The aim of my diploma work was focusing on motivation to art activity and creativity of children of younger school age in the pedagogy of leisure time. The art project {\clq}{\clq}The four seasons`` focuses on aim to clarify the children of younger school age the nature, habits, traditions and further interests of single seasons and to motivate them to their own art activity and arouse enthusiasm and creativity. These aims are in the project achieved by literarily-dramatic, artistic, locomotory, environmental and experimental education. In the conclusion I mention phenomenoms, which arose during the realization of the project ``The four seasons`` and I summarize my findings and knowledge.

This thesis deals with the recreational function of free time for students of the Faculty of Theology of the University of South Bohemia. The thesis is an analysis of the literature on the matter, stating kinds of recreation and brief historical overview in the context of free time. It is an analysis of recreation and active lifestyles including previous research studies. The central section is defined by the concept and function of free time period described in university education, recreational activities and leisure time of students, stating research studies. One whole chapter in the end of the theoretical part is focused on student from Faculty of Theology of the University of South Bohemia with the analysis of gender problem and gender statistics at the University of South Bohemia. The main goal of the research is to determine with the method of non-standardized questionnaire, how students the Faculty of Theology of the University of South Bohemiao use leisure time for recreation, pertinently to find proposals to improve the recreational function of free time. The data obtained from non-standardized questionnaire are compared by gender, kind of study and individual fields of study the Faculty of Theology of the University of South Bohemia, the main goal is to make an evaluation and recommendations for practice.

This thesis is focused on personality of free time pedagogue and meaning of his work: The first part examines pedagogy itself and pedagogy of free time having regard to single objective, to education. Also deals with issues of free time pedagogue. The second part is focused on the importance of personality of free time pedagogue from different perspectives. Free time pedagogue is considered charismatically, creative, motivating and unique personality, coach and authority, which leads to the possibility of self-realization and self-education in free time. The third and the last part reveals more of the mission of education and direction to self-education to purpose educate adult personality in their free time through the answers to the questions of meaning and meaningful event.

The master thesis deals with smart metering implementation project proposal for the selected location in the gas industry. Methodology of project management is used for creating of the IPMA.

The topic of this thesis is procrastination. Procrastination is "the illogical, but deliberate delaying of planned action, which is accompanied by a commitment to alternative activities." (Sliviaková 2010, p. 3). Occasional procrastination however mostly harmless is only a small step from procrastination chronic. Chronic procrastination already points at undesirable situation, the malfunction of a healthy lifestyle and self-control. That view is the starting point for the research work of the problem, which investigates the symptoms of procrastination among primary and secondary school pupils. Procrastination is usually being considered in relation to adults' behaviour. The question asked is whether it is relevant to consider procrastination also in relation to children at primary school. In the theoretical part, we therefore first gathered and compiled the available data about the topic from various Czech and foreign sources, mainly to define with necessary precision the object of the study (procrastination) and learned the wider context of the issue (time management, self- management). The diploma thesis deals with the problems of strategic management in the organizations of leisure activities education. It is based on present theoretical knowledge from this field and also its application in organizations. Besides general facts, it presents system of steps necessary for their application of effective management and development of non-profit organization with a view of long-term sustainability. The thesis brings detected results analysis from questionnaire survey about present condition of strategic management in focused organizations and also preview of its possible ways of further efficiency increase in the condition of these school facilities. It offers material to the organizations which want to find journey of change and inspiration for those who want to find further possibilities. 1 Abstract: The final diploma thesis deals with the issue of marketing management of the school facilities for interest education It is based on the existing theoretical findings in the marketing area and marketing strategies. The theoretical part defines basic concepts, features of the marketing management organisations and their benefits. The thesis deals with the specifics of the marketing management in the school facilities for interest education, the individual steps of the marketing management and especially the marketing mix - product, price of the educational programs, place of their provision, propagation and sales promotion. The thesis brings the analysis of the found results of the extensive research provided via questionnaire investigation, interview and text analysis. This analysis represents the status of the marketing management in the leisure centers and the benefit of the analysis is the enumeration of the using marketing tools as a resource of the inspiration for improvement in this area in the conditions of school facilities for interest education. Strategic human resource management is an approach that is closely related to the strategic organizational management, thus it is in accordance with the given objectives and goals of the organization leading to its permanent development and efficiency as a whole. The diploma work aims to find out whether the leisure time centres in the Czech Republic are in terms of human resources managed strategically. The theoretical part of the diploma work defines the terms concerning personnel activities and strategic organizational management in the context of specifications of an educational institution like a leisure time centre and/or similar one. The research deals with the interconnection between the personnel activity performance in an organization and an organizational strategy. Further on, it discloses aspects and features of the strategic human resource management in a leisure time centre and/or organizations of a similar type. It also focuses on possible agreement between the human resource management policies in the investigated organizations and the chosen human resource management models. This Master’s Thesis deals with a design of a detached Leisure center. The building is situated on a specific plot of cadastral area of Brno city, more precisely in Útěchov u Brna. The aim was to create an object suitable by its disposition solution for requirements of leisure center for children and adults. The building is designed as basementless, with two above-ground floors topped by flat roof. Wooden frame system with inserted thermal insulation and ETICS system in case of peripheral walls was proposed for load-bearing walls. Load-bearing structure of ceiling and roof is made by wooden-steel Posi-joist beams. The work also includes fire safety and thermo-technical assessment.

This Master's thesis deals with the design of a new workplace and the optimization of the process of printing production documentation for given production sections at IMI International Ltd. The solution to the problem begins with an analysis of the process that pointed to certain types of waste. Then, the process was optimized and a more efficient workplace with ergonomic features was designed. In the last part of the thesis the proposal is technically and economically evaluated.
