquée aux systèmes énergétiques dans la situation particulière de l’école MINES ParisTech, pour comprendre comment et sous quelles conditions et contraintes s’opèrent la diffusion et la transposition de cette science au niveau de la société. Nous examinons ensuite le rôle joué par l’introduction progressive des technologies éducatives dans l’enseignement de la discipline. Notre méthodologie s’appuie dans un premier temps sur l’analyse des traces de l’activité sur le portail, puis sur des enquêtes par questionnaires et entretiens auprès des utilisateurs. En s’intéressant plus particulièrement aux effets du dispositif sur le travail des enseignants, notre étude s’organise autour de deux axes de recherche majeurs : les effets du recours aux technologies et aux technologies éducatives sur la transposition didactique de la thermodynamique appliquée aux systèmes énergétiques, ainsi que les effets perceptibles et déclarés de l’utilisation du dispositif sur l’enseignement de la discipline. / This work lies within the framework both of a research on open access Web portals and of the introduction of educational technologies. It is based on the anthropological theory of the didactic that studies knowledge diffusion in society and offers a reference framework to analyse the functioning of didactic systems instrumented by technologies. Our research studies the Thermoptim-UNIT portal and its open access educational resources portal. In order to study the effects of introducing this educational setting on the teaching of the discipline, we first consider the situation of teaching thermodynamics applied to energetic systems in the specific context of MINES ParisTech graduate school, to understand how and under which conditions and constraints the diffusion and transposition of this science are operating in society. We then examine the role played by the progressive introduction of educational technologies on teaching the discipline. Our methodology first relies on the analysis of activity traces on the portal, then on questionnaire surveys and user interviews. Looking more specifically at the effects of the educational setting on teachers’ work, our study is organised into two major research axes: 1/ the effects of technologies and the use of learning technologies on the didactical transposition of thermodynamics applied to energetic systems; 2/ the perceptible and declared effects of the use of this setting for teaching the discipline.

With the proliferation of Internet, ERP systems like all the domains of Information Technology have known an important evolution. This final thesis project is a study about the evolution of ERP systems, more precisely about their migration to the Web giving birth to a new generation of systems: the Web-Based or Web-enabled ERP systems. This migration to the Web is justified by the difficulty of making possible the communication between partner’s legacy systems and the organizations’ ERP systems. A historical evolution of these systems is presented in order to understand the reasons that lead vendors to adopt the Web Service Technology. Based on different studies, the main technologies such as Web services, Service-Oriented Architecture and Web Application server are also presented. From an interpretative research approach mySAP ERP has been chosen as a case study. This Master’s thesis has been led into AIRBUS France Company within the framework of the SAP Customer Competence Center (SAPCCC) Web site project. The project is aimed at re-building the SAPCCC Web site. The new characteristic of the Web site is to make it accessible by all AIRBUS partners working with SAP applications. To make the Web site accessible by the partners from their own applications located on their own platforms the development has been done thanks to mySAP ERP which is an ERP using the Web service technology. Finally, this thesis presents a comparative study between traditional ERP systems and the new generation of Web-based ERP systems.

