Parolek, T. Use of marketing tools for the needs of secondary schools with a general form of education. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2015. This work is concerted with the use of marketing tools for secondary schools with the general form of education with a narrower focus on grammar school in Jevíčko. Based on the analysis of internal and external environment around the school and the realized marketing research was at first assessed the current communication strategy of grammar school in Jevíčko. Adjustments are designed to increase the competitiveness and including processing of financial implications for the selected educational institution. The thesis includes also the revised designs of promotional materials.

The second big goal is that it is trying to find out if the new, workshop - oriented educational system, has trully created an actor out of me, and most important, what kind of an actor I became finishing the school.

At first I write in a style of diary and later on I describe particular approaches of work, exercises and creating of the performance itself. The final section is devoted to the author's own project Coco.on, which was created as part of a school project Left on my own. This creation was based on the experience gained from the summer workshop.

The first part of the diploma thesis aims at the problematic of social responsibility related with marketing. It depicts the development of this principle and the meaning of the concept. The abbreviation CSR is used for corporate social responsibility and it represents responsible acts and practices of a company to the environment and society in which it operates. The companies strive to reduce negative impacts of their activities as much as possible. The literature also solves an issue of social responsibility of universities which is still not clearly defined branch of social responsibility. The work determines various reasons on why the universities, as educational companies, should fulfil principles of socially responsible behaviour. The thesis also presents different interest groups, key activities and further principles of socially responsible behaviour of universities. The second part of the diploma thesis processes a case study of several foreign universities performing socially responsible strategies. Different activities are identified and divided into sections which are subsequently compared with the socially responsible activities of Czech universities. The thesis also includes a data analysis of the data acquired from the questionnaire survey performed among students of universities. The survey is focused on the perception of socially responsible behaviour on universities. The work then proposes a procedure in introduction and selection of a suitable socially responsible strategy by a university.

The diploma thesis "The Class Climate" has a theoretical-empirical character. The main aim of this thesis focuses on measuring and comparing the classroom climete of standard and alternative schools.The introductory part comprises definitions of basic terms such as social group, school environment, atmosphere, climate. Furthermore, it investigates the theoretical clarification of the classroom climate and details the elements, types and actors of the climate. The thesis also closely notes the research methods of the classroom climete measuring. The author concludes the theoretical part with description of the issue of alternative schools. The practical part implementes through questionnaire survey with a participation of pupils from standard and alternative primary schools. There has been defined the aim, assumptions and selected the method of the classroom climate measuring. The conclusion summarizes the results of the questionnaire survey as well as verifies the assumptions.

Methods: The theoretical part of the diploma thesis was prepared with the help of a descriptive analytical method, searches of available Czech literature, foreign sources and valid legislative sources. In the practical part, a questionnaire was conducted on the theme of active shooter. The results were statistically processed and then interpreted. The practical section is focused on analysis of questionnaires and interviews I have conducted with the directors of private language schools. The research objective was to assess the specific factors affecting the process, quality control and English language instruction at this school.

The art and drama workshop of this kind concentrates on older secondary school students aged from 15 ? 19. Its resources have been taken from several areas, which are as follows. Firstly it is a piece of literature, chosen according to the coming around topic in the lessons of the Czech language and literature in the appointed year. Secondly it is visual art, which appears here in two levels ? as inspiration taken from one particular period of history of art, identical with the literary work, and as creation itself , using specific art techniques (mostly of modern and contemporary art). Last but not least it exploits methods of drama education, that define basic arrangement of the whole workshop. One of the main objectives is to reduce crisis of fine art expression which becomes evident during the period of adolescence.
