The influence of the founders of public primary schools in small municipalities on the educational direction of the school Author: Bc. et Bc. Vojtěch Bílý ABSTRACT The thesis deals with the possible influence of founders of public primary school on the educational direction of the school. Although the law does not allow the direct influence of the founders on the management of the pedagogical process, there are a number of instruments by which the founders indirectly seek to apply their influence. In this work we first define the field of research, the state of the current knowledge of the subject and the basic concepts, and then we analyze the ways in which the founders use the influence, what pressure the school heads perceive and to what extent they are subject to it. In the practical part, we focus on primary schools in the Olomouc region in municipalities up to 5000 inhabitants where there is a prerequisite for the existence of only one school and there is usually a closer link between the school head and the mayor of the municipality. The practical part is based on questionnaires with the founders and the directors of the schools which are complemented with semi-structured interviews with the directors and the mayors of the municipalities. Marketingová komunikace alternativní výuky na základních školách

Diploma thesis deals with marketing communications for primary school, which focus on alternative educations in the South Moravian region. The theoretical part concentrates on marketing of school and marketing communications of alternative education. The practical part uses, both on literature and combines qualitative and quantitative research. The main finding is that gender the parents has not a significant influence on the decision of choosing a school for the child. The result of work is the design of marketing communications, which is generally used for primary schools involved in alternative education.

In my thesis, I decided to describe how all the means that actor?s body and soul comprise can by synthesized into something that is able to tell a story, communicate and be passed on. I myself am still in the middle of the process of discovering all the separate particles of those means, as well as of how they function, how they can be used and how they can be worked with. During my studies, and moreover during my lifelong encounter with theatre and art, this topic has intrigued me and I have always come across it to some extent. That is why in my thesis I focus not only on the already discovered andexamined kind of synthetic stage appeal, but also on the undiscovered one. Because a man himself represents his one and only primordial universe and his own utterly first teacher, through whom every perception has to pass. And it goes differently with every single person. Whether the person is an actor, a ballet girl, or a singer. In the first part of my thesis, I mainly focus on the historical overview of theatre?s origin and function and I follow the evolution of the so-called synthetic acting. Furthermore, I present several individual personalities, theatrical groups and their artistic movements, who later explored the concept of synthetic acting intentionally. To sum up, I try to reflect my own experience with synthetic acting and, in the end of my thesis, I concentrate on my search for my very own form of synthetic acting.

Optimalizace spádových obvodů základních škol ve správních obvodech ORP Prachatice a ORP Vimperk

Districts Prachatice and Vimperk could be marked within Czech Republic as peripheral territory with decreasing population. These losses are especially noticeable in mountain areas of these districts. Decreasing of numbers of inhabitants and schoolchildren leads to disappearance of local elementary schools and to reducing the number of pupils in these schools, and also to transformation of full elementary schools to incomplete elementary schools, mostly in form of small village schools with one or two classrooms. Diploma thesis monitors territorial distribution of elementary schools, territorial arrangement of their school catchment regions, territorial distribution of schoolchildren, availability of elementary schools with school buses and trains, takes stock of fullness of elementary schools and their classrooms, that all with goal to optimize territorial distribution these schools and their school catchment regions. Moreover, analysis of facilities elementary schools and their space and building characteristics are contained in diploma thesis. A separate attention is dedicated to elementary schools in Šumava part of study area, where solutions to sustain these schools even with small number of pupils are sought.

Mateřská škola a lidová pohádka / Preschool and the Folk Fairy Tale

This thesis deals with folk fairy tales and their uses for children from the age of three to six, who attend preschool or leisure time clubs at family centres. The introduction describes the folk fairy tales´ influence on small children and their benefits to them. It also specifies the possibilities of the use of this kind of fairy tales for the pre-school children and it gives examples of the possible work with them by means of drama methods. The thesis contains particular subject-matters of particular lessons and projects that have been carried out with the children of this age. The core of this work is the description of the creation of three productions for pre-school children with the students at ZUŠ. There were three fairy tales processed to become an introductory parts of the preschool preventive programme. The described processes and difficulties that rose up during the formation of this project are supplemented by the scripts of two realized performances.

This thesis discusses the use of drama in cross-curricular objectives at practical elementary schools. Given the specifics of the target group of pupils the work is devoted to defining particular groups of handicaped children, their health disabilities, manifestations and possibilities.The area of special education is, in many respects, different from mainstream primary schools, which significantly affects education possibilities of these children.Via more detailed view on the subject of the students with disabilities I strive to provide opportunities for understanding the drama in special education.The work is divided into five chapters. The aim of this work is to show that there is also possible to use methods of drama to educate students in special education. This thesis is based on my professional experience as a special education teacher and my experience of using drama with disabled children. Three projects are components of this work, they use drama as a tool to understand the problem.The projects are also linked with Art and Craft, which are significantly represented at practical elementary school.