CML Data AB is a small IT-company that offers complete IT-solutions adjusted to the needs of the customers. It is hard for the employees to bring all necessary papers, files and software when visiting a customer. They also have difficulties planning their daily work and to keep track of each other, because of the lack of a shared calendar. The purpose of this report is to answer the following questions: - How do you develop a centralized information system for CML Data AB where it is possible for the employees to gain access to files, plan their days and where the customers can get access to relevant information? - How do you develop an information system that is easy to manage? - How do you make it easier for the employees at CML Data AB to update their homepage? We discussed the problems and the future information system with the employees and were able to establish a set of needs and requirements which we then used as a foundation during the software development. We used user centered system design during the whole process and focused a lot on usability and interaction design. The project resulted in a stylistically pure and user friendly portal. The portal can be used to access and upload files and plan the daily work. It can also be used for administration of the homepage and the portal users. / CML Data AB är ett teknikintensivt och renodlat IT-företag som skräddarsyr helhetslösningar anpassade efter kundens behov. CML Data AB kan sägas fungera som en extern IT-avdelning för företag. Mycket av arbetet sköts ute hos kunder och man får ofta åka ut på uppdrag med kort varsel. Det är då svårt att få med sig de nödvändiga filer, dokument och programvaror som krävs. Företaget saknar även en gemensam kalender där det dagliga arbetet kan planeras. För att få en bättre inblick i företagets verksamhet och för att få fram de förändringsbehov som fanns gjordes en FA/SIMM-analys. Denna analys visade att CML Data AB var i behov av ett centraliserat informationssystem med möjlighet att ladda upp och hämta filer, samt en kalender för att underlätta planeringen av det dagliga arbetet. Det kunde också konstateras att företagets hemsida behövde förnyas och göras lättare att uppdatera och förändra. Examensarbetets frågeställningar fastställdes till följande: - Hur utvecklar man ett centraliserat informationssystem åt CML Data AB där det går att planera sitt arbete, få åtkomst till filer och där kunder kan komma åt relevant information? - Hur utvecklar man ett centraliserat informationssystem åt CML Data AB som är enkelt och smidigt att administrera? - Hur gör man det lättare och mindre tidskrävande för de anställda på CML Data AB att uppdatera hemsidan? Tillsammans med de anställda på företaget togs de krav och behov fram som fanns på informationssystemet. Utvecklingsarbetet skedde med stöd av användarcentrerad systemdesign och fokuserade mycket på användarvänlighet och interaktionsdesign. Innan programmeringen tog vid framställdes ett antal prototyper som de anställda fick ha synpunkter på. Ett par av dessa prototyper godkändes och låg som grund för det fortsatta utvecklingsarbetet. En accessdatabas ligger till grunden för informationssystemet som utvecklats i Visual Studio .NET med hjälp av programmeringsspråket Visual Basic .NET och serverspråket ASP .NET. Arbetet resulterade i en portal med ett stilrent och användarvänligt gränssnitt. Från portalen går det att hämta och ladda upp filer, det går även att planera arbetsveckan och få information om vart de anställda befinner sig genom den gemensamma kalendern. Portalen har även en enkel och lättnavigerad administrationsdel där det går att uppdatera, ta bort och förändra den information som finns i portalen. Från administrationsdelen kan man också uppdatera och förändra den nydesignade hemsidan. Genom ett enkelt WYSIWYG-gränssnitt kan man lätt uppdatera och lägga till bilder och texter på hemsidan. Det finns också funktioner för att lägga till helt nya sidor och för att lägga till nyheter på hemsidan.

L'action sur des facteurs pouvant induire le stress oxydant comme la translocation bactérienne et le traitement par des antioxydants (polyphénols) ont clairement montré leurs actions bénéfiques chez nos rats cirrhotiques. Le rôle du NO, en tous cas en tant que vasodilatateur pur, n'est peut-être pas primordial ce qui peut expliquer les résultats décevants en clinique publiés parcertains auteurs. / [...]The important role of oxidative stress in the development of endothelial dysfonction in rats with biliary cirrhosis is emphasized in our studies. Oxidative stress is associated with the stimulation of the RAAS and bacterial translocation. Treatment with antioxidants (polyphenols) and probiotics have clearly demonstrated their beneficial effects on the endothelial dysfonction in our cirrhotic rats. The role of NO as a pure vasodilator is perhaps not essential which may explain the disappointing clinical results published by some authors.

In my graduation theses I tried to define the system of human resource management in large companies, to analyse the requirements, and to predict developing trends in this sphere of business. According to the provided information I also made a compare of two products that are used in large firms based on portal fort the employee. For my work I mostly used information from companies that develop these systems, specialists in this field and from literature or other sources of information. All the sources are listed at the end of the theses. The theses are devided into five main parts: definition of the human resource management systems, description of large companies, requeirements, procedure of choosing the system for their comparison and the final recommendations, conclusions.

The final thesis compares the changes of the marketing communication among the specific hotels during the global recession. The analysis results in the dominanat usage of the electronical media and the internet, rather than changes of the marketing communication instruments,becasue of their advantage of the measurable effects.

My diploma work discusses the topic of internet social communities in Czech Republic. I look through this topic from the enterpreneur side of view and I am trying to examine how to extract this area for commercial advantage. This is also the reason why I compile the work as a business plan. I am trying to find out if project of this concept is in Czech Republic long-term viable, profitable and competitive. The business plan which I am trying to sketch in the practical part is example of business startup project and it's goal is to acquire an investment for the project development and promotion. The key aspect for this project is to analyze the size of the market. It means to discover if the market in Czech Republic is big enough to provide enough money. The social community portal which is the main object of the business plan is aiming relatively narrow group of users (mothers with children, pregnant woman).

Although the e-Government was mentioned more frequently, especially because of data boxes, its origin dates back to 90th the 20th century. Then the first efforts to development of information systems began to connect various governmental offices. However, these efforts haven't been very successful. Subsequently, different e-Government services start developing and this is what the diploma thesis is about. First it outlines the progress of the e-Government. Then this thesis attempts to the e-Government services and also provides information about e-Government system in different countries. At the end there is described electronic data interchange, electronic invoicing and electronic archiving.
