[pt] A biografia intelectual de Luiz Camillo de Oliveira Netto foi construída a partir de antigas anotações que mostram a marca fundadora de sua personalidade: Itabira e o povo do Girau. Desde seu primeiro trabalho, percebe-se como a pequena cidade calçada de ferro era o núcleo moral de sua personalidade, Itabira com seus parentes mortos e vivos, sua paisagem circunspecta, sua tradição, seu estilo. Daí sairiam seu amor aos estudos históricos e seu destino de intelectual, pesquisador e ativista político. Seu arquivo constitui-se em fonte primária, inédita; possui interesse para os pesquisadores que desejem compreender os limites e a importância da sua atuação no mundo da cultura e da política e entender, através dos seus olhos, o espírito do tempo em que viveu. As cartas e demais documentos com os quais se trabalhou datam em sua maior parte de momento cultural e histórico preciso, situado entre 1904-1953, no ponto de encontro de diferentes fatores que os fazem objeto da história, da sociologia, dos gêneros literários; desses documentos, acrescidos de entrevistas com pessoas que com ele conviveram, retiraram-se temas e preocupações do mundo intelectual brasileiro e a caracterização de uma época - com mapeamento de mentalidades, entrelaçamento de relações de amizade, parentesco e trabalho. / [en] Luiz Camillo de Oliveira Netto s intellectual biography is reconstructed on the basis of old jottings that point to the founding mark of his personality: the town of Itabira and the people of Girau. Since his first job, it is clear that the small, iron-paved town was the moral core of his personality - Itabira with its dead and living relatives, its reserved landscape, its traditions, its style. This was the origin of his love for the study of history and his destiny as an intellectual, researcher, and political activist. His archive includes primary and unpublished sources; it holds interest for researchers who would like to understand the limits and importance of his activities in the cultural and political world and to grasp, from his perspective, the spirit of the times he lived in. Most of the letters and documents upon which this work is based date from a precise cultural and historical moment: between 1904 and 1953. These materials are located at the intersection of different factors which make them the object of history, sociology, and literary genres; from these documents, to which were added interviews with people who lived around him, were drawn themes and concerns of the Brazilian intellectual world and the characterization of a historical period, with the mapping out of mentalities, the interlacing of relationships between friends, family members and fellow workers.

[pt] A ditadura militar brasileira causou profundas transformações nas estruturas políticas, econômicas, sindicais e sociais do país. Apesar disto, o tema é pouco tratado pelos estudiosos das organizações, mesmo com indícios da participação empresarial na conspiração que culminou com o golpe de 1964 ou colaboração com órgãos de repressão do Estado. Com o intuito de alterar este quadro, esta pesquisa se propôs a estudar quais eram, como se configuravam e como eram operacionalizadas as práticas de violência cometidas pela Volkswagen do Brasil contra os seus trabalhadores durante a ditadura militar brasileira. A tese subjacente a este objetivo é que a empresa empregou práticas de normalização da violência para que esta pudesse ser praticada indiscriminadamente com o objetivo de aumento de ganhos. Para atingir este propósito este estudo desenvolveu, com base na literatura, um quadro analítico categorizando as práticas de normalização da violência que serviu de base para a leitura dos documentos coletados. Ao todo foram identificadas vinte e duas práticas na literatura que foram agrupadas em seis dimensões. Apoiada na perspectiva histórica, esta pesquisa valeu-se de documentos da época como corpus de pesquisa. Como resultados da pesquisa foi possível identificar que a Volkswagen do Brasil praticava violência física, psicológica, simbólica, econômica e política contra os seus trabalhadores e adotou doze práticas com potencial para normalizar as violências cometidas. / [en] The Brazilian military dictatorship has caused deep changes in the country s political, economic, trade union and social structures. In spite of this, the subject is little touched by the organizations researchers, even with indications of the business participation in the conspiracy that culminated with the coup of 1964 or their collaboration with organs of repression of the State. In order to change this situation, this research aimed to investigate what were and how the violence practices committed by Volkswagen do Brasil against its workers during the Brazilian military dictatorship were configured. The thesis underlying this objective is that this company used violence normalization practices so that it could be practiced indiscriminately for the purpose of increasing earnings. To achieve this goal, this study developed, based on the literature, an analytical framework, categorizing the violence normalization practices that served as a basis for reading the documents collected. Were identified twenty-two practices in the literature, that were grouped into six dimensions. Based on historical perspective, this research was based on documents at time as a corpus of research. As a result of the research it was possible to identify that Volkswagen do Brasil practiced physical, psychological, symbolic, economic and political violence against its workers and adopted twelve practices with the potential to normalize the violence committed.

