In my thesis - Drama Education in Forest Kindergartens - I am describing the environment, philosophy and ways of the Czech forest kindergatens. I am specifying how the environment of those kindergartens influences the use of drama education - the natural space being the most influential feature. The thesis includes analysis of dramatic activities in three forest kindergartens which I visited and describtions of my own drama education projects implemented in Forest Kindergarten Pramínek (Světice, CZE): The Conference of Birds (educational project), Djiro and Four Sacred Scrolls (theatre performance), Dramatic education for forest kindergarten teachers (seminar).

Thesis aims to find out whether or not it is possible to implement Montessori principles of education into economical subjects on High schools. Parst of the Thesis are also preparations for teaching of economical subjects with Montessori principals. At the end reader can find out more information about methods, forms, content, didactic aids and didactic technique which can be used to implement Montessori principles appropriately. Author used several different experimental methods like experimental teaching, self-reflection of the practitioner, questionnaire survey in the class where experimental teaching took place and didactic test for pupils who participated in experimental teaching. As a result, implementation of Montessori principles is possible and has advantages (better atmosphere in class, better way to achieve educational goals) and disadvantages (problems with fixation).

The thesis is focused on the analysis of marketing activities of Střední odborná škola Olomouc, s.r.o. This is a private high school that offers a graduation degree in Public Administration and Communication with media. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The first part gives the theoretical framework and defines the marketing mix and strategic analysis of the environment of the educational institutions. It also defines the tools of marketing research. The goal of the second part is to determine the causes of the long decline of the demand of the services provided by the school. This is analyzed through describing the current marketing mix, performing the strategic analysis and marketing research. The output of the thesis is a list of suggestions on how to improve the current marketing mix.

This thesis deals with motivation to study economic subjects at secondary schools and universities, specifically with its level and structure as well as achievement motivation. You can find a general theoretical overview in the first part of the thesis and then a detailed view on motivation to learn, on the importance of adolescence and young adulthood in human motivation. The final part of the theoretical part evaluates the influence of teachers on students' motivation. The second part of the thesis is a research of secondary school and university students' motivation made by using a questionnaire. Differences between both age categories are then compared and their existence is discussed in the context of the theoretical basis.

The Thesis focuses on opinions and attitudes of Czech primary and secondary school's headteachers and brings information about their perception of needs in fields of administrative and pedagogic matters. For this purpose, it was carried out a survey among 1 908 respondents. Theoretical part of Thesis finds content of the concept "pedagogical management" on the normative basis which assumes that headteacher is - firs of all - pedagogical leader. In accordance with the theoretical basis, the survey findings and practical knowledge there are headteacher support scenarios in the last part of the Thesis. The scenarios provide inspiration for the considered district support body competence and call for solutions outreach the educational policy framework.

The diploma thesis deals with a specific area in school management, namely the influence of the founder on the quality of the school. The basic content of this work is the relationship between the founder and the school and the influence of the founder on the quality of the school according to the criteria of a quality school of the Czech School Inspectorate. The work, based on the sources of work, defines the basic and related concepts with the management of the school, describes the differences in the management of the school with regard to its founder. Specifically, it monitors a public school, where the founder is a municipality, and a church school, where the founder is a church legal entity of a registered church, as the schools of these founders are the subject of research. The thesis describes the criteria of a quality school of the Czech School Inspectorate and also presents documents that regulate the relationship between the founder and the school principal and set requirements for the quality of the school abroad, specifically in the Slovak Republic. The research part of the thesis analyzes the issue in two schools, the same type, different founder and examines its differences and the consequences that it brings with it in practice. The central point of this thesis is the matter of school climate. The text seeks to cover the important features of this phenomenon and to set its theoretical framework. The thesis itself consists of two main parts: theory and research. To understand school climate we cover the terminology in the first chapter of the theoretical part. The second chapter goes into deeper details of school climate such as its structure and effects. In the third chapter, we take a closer look at salient features and factors impacting school climate. Of these features, students and teachers are the most important elements contributing to the school climate and as such are covered most extensively. The last chapter discusses various criterions to assess the pattern of the school climate. The research section is centered around an opinion survey focused on school climate perception from the standpoint of students, teachers, and parents conducted in smaller city high schools. Next to the description of climates observed, the research also compares the key indicators as well as the views of the survey participants.

The research part describes the processes at the school. Methods of observation, interview, questionnaires and document analyses, are used in order to collect the data which are coded, categorized, and then used to form a story.
