[pt] Esta dissertação tem como objetivo refletir sobre a construção e o desenvolvimento dos relacionamentos afetivos heterossexuais entre os jovens, tendo como base ilustrativa a série da Netflix Areia Movediça. A partir da representação do relacionamento amoroso entre os personagens principais da série, Maja e Sebastian, foi proposto um debate sobre as transformações sofridas pelo amor romântico na contemporaneidade, a forma como as juventudes lidam com essa área da vida e, por fim, como a interlocução desses dois aspectos pode resultar em uma relação abusiva. Para isso, a pesquisa é dividida em três partes. Na primeira, discutem-se as juventudes e a importância da prática de se assistir a séries na perspectiva dos jovens. Na segunda, há uma breve introdução a Areia Movediça, com o objetivo de contextualizar o leitor. Por meio da análise das cenas, são debatidas temáticas intrínsecas ao universo juvenil consideradas tabus, até se chegar ao tema dos relacionamentos amorosos. Na terceira parte, discutem-se a desigualdade entre gêneros e como ela atua na construção dos relacionamentos abusivos, a partir da história sobre o amor vivido pelos protagonistas de Areia Movediça. / [en] This thesis aims to reflect upon the construction and development of teen romantic heterosexual relationships having the Netflix s Quicksand series as background for the analysis. Maja and Sebastian s relationship helps shed light into the transformations romantic relationships have underwent in modern times, and on how teenagers deal with this aspect of their lives. Quicksand shows us that the combination of romance and teenagers may eventually trigger abusive relationships. In order to elaborate on those topics, the research has been divided into three different parts. The first part debates youth and the relevance of watching television series for teens. The second part is a short introduction on Quicksand. Scene analysis reinforces themes intrinsic to the teen universe that are still considered taboo. The third part reflects on gender inequality and its role in the construction of abusive relationships as depicted in the Quicksand protagonists love story.

[pt] Minimizar as dificuldades de comunicação entre áreas técnicas de TI e áreas de Negócio tem sido um desafio de muitos CIOs - Chief Information Officers - de empresas, que têm que traduzir as necessidades de diversas Unidades de Negócio da empresa em tecnologias adequadas, integradas, escaláveis e geradoras de receita para as organizações. Dado que TI não é um fim em si mesma, mas um meio para que a organização atinja resultados, tal disputa pode desembocar em ineficiência, a despeito dos investimentos e esforços despendidos. As percepções sobre os possíveis conflitos envolvendo a área de TI e seus clientes internos, em duas empresas de telecomunicações brasileiras, são contraditórias ou coincidentes, de acordo com a visão de cada uma das áreas? Quais as causas destes possíveis conflitos identificadas em cada uma das empresas? / [en] Minimize the difficulties of communication between technical areas of IT and Business areas has been a challenge to many CIOs – Chief Information Officers - of companies that have to translate the needs of Business units of the company in appropriate technologies, integrated, scalable and generating revenue for organizations. Since IT is not an end in itself, but a step that organization uses to reach results, such dispute may lead to inefficiency, despite the investment and effort spent. The perceptions of possible conflicts involving IT area and its internal customers of two Brazilian telecommunications companies are contradictory or coincidental, according to the vision of each of the area? What are the possible causes of conflict identified in each company?

[pt] O presente estudo tem o propósito de compreender os antecedentes da adoção de tecnologias de informação e comunicação (TIC), especificamente afetas a dispositivos móveis eletrônicos no contexto de sua aplicação na prestação de serviços públicos ao cidadão e o seu relacionamento com o Estado. Para tanto, a pesquisa buscou desenvolver um modelo inédito de adoção de inovações baseandose no Modelo de Difusão de Inovações (Rogers,2003), agregando a ele construtos adaptados ao contexto da relação do cidadão com governo brasileiro. A partir da teoria, são formuladas hipóteses que exploram quais fatores são capazes de impactar a atitude geral de adoção dos cidadãos em relação a tecnologias de governo móvel. O modelo proposto foi submetido a uma survey transversal, cuja amostra foi escolhida por conveniência, resultando em 666 registros válidos para análise. Os dados obtidos, analisados por meio da modelagem de equações estruturais, confirmam a maior parte das hipóteses formuladas e apresentam relações significativas entre os construtos vantagem relativa, compatibilidade, complexidade, conveniência, qualidade de serviço, confiança no governo e intenção de adoção na atitude geral de adoção sugerindo que o modelo proposto representa um avanço na compreensão dos fatores que influenciam a atitude geral de adoção do cidadão em relação a tecnologias de m-government. / [en] This study aims to understand the information and communication technologies (ICT) adoption background, specifically related to electronic mobile devices in the context of their application in the provision of public services to Brazilian citizens and their relationship with the State. To this end, the research sought to develop an unprecedented model of adopting innovations based on the Innovation Diffusion Model (Rogers, 2003), adding constructs adapted to the context of the citizen s relationship with the Brazilian government. Based on the theory, hypotheses that explore which factors are capable of impacting the general attitude of adoption were formulated. The proposed model, was subjected to a cross-sectional survey, resulting in 666 valid records from a convenience sample. The data obtained were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). They confirm most of the hypotheses formulated and present significant relationships between the constructs relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, convenience, quality of service, trust in the government and intention to adopt in the general attitude of adoption, suggesting that the proposed model represents an advance in understanding the factors that influence the Brazilian citizen general attitude of adoption related to m-government.

[pt] Esta pesquisa investiga primeiramente, por meio de regressões, a relação entre as volatilidades implícitas das opções e os retornos futuros de 20, 40 e 60 dias das ações subjacentes no mercado acionário brasileiro. Essas regressões são então submetidas a testes de heterocedasticidade para garantir que não são regressões espúrias. Por fim, submetemos os resultados a um teste de robustez que confirma as regressões válidas e verifica a presença de autocorrelação nas séries de retornos futuros. O período analisado é de janeiro de 2011 a dezembro de 2021 em um total de onze anos completos. Apesar de apresentarem coeficientes de regressão significativos, nem todas essas regressões passam pelos testes, e sempre deve-se ter cautela ao usar uma volatilidade implícita de opção como sendo capaz de prever retornos das ações subjacentes no mercado brasileiro. / [en] This research first investigates, through regressions, the relationship between the implied volatilities of options and the future returns of 20, 40 and 60 days of the underlying stocks within the Brazilian stock market. These regressions are then subjected to heteroscedasticity tests to ensure that they are not spurious regressions. Finally, we submit the results to robustness tests to confirm the valid regressions and verify the presence of autocorrelation in the series of future returns. The period under analysis is from January 2011 to December 2021, totalling 11 years. Despite having significant regression coefficients, not all of these regressions pass the tests, and one should always exercise caution when using an option implied volatility as a predictor of underlying equity returns in the Brazilian market.

And at the same time, these phases can be nominated. The thesis proposes a Teresian mystic as an alternative for understanding the love of God by the person and the consequent response to this love, experienced and lived in its intensity. The development of the phases marks the way to maturity in love that deepens the transcendence of self in service to our brothers and sisters, to society in general, generating conversion and transformation of it, the announcement and the continuity of the values proposed by Jesus Christ.
