Obsahem této diplomové práce je představení problematiky rozložených vozů jako varianty vstupu automobilky na nové trhy. V první části jsou představeny jednotlivé kategorie rozložených vozů a zahraniční montážní závody automobilky Škoda Auto a související logistické řetězce, v druhé části jsou analyzovány vybrané ekonomické parametry expedice rozložených vozů. Ve třetí části je kritické analýze podroben právě probíhající projekt výstavby výrobního závodu Škoda Auto a Volkswagen v ruské Kaluze se zhodnocením rizikových faktorů.

V diplomové práci jsem usilovala o zdokonalení informační podpory pro řízení zásob v podmínkách střediska dispozice v Kvasinách ve firmě Škoda Auto, a. s. Nejprve jsem mapovala nástroje a metody efektivního řízení zásob s primárním zřetelem na jejich informační podporu. Nabyté poznatky jsem posléze aplikovala na konkrétní situaci střediska dispozice a snažila se o celkové zefektivnění procesu řízení zásob v souladu s celopodnikovým prospěchem. Vytvářela jsem kritéria, která by alespoň částečně zhodnotila disponentovu práci vzhledem ke struktuře jeho referátu. Dále jsem se zaměřila na rovnoměrnost odvolávaného množství během měsíce.

Résumé My diploma is focused on mutual relationship between the title from liability for damage and the title from liability for defect. Firstly, I tried to explain every institute separately and in the end of my work I dealt with their interrelation. In the first Chapter I outline a picture of civil liability in the level of juristic theory and I bring a view on the origin and content of civil liability. In this Chapter I point out that the understanding of the term of civil liability is non-uniform, which leads to serious opinion fragmentation. One of the main tasks of the legal order is to ensure the protection of the society and individual from the conception of damage with the aid of legal rules together with coercive state authority. It means that the protection of their health, property, as well as nature and the environment should be provided. This diploma thesis is focused on development of the international communication strategy for ŠKODA Care products based on results of markets researches and analysis of aftersales products portfolio and its communication by competing brands KIA and Hyundai.

The first objective of this thesis is to define the most significant benefits of a customer satisfaction strategy for a company. Especially, the effects on customer base, retention, loyalty, and last but not least on financials are discussed. Furthermore, three techniques of customer satisfaction measurement are critically assessed. Those are complaint management, customer satisfaction surveys, and mystery shopping. Secondly, a comprehensive customer satisfaction strategy for ŠKODA AUTO is defined based on theoretical knowledge regarding customer satisfaction and the specifics of automotive industry. The strategy comprises of four particular parts: generic approach, sales, after sales, and product.

This paper deals with the management of foreign exchange risk and focuses on ŠKODA JS a.s. Its aim is to evaluate the process of risk managing in the company, assuming that foreign exchange risk has a substantial impact on business. The analysis itself is based on interpretation of foreign exchange position, forecasts of both exchange rate and expected losses, explicit hedge strategy and details of financial derivatives used for hedging.

While ŠKODA AUTO, the biggest Czech automobile maker, has achieved strong performance in the Asian markets, especially in China and India with ŠKODA growth strategy, the home ground for ŠKODA AUTO has witnessed that the South Korean car manufacturer, Hyundai, has continuously expanded its market shares in Czech Republic. In this regard, this paper aims to evaluate whether ŠKODA AUTO can win the competition and explore an unseen profit opportunity by serving the South Korean market. The first phase of the research reveals ŠKODA AUTO's internationalization motives and expectation about South Korean market regarding its mission and strategy. Having identified the ŠKODA AUTO motives, the second phase of the research begins to analyze the current situation of ŠKODA AUTO in order to diagnose ŠKODA AUTO internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and threats and to clarify ŠKODA AUTO international markets portfolio. The third phase of the research is designed to discover whether South Korea provides ŠKODA AUTO with favorable conditions to enter by examining political, economic, social, technological factors as well as cultural factors and psychic distance. Lastly, the fourth phase of this research deals with industry specific factors in order to assess market attractiveness of the South Korean automobile industry and to analyze the competitor as well as to reveal South Korean consumers' perception about imported cars in terms of barriers and drives to purchase imported cars.

Name of the thesis: Liability for damage in employment relationships The aim of my thesis is to analyse different types of liability for damage in employment relationships caused by the employer as well as the employee. This topic is very important part of labour law and also very practical, because it concerns most people who become employer or employee. Liability for damage is the main type of liability relations in labour law and every employer and employee need to know their rights and obligations arising from liability relations. Name of the thesis: Employee Liability for Property Damage and Harm To a Person The aim of this thesis is to analyze employee's liability for damage in a broader historical context, extending also to the theory of law, to distinguish the specifics of labour law liability from the civil law liability and to define the prerequisites for the emergence of different types of employee's liability for damages and to elaborate on them in detail, especially through scientific literature and case law. In the first chapter, I describe labour law in brief historical context relevant for the topic, with reference to key changes in the development of labour law legislation. In accordance with aforementioned, in chapter two I then focus on the theory of liability, namely liability for damage, and then in chapter three I analyze in detail the liability for damage as regulated in the Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labour Code. This master's degree thesis refers to legal regulation of the compensation of damage under civil law. The main purpose of my thesis is to analyze and evaluate current Czech legal regulation of the compensation of damage in civil law. The interpretation is based on regulation in the Civil Code, namely Act no. 40/1964. Coll., as amended, whereas deviations arising from commercial and employment compensation regulation are omitted. The paper offers an overview of the opinions of the leading legal experts on fundamental issues of compensation. The interpretation includes analysis of relevant decision-making practice of courts and a comparison with the legislation in projects of European tort law. The thesis also contains an overview of the most significant changes brought by the forthcoming new Civil Code, in case it is adopted.
