This diploma work deals with relationship between composition and mechanical properties of polymeric composite with polypropylene matrix and magnesia hydroxide as a filler. The influence of content of filler (20,40,60 w.%) and temperature (-30°C +60°C) on dynamic fracture toughness is observed. The regresion function describing the dependence of studied mechanical properti on temperature for all experimental materials where found. Experimental data were confront with data gained on the same materials then 10 years ago and influence of time on mechanical properties of follow - up composites is evaluate.

The master's thesis deals with design of a solution for time synchronization in computer networks that is a crucial problem of many network applications. Based on analysis of protocols for time synchronization, PTP protocol was chosen as an appropriate candidate. The thesis describes the implementation of the design for a special network interface card and demonstrates features of the solution in several tests. A part of the solution processing precise timestamps was implemented in FPGA chip on the network card while PTP messages are processed in a software application. Values of configurable parameters of the application were determined based on analysis of the network card properties and results of particular tests. It was achieved accuracy in order of tens of nanoseconds.

Thesis analyses the problem about motorsport discipline hill climb races. Using the findings is designed database structure and created user application together with websites for current result publishing. The work also describes the hardware that is compatible with this application.

Vzhledem k různým právním normám na zahraničním trhu, jsou vysvětleny bariéry vstupu na trh. Návrh obsahuje definovaný seznam činností, analýzu času, analýzu a hodnocení rizik a rozpočet projektu.

Dissertation is project of four-floor free-time center with basement, situated in Havířov-Město. Building is used for art lessons, drama class, ceramic class and natural science class. In basement are situated four parking places, utility room, mechanical room, boiler room, furniture storage room, workshop with sanitary facilities for maintenance man and bicycle room. In ground floor is situated administrative facility of building- headmaster’s office, headmaster’s assistant’s office, guidance counsellor’s office, conference room and kitchen. Then there are sanitary facilities for employees and visitors, reception and waiting room for children and parents. In first floor are classrooms for art and ceramic lessons with storage room, sanitary facilities and office for teachers. Second floor consists of halls for drama classes with storage rooms, office for teachers, dressing rooms and sanitary facilities. In third floor are classrooms for natural science lessons, storage rooms, office for teachers and terrace. Floors are connected through two stairways, one with three stair flights and elevator, second with two stair flights. Building has flat roof. Project was completed using ArchiCAD software. The emphasis was put on correct disposition and architectural resolution and safe using of building.

This thesis deals with the problems of values at two levels. The first level applies to level orientations of Czech and British society - a review of how much the liberal traditions and different degree of modernization affect on values of adult population with the aim of discover how much are the values unlike. The second level deals with the difference of values of adolescents in the country and in the town. On the level fo adults were discovered differences of values in the country and in the town, on the grounds of that was the goal of the second part do find out, if this difference applies on adolescents too due to the effect of environment. The first part is based on the analysis of up to now newest data of EVS of 2008, in the second part was performed a survey between two hundreds of eight-grade students of a elementary school. The survey affirmed the approximation of values in the country and in the town of Czech Republic to Great Britain in the young generation of 15 - 29 years. In the future is another approximation of values independent on place of residence and bigger approximation to modern western Europe expected. The basic starting point of the project is to understand needs of mentally disabled people and an evaluation of a badly usable floodplain. The draft proposes creation of an activity park, an exemplary garden and a leisure- and integration centre object. The centre generates an important point on the route from the city centre to the neighbouring spa town and connects two significant areas in the town, which associate various cultural and sports facilities. The design of flood-protection works was evolving from a version with a partial increase of the terrain and placement of a flood-protection dyke up to the nature-close arrangements in a terrain-dyke form, which doesn´t inhibit natural processes of the Bečva river and maintains an active flood zone in an almost unchanged shape. The building program was formulated in two versions. A creative café connected with a gastro-workshop is fundamental in the both versions. In the building program A a horticulture is emphasised, the building program B is more aimed at a creative-workshops. The concept of the building is constructed on the terse principal of harmony between individual boxes with clearly defined functions and free, connecting space. An easy orientation and a free, for everybody open space is the base of the building. The garden- and park-arrangements in the studied area were chosen in the way to fully support the character of the planned leisure-centre. The draft is composed by geometrically alternating areas with different functions, which are connected by a promenade going along the dyke-crown.

This thesis represents the different theoretical concept of leisure time set in a historical context. Presents an overview of researches in the area of spending leisure time and parents´ opinions on leisure activities of their children. This thesis deal with social determinants of spending leisure time. Also includes a view of leisure time as a tool for educational action. The research is focused at parents of preschool children. It examines parents´ perceptions of the ideal way in which their children spend their leisure time. The research asks parents what they consider as a leisure time, determinants of spending leisure time. Further asks for what parents prefer or vice versa reject like a way of spending leisure time and what they consider as suitable or unsuitable activities of leisure time.

This thesis deals with a topic that factors influencing the professional development of school principals. Its aim is to determine the quantitative and qualitative research which factors and to what extent the professional development of directors house of children and youth and leisure centers (the DDM and SVČ) in the Pardubice region influence. The core issue is the continuing education of directors DDM and SVČ, whether in their professional development in further education. The thesis also includes a six-year term of office, which can have a significant impact on the professional development of directors of DDM and SVČ. Research suggests that the Director of SVC and DDM most important factor that affects their professional development, continuing education. The research results are used in the field of school management and management education as an extension of knowledge about the work of the directors of DDM and SVČ and their professional development, which is negatively and positively influenced by various factors. The aim of thesis "The media impact on the decision of the possibilities of spending freetime" is to determine through what channels, public gathers informations about leisure opportunities. It can help the centers of freetime to get media exposure as an opportunity for their development to help freetime centers to perceive media as an opportunity for their further development. Theoretical part introduces readers with the theme how media acts with society, especially with family, children and parents. It also deals with freetime time centers, the reader will be familiar with their characteristics for a good orientation in the following practical part. It also deals with various tool of so- called "communication mix", which is then applied in the practical part of the draft, as an "Communication strategy of DDM in Prague 9". The experimental part is based on a statistical methods of market research, particularly a questionnaire survey. This market research dealt with the effects of media on people's freetime in three locations - Prague, Zlín and Mikulov. Those three places were chosen as representatives of different sized cities; the assumption is, that freetime behavior of their inhabitants may vary.
