The purpose of the diploma thesis was to provide the reader with the insight into sponsorship of Czech universities, explain the definition of sponsorship from different point of views and make a suggestion for improvement in the area of the academic sponsorship. I described sponsorship as a part of marketing communication and on showed its utilization on the specific example of the University of Economics and Ceska Sporitelna.

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and evaluation of the tertiary education in the Czech Republic. First the tertiary education is being characterized in it, its system, classification and its role in education. Then I take heed of financing of the tertiary education, its organizing at either public or private universities. Next, the reform of tertiary education is introduced. Particular quantitative data are analysed in a period between 2007 - 2011, when there is evaluating the development of number of students at universities, and the development of financing university education from the state and regional budget.

The diploma thesis entitled The Strategy of Human Resource Management in Kindergartens and Primary Schools has the main goal of comparing the differences in the strategic management of human resources in kindergartens and primary schools. The thesis defines human resources management as a modern form of personnel work, emphasizes the importance of strategic management and analyzes standard forms and methods of human resources management. It deals with the strategic management of human resources in education and in this context shows the specifics of human resource management in kindergartens and primary schools. It also defines human resource management in education, what are the prerequisites for successful management and strategy development. Two research methods were selected for empirical research: questioning and semi-structured interviews. The method of the questionnaire was supplemented by the method of a semi-structured interview due to more precise and detailed information on the issue of strategic human resources management in kindergartens and primary schools. The main idea of this project was a playful school. The shape of the building follows the river. The group of these objects escalates from small hills to the big corten building on the corner. This corten object is connected with the Black Meadow. The project works with shape of the roofs.

TITLE: Private and alternative schools in the Czech Republic SUMMARY: The thesis describes current status of private and alternative schools whereas private schools are considered as an alternative to the public school system as well. It tackles the specific aspects of alternative pedagogical programs, describes common and distinctive features and sees into the positives and negatives of the choice of alternative education for parents and pupils. The theoretical part focuses on private schools. It inquires into the qualitative difference between private and public schools and deals with the conditions of education for both pupils and teachers. The final thesis is focused on the analysis of the proces of evalution and self evalution in the school management proces. This proces is on of the important activities of the school. If done corectly ,it often leads to effective regulation of school activities developement, it creates quality schools and to the satisfaction of all parties. The theoretical part of the thesis expains the basic concepts of the evalution process. They are besed on knowledge of literature and its legal basic in the context of recent changes. The research includes a metaanalysis of works that deal with the process of evalution and self evalution. Based on these investigation, the researchers have created a general approach to the evalution of school headteachers for the school founders and the main principles of school headteachers have been named which leads to the improvement of their management activites. TITLE: Differences in the management of private Kindergartens director of the foreign nationality and the director of Czech nationality. AUTHOR: Bc. Jaroslav Kalous, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: This thesis deals with the differences in the management of the school director of foreign nationality and the director of the Czech nationality. Also searches answers to the question whether the difference in the management of private and public schools. Author relies on literature, documents dealing with education abroad, studies of other work and practical experience. The elaborated study is supported by research, which was supposed to answer pre-defined questions and confirm or disprove the hypothesis. This research could be of beneficial to Directors of these types of school, who on the basis of the findings may reflect the facts given above, and use some of the results for their practice and to improve the quality of their work and their school. The submitted diploma thesis focuses on the organizational culture in terms of preschool education, particularly at nursery schools. There are specific elements of the organizational culture for preschool education as well as factors that affect organizational culture at nursery schools within the external and internal environment of the school. This thesis diagnoses the organizational culture at a particular nursery school. Based on this diagnosis, we can say that a strong organizational culture can be created even at a nursery school. There is also the relationship between organizational culture, effectiveness of organization and quality of education that implies from the positive evaluation of this nursery school. The thesis draws up recommendations for this specific nursery school, which are focused primarily on communication and foreknowledge. Recommendations are designed for founders of public nursery school as well. In terms of public nursery school, there should not be an argument of a lack of funds from this perspective, there should rather be a better utilization of that a strong organizational culture offers.
