This work tries to remedy the practical part of teaching development of software for real-time systems. It does so by creation of a platform on which students can practically learn aspects of development of software for real-time systems. % (feedback control, low level programming). The resulting platform consists of a plant, a visualizer and a controller. The plant represents an industrial machine, the visualizer displays the current state of the plant. The controller drives the plant. Students learn by developing a program for the controller. The resulting platform is realized as a hardware-in-the-loop simulation -- the controller's processor and devices are real hardware, and the plant is a simulated device. Interest-based education and leisure time are important in every person's life and they influence the proper functioning of the whole society. In order to fulfil its functions, it is important to emphasize its quality. The aim of the Diploma Thesis The Management of Interest Based Education Quality in the Ústí Region is to reveal the real status of the quality management of the interest-based education in the leisure time centres; and to identify the possibilities to innovate the leisure time education quality management. The questionnaire survey was used as the main research method of data collection. Interviews were used as the supplementary method. ABSTRACT The main topic of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the ways old-age and its attributes are represented in current Czech cinema when compared to newest sociological data on Czech seniors. The work attempts to find out whether the way seniors are presented in films corresponds to reality and if not, what are the reasons behind it. It also addresses topics such as the specific traits of the current generation of Czech seniors, their economic, social and family situation and the way these are reflected in Czech films. The thesis also looks at more general topics such as old age and gender, loneliness or freedom and last but not least analyzes the methods that filmmakers used to portray the themes of memory and reminiscing in their films.

This dissertation focuses on free time as a new phenomenon in the industrially advanced society. The goal of this paper is firstly to map how the monitored group of children and youth from Rychnov nad Kněžnou and surrounding villages spend their free time and secondly how the above mentioned group comprehends the preventive function of free time. After the theoretical part which is focused on sociology of leisure, leisure education, and rural and urban area, there is an empirical part containing secondary and primary research (performed in form of questioning) with special focus on offering free time activities. The research found out that both groups of pupils (from urban as well as from the rural area) perceive the free time, possibilities of spending it, and their wishes for better spending the free time in similar way. Although the offer of free time activities in the rural area is significantly more limited compared to the free time activities offered in the urban area, the pupils living in the rural area are surprisingly satisfied with the offer. This limited offer is often accompanied with more common feeling of boredom which could grow into being dangerous; in view of preventive function of free time this fact is not insignificant.

The diploma thesis deals with time management in work of three managers. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on study of scientific literature. It is focused on management, managers personality, managers functions and roles. Thereafter, time management techniques and methods are described. Information from theoretical part provides a complex base for the practical part. In the practical part, the organization and managers, who are the subject of this thesis are described. For the time management analysis was used time frame, forms for analyzing interference and forms for identifying the major time consumers. Furthermore, individual conducted interviews with each manager were made. The interview revealed the managers attitude to the importance of the time factor in their managerial work. On the basis of information obtained from analyzes and interview, the shortcomings were discovered. Recommendations for elimination of shortcommings were suggested together with recommendation for more efficient use of time.

This thesis aims to find out the range of unpaid work in the Czech Republic and whether there are significant gender differences in the terms of unpaid work. This target was reached by evaluating experience from abroad, specifically from the research of OECD, research of HETUS and research based on a survey in the Slovakia in 2011. Measure of unpaid work in the Czech Republic was determined by present surveys, but was mainly based on my own survey. The thesis also contains a theoretical part that specifies the importance and influence of unpaid work. Gender inequalities in society but mainly in the labour market were also specified. This thesis summarises past results of surveys that addressed the topic of unpaid work. The main asset of my work is the research in the Czech Republic, which is directly focused on the range of unpaid work as there only had been series of research that dealt with unpaid work briefly. Another benefit of this work is proposing possible amendments because the assumption that women spend more time on unpaid work than men was confirmed. These changes could help to compensate the inequality.

V práci jsem se zaměřil na popis současného stavu výroby vozů na zakázku ve Škodě Auto a.s. Snažil jsem se pojmout celý proces jako systém a s ním pak také pracovat a nalézt možnosti zlepšení. Součástí práce jsou myšlenky autorů světového managementu o změnách principů řízení v 21. století. Třetina práce obsahuje představení a popis evropského projektu 5 denní auto, který se snaží nalézt řešení pro zkrácení současných dob realizace výroby vozů na zakázku ze 40-60 dní na 5 dní. V závěru jsem popsal možné změny výrobních a logistických strategií k dosažení zkrácení realizačních dob výroby vozů na zakázku.

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the investment efficiency to the traffic buildings. Theoretical part describes the history of the traffic sector and the railway traffic, the ownership and financing of the railway infrastructure. Next section describes the characteristic of railway corridors, basic principles of their modernization and optimizations and methods for the evaluation of investment efficiency. In practical part is focused on design of an own methodology for the evaluation of investment efficiency to the traffic building according to savings of passengers' time. The investment efficiency to the railway corridors is assessed using proposed methodology.

The main purpose of this thesis is business plan of new family fun center and evaluates its business plan. The diploma thesis is divided to two parts. The first part of thesis concentrates on theoretical part and prepares basis for the practical part and deals with issues in its spare time from different angles, the actual business plan and selecting appropriate legal forms of business. Second part includes business plan which will be used for dealings with financial institutions and investors. The business plan contains all the key parts such as the introduction of company, PEST analysis or analysis of competitors, marketing plan, operation and financial plan.

Diplomová práce pojednává o návrhu nového hardwaru využívající komparátor ve zpětné vazbě systému pro digitální předzkreslování signálu. Vybrané vlastnosti navrhované architektury jsou ověřeny pomocí simulací a následně jsou zvoleny komponenty vhodné pro vysokofrekvenční použití za účelem implementace. Na bázi předložené architektury je navržen akviziční modul včetně obvodové realizace a vytvoření plošného spoje. Zhotovený plošný spoj je osazen a připraven pro další testování. Dále je navržen příslušný firmware pro příjem a vysílání signálu a získávání naměřených dat. Obdržené výsledky jsou určeny pro zhodnocení vlastností hardwaru a budoucího využití architektury v systémech digitálních předzkreslovačů.
