Thesis on Management claims handling process in order to optimize the indemnification with respect to client satisfaction deals with determining the reasonable costs of indemnification of damage to motor vehicles. It defines processes liquidation process in relation to the legislation, client satisfaction and the actual state solution claims. The practical part of the thesis deals with expert analysis of the resolution of insurance claims, defining new procedures and methods in the process of liquidation, evaluates and analyzes client satisfaction. The aim of this thesis is the statistical analysis of the impact of new measures liquidation process, ensuring the profitability of individual products while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The thesis goal is to analyze the Škoda Power Company, to assess the company acquisition by the Doosan Corporation at the end of the 2009 year and to suggest measures with potential to increase benefits from the acquisition both for Škoda Power Company and its owner. The Škoda Power company financial health and performance (earnings, profitability, debt ratio, liquidity), output and sales, research and development, identity of the firm, particularly the firm culture, communication and behavior and their changes as a result of Doosan Way philosophy implementation, staff, average earnings, labor productivity in the 2007 -- 2012 years are analyzed. Areas with the highest potential of synergy effects impacts are discovered using strategic analysis of the firm, synergy effects are discussed and improving measures are suggested if the synergy potential exceeds the real synergy effects.

This paper deals with the operators responsibility for damage caused by a motor vehicle in the current Civil Code and the new Civil Code, which will be effective from 1. 1. 2014. According to the always-study of the topic immediately point out the specific changes that occur due to the new regulation. The first chapter deals with the importance of explaining the issue of damages in a social context. Furthermore, I point out its functions. The second chapter deals with the definition of basic concepts related to this problem. Define who or what is motor vehicle damage and operator. Interpret different kinds of operators of vehicles, when their resolution is critical consequences for the operator is obliged to pay damages. The third chapter explains the general provisions on liability for damage. It also deals with the inclusion of liability in the Code civil law. People encounter civil relationships in everyday life, thus the civil law follows a human being from his/her birth to death. Obligation relationships can arise not only at the basis of law actions, predominantly contracts, but also from illegal actions and by law qualified events, which lead to an origin of damages or a defect in an object of fulfilment. Both, liability for damage and liability for defects represent significant part of civil law and belong among the most discussed problems in law theory. The aim of this thesis is to focus on mutual relationship between liability for damage and liability for defects according to the Act No. 40/1964 LC., civil legal code, and to present important terms with a consideration of a rich judicature in this area. Some of the differences between liability for damage and liability for defects according to the Act No. 513/1991 LC. are explained briefly; since the commercial law modification would deserve a separate thesis. The Quantification of Damages caused by breach of the European Union Competition Law and Private Enforcement of its Compensation Abstract Effective competition is key issue for achieving the economic prosperity of the internal market, improving the quality of production and maximizing employment. On the contrary restriction of the competition can lead to inefficient allocation of resources, loss of economic welfare and damages to both competitors and consumers. Achieving and maintaining of the effective competition is therefore one of the main objectives of the European Union. This can be achieved through means of public and private enforcement. While pubic enforcement has, in particular, punitive and deterring function, private enforcement has, in particular, compensatory function. Despite these differences both categories complement each other. That is why this thesis deals with the relationship between private and public enforcement. On 26 November 2014, the European Union adopted Directive 2014/104/EU, which partially harmonises private enforcement in relation to the right to compensation for damages caused by a breach of competition law. Cílem práce je detailní zmapování etapy analýzy projektu integrace portálu B2E ve firmě Škoda Auto a.s. V práci jsou také srovnány postupy uplatňované při projektu s obecnými metodickými návody. Následně jsou obecné návody přizpůsobeny podmínkám projektu běžícího ve velké společnosti s velkým počtem budoucích uživatelů. Hlavním cílem práce však bylo vytvoření sady klíčových pravidel, která zohledňují specifika velkého projektového okolí.