[pt] O presente trabalho busca contribuir para o avanço do conhecimento na área de Estudos Organizacionais por meio da análise da constituição da organização Memorial da Resistência de São Paulo (MRSP) dentro do paradigma construtivista social com o emprego da lente relacional e crítica proposta pela abordagem ANTi- History. Ao assumir a organização como um verbo, um fenômeno emergente, inacabado e em constante transformação e não mais como um substantivo estático, representável, coerente, neutro e discreto, de acordo com os preceitos do Organizing, foi possível trazer à tona as negociações e manobras dos diferentes atores envolvidos, bem como a contribuição de cada um deles para a constituição do MRSP por meio da ANTI-History. Dessa forma, foi possível ressaltar e tornar transparentes as relações sócio-políticas e de poder subjacentes à constituição do MRSP, assim como o processo contínuo de (re) configuração e ressignificação do espaço enquanto um lugar de memória de resistência, acentuando a importância de se investigar intencionalidades associadas ao que foi resgatado e das interpretações do passado de acordo com agendas e interesses de determinados atores. A análise e a triangulação de diversas fontes, associadas à postura reflexiva e crítica exigida pela ANTi-History, permitiram identificar, resgatar e demonstrar as ações e implicações de uma multiplicidade de atores, promovendo uma contextualização mais profunda e detalhada da análise do fenômeno ao remover o véu de aparente simplicidade da organização e, por fim, revelando possíveis apagamentos e silenciamentos de memórias. / [en] The present study seeks to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the area of Organizational Studies through the analysis of the constitution of the Memorial São Paulo (MRSP) within the social constructivist paradigm from a relational and critical perspective proposed by the ANTi-History approach. By assuming the organization as a verb, an emerging phenomenon, unfinished and in constant transformation and no longer as a noun static, representative, coherent, neutral and discreet, in accordance with the Organizing precepts, one can bring to light the negotiations and maneuvers employed by the different actors involved, as well as contribution of each of these to the constitution of the MRSP. Thus, highlighting and giving transparency to the socio-political and power relations that are subjacent to the constitution of an organisations such as the MRSP, as well as the on-going process of (re) configuration and resignification of the space as a place of memory dedicated to resistance, only increase the importance of looking more closely at the intentionalities associated with that which was recovered and the interpretations of the past according to the agendas and interests of certain actors. The analysis and the triangulation of several sources, associated with the reflexive and critical posture required by an ANTi-History researcher, allowed to identify, recoup and demonstrate the actions and implications of a multiplicity of actors, promoting a deeper and more detailed contextualization of the analysis by removing the veil of apparent simplicity of the organization and, finally, revealing possible cases of effacement and silencing.

[pt] O presente estudo teve como objetivo compreender, à luz da ANTi-History, como ocorreram os processos de constituição de lugares de memória de resistência de dois espaços físicos usados pela polícia política durante a ditadura civil-militar brasileira: os prédios do DEOPS/SP e do DOPS/RJ. Ao investigar o como relacionado à trajetória de cada espaço e da rede inter-organizacional constituída a partir da análise conjunto dos dois processos, foi possível trazer à tona toda a complexidade de disputas, negociações e movimentações, antes subjacentes, tornando transparentes as relações sociopolíticas dos diversos atores envolvidos, bem como a performatividade do contexto. A investigação dos processos de transformação dos espaços de violência, cuja ordenação dos vestígios encontrados permitiu a elaboração de narrativas históricas, evidenciou a característica dinâmica e contingente de um sociopast formado por atores-rede. Por seu caráter relacional e perfil crítico-emancipatório, a teórico-metodologia ANTi-History tornou possível identificar as conexões de forma posicionada e localizada, dissonante da hegemonia positivista e das histórias universais, permitindo que as movimentações sociopolíticas dos atores se tornassem visíveis ao remover o aparente véu de simplicidade de um status quo binário. Os lugares de memória servem ao propósito orientacionista do dever de memória ao submeter o passado a uma consciência reflexiva. São medidas concretas, instrumentos de suporte de memória que ao se tornarem visíveis sob a forma de organizações, como centros de memória ou memoriais, reivindicam o reconhecimento dos acontecimentos do passado e das vivências dos sobreviventes, criando referências para as gerações futuras com a necessária autocrítica com os erros do passado. / [en] This study aimed to understand, in the light of ANTi-History, how the constitution processes of sites of memory of resistance occurred in two physical spaces used by the political police during the Brazilian civil-military dictatorship: the buildings of DEOPS/SP and DOPS/RJ. By investigating the how related to the trajectory of each space and the inter-organizational network constituted from the joint analysis of the two processes, it was possible to bring to light all the complexity of disputes, negotiations, and movements previously underlying, making transparent the sociopolitical relations of the various actors involved, as well as the performativity of the context. The investigation of the transformation processes of the spaces of violence, performed by ordering the traces found, allowed the elaboration of alternatives historical narratives and evidenced the dynamic and contingent characteristic of a sociopast formed by network-actors. By its relational and critical-emancipatory facets, the ANTi-History approach made it possible to identify the connections in a positioned way, dissonant from the positivist mainstream hegemony and universal histories, allowing the actors sociopolitical movements to become visible by removing the apparent veil of simplicity of a binary status quo. Sites of memory serve the orientationist purpose of the duty of memory by subjecting the past to a reflexive consciousness. They are concrete measures, instruments of memory support that by becoming visible in the form of organizations, such as memory centers or memorials, claim recognition of the events of the past and the experiences of survivors, creating references for future generations with the necessary self-critique with the mistakes of the past.
