[pt] A HERMENÊUTICA DA FÉ SEGUNDO JOSEPH RATZINGER / [en] HERMENEUTICS OF FAITH ACCORDING TO JOSEPH RATZINGERTHADEU LOPES MARQUES DE OLIVEIRA 28 April 2020 (has links)
[en] The main theme of this Master s Thesis is about biblical-theological
hermeneutics based on Joseph Ratzinger s theological methodology, which he calls
the hermeneutics of faith. Through this aspect of Ratzinger s thought, we seek to
find perspectives in the theological making that provide a healthy and fruitful
relationship between Sacred Scripture and Systematic Theology, which considers
the context of contemporary theology and current challenges. Therefore, in order to
analyze this aspect of Ratzinger s thought, it was necessary to study and present the
meaning of historical-critical method, because the formulation of his biblicaltheological hermeneutics took place in the dialogue about this method. After this,
the importance of Dogmatic Constitution Dei Verbum in the systematization of
Ratzinger s biblical-theological hermeneutics was analyzed. In order to verify this
aspect of his methodology in a specific area of his theology, Christology was chosen
especially in the first volume of his book Jesus of Nazareth. In the first chapter, we
try to highlight the way Ratzinger interprets the Holy Scriptures in his theological
work. It has the aim of verifying if he practices his biblical-theological
hermeneutics. There is also a chapter dedicated to present many analyzes made by
some authors about the methodological proposal of Ratzinger to compose his book
Jesus of Nazareth. In these analyzes, we sought to focus on the methodology used
by Ratzinger. Positive receptions were presented, as well as some critical ones.

[en] CONTEMPORARY MORAL THEOLOGY: STATUS QUESTIONIS, ETHICS AND HERMENEUTICS IN 1JO 2,15-17 / [pt] TEOLOGIA MORAL CONTEMPORÂNEA: STATUS QUESTIONIS, ÉTICA E HERMENÊUTICA EM 1JO 2,15-17MARTA LUZIE DE OLIVEIRA FRECHEIRAS 17 March 2020 (has links)
[en] Contemporary moral theology: Status questionis, ethics and hermeneutics in 1Jo 2,15-17 addresses the moral issues that plague humanity, from Socrates to contemporary human beings. It performs a philosophical study of the field named by some as ethics or as moral by others, in order to propose a reflection on moral theology and / or religious ethics. This dissertation begins with the state of the investigation, highlighting the philosophical foundation of all moral theology. A synthesis of the philosophical ethics follows, highlighting its horizons and the main contemporary ethical currents. It then engages on a historical view of the foundation of moral theology, from the Tridentine horizon to the post-Vatican II context, demonstrating that moral theology has always been in the wake of the events, and not before them, indicating the direction Christians can and should take. At this point, a study on the possible biblical substratum of moral theology is offered, exposing the essential points of the Pontifical Biblical Commission s Bible and Moral document. Finally, it identifies investigation trends for the understanding of morality in the biblical books, dwelling on the Catholic Letters, major elements John s first Letter. In particular, it accomplishes a specific analysis of the ethics in the hermeneutics of 1 John 2: 15-17 in order to be able to demonstrate that the role of Catholic moral theology today is to humanize the human being, reasserting that no other model is to be followed except for Jesus Christ.

[pt] CAIM COMO PARADIGMA DE VIOLÊNCIA EM GN 4,1-16 / [en] CAIN AS VIOLENCE PARADIGM IN GENESIS 4,1–16LEANDRO EDMAR NANDI 30 September 2016 (has links)
Buscar as raízes significativas destes
paradoxos. Desse modo, a investigação visa perceber quais são as forças motrizes
[en] Just a watchful eye to realize the impulse to violence that acts as a destructive force in mankind and in society from all ages. Violating and corrupting seem to be constant traits in the social life, from their most expressive aspects to the most subtle ones. This paper enters into Genesis text, Gn 4,1-16, seeking to understand Cain s drama in which he cannot live fraternity with his brother. Cain is present throughout generations and in popular belief, as an archetypal presence of the conflict of the human being with his equal. This character brings in himself the symbolism of the violent forces and of its consequences when he allows these forces dominate over the actions. Therefore, his image permeates time in his fate, wandering vagrant in every person confronted with its limits and impulses. Getting to know the Biblical accounts and their meanings allows deepen the human history and their relations with the sacred and the profane. Seek for the significant roots of these Biblical accounts is to contribute with a meaningful channel capable of bringing, to the contemporary s man, the sacred wisdom of the ancient Israel, on its paradigms and paradoxes. Thereby, the investigation aim is to realize what are the driving forces that cause that violent reaction in Cain s character, elucidating, thus, aspects of the violence present in the human being.
