<p>The purpose of this thesis is to analyze equalities/inequalities between the Danish and Swe-dish immigration policy based on Habermas theory about openings/closures and analyze the reasons to the differences between Danish and Swedish immigrant policy. Therefore this study has two question formulations, the first one was "Is there any equalities/inequalities between the Danish and Swedish immigration policy based on Habermas theory of openings and closings?" and the second was "Why are there equalities/inequalities between the Danish and Swedish immigration policy?" The results show that based on Habermas theory there are equalities between the Danish and Swedish immigration policy. On the question why, the re-sults show us that the factors who give the difference are work, people’s attitude to immi-grants and party politics.</p><p>Keywords: Denmark, Sweden, Immigration policy, opening, closing.</p>

Syftet med studien är att öka kunskapen om förskollärares uppfattningar om barns delaktighet i dokumentationsarbetet. Tidigare forskning visar att barns delaktighet inte har en central plats i dokumentationsarbetet på förskolan. Det blir problematiskt då styrdokumenten för förskolan säger att barns delaktighet i dokumentationsarbetet ska ha en central plats i verksamheten. I vår studie har vi först sökt fram hur tidigare forskning ser på dokumentation och delaktighet då detta är relevanta begrepp i vår studie. För att kunna se förskollärares uppfattningar om barns delaktighet i dokumentation som pålitliga så måste vi först se att deras begreppsdefinitioner om just delaktighet och dokumentation stämmer överens med de faktiska definitionerna av begreppen. Vi har därefter sökt förståelse för hur förskollärare ser på begreppen, då vi finner detta viktigt för att vidare kunna se hur förskollärare arbetar med just barns delaktighet i dokumentationen. Utifrån vår studie har vi kunnat se att det finns en samsyn kring begreppen dokumentation och delaktighet hos de förskollärare som deltagit i studien. Dock så har vi genom analys av resultatet tillsammans med teorin om barns delaktighet som innefattar en delaktighetstrappa skapad av Shier (2001) kunnat se att sättet som förskollärare arbetar på för att ge barn delaktighet i dokumentation sett olika ut trots att synen på dokumentation och delaktighet är lika.
