Master thesis is performed on 120 pages (format А4, the font type Times New Roman, font size 14, interlining 1.5). Number of tables – 15 (excluding attachments). Number of figures – 66 (excluding attachments). Master Thesis consists in Introduction, Three Chapters, Conclusion, Bibliography, Appendixes. In the theoretical part are presented the basic concepts, the evolution of the concept, characteristics, factors, nature and relations with other variables. In the practical part are analyzed the general characteristics of company research and personnel, the analysis of organizational climate, individual work performance, also the knowledge of the members about the topic of performance. Based on the results obtained it has made recommendations to get better organizational climate and personal performance, what will impact on the goals, the efficiency and obviously in the increase of profit to the company. In conclusion it can be observed that the results accept the hypothesis proposed, when the organizational climate is good, the performance is good and efficient. / Магистерская диссертация выполнена на 120 страницах (формат А4, шрифт Times New Roman, размер шрифта 14, флизелин 1.5). В практической части анализируются общие характеристики исследуемой компании и персонала, анализ организационного климата, индивидуальных показателей работы, а также знания участников о теме исследования. На основе полученных результатов были даны рекомендации по улучшению организационного климата и личной эффективности, что повлияет на достижение целей, эффективность и, очевидно, на увеличение прибыли компании. В заключение можно заметить, что результаты принимают предложенную гипотезу, когда организационный климат хороший, производительность хорошая и эффективная.

Final qualification work (the master thesis) is devoted to a research of formation and execution of revenues of the budget of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation. As an object of research the system of the economic relations concerning forecasting and execution of budget revenues of Sverdlovsk region acts. A main objective of the master thesis is studying of forecasting and execution of revenues of the budget of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation on the example of Sverdlovsk region, establishment of problematic issues and development of offers on their decision. In the conclusion the recommendations aimed at providing stability of profitable base of the budget of Sverdlovsk region are designated. / Выпускная квалификационная работа (магистерская диссертация) посвящена исследованию формирования и исполнения доходной части бюджета субъекта Российской Федерации. Предметом исследования выступает система экономических отношений по вопросу прогнозирования и исполнения доходов бюджета Свердловской области. Основной целью магистерской диссертации является изучение прогнозирования и исполнения доходной части бюджета субъекта Российской Федерации на примере Свердловской области, установление проблемных вопросов и выработка предложений по их решению. В заключении обозначены рекомендации, направленные на обеспечение устойчивости доходной базы бюджета Свердловской области.

В настоящий момент технология цифрового двойника находит все большее применение во всех сферах промышленности. Влияя на эффективность бизнес-процессов предприятия, цифровой двойник формирует конкурентные преимущества, снижает себестоимость продукции при повышении ее качества. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка методического инструментария к оценке влияния и внедрению цифровых двойников. В работе рассматривается понятие цифровых двойников, вопросы положительного и негативного влияния на бизнес-процессы и эффективность бизнес-процессов предприятия. В качестве источников использовалась научно-исследовательская и методическая литература, нормативно-правовые акты и финансовая отчетность организаций в открытом доступе. В магистерской диссертации был предложен методический инструментарий к оценке влияния и внедрению цифровых двойников, основанный на оценке целесообразности внедрения цифровых двойников, оценке эффективности внедрения цифрового двойника в бизнес-процессы производства с использованием коэффициентов повышения экономии и разработке стратегической карты внедрения цифрового двойника. / At the moment, digital twin technology is increasingly being used in all areas of industry. Influencing the efficiency of business processes of an enterprise, the digital twin creates competitive advantages, reduces the cost of production while improving its quality. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop methodical tools for assessing the impact and implementation of digital twins. The paper discusses the concept of digital twins, issues of positive and negative impact on business processes and the efficiency of enterprise business processes. As sources, research and methodical literature, legal acts and financial statements of organizations in the public domain were used. In the master's thesis, a methodical toolkit was proposed for assessing the impact and implementation of digital twins, based on assessing the feasibility of introducing digital twins, evaluating the effectiveness of introducing a digital twin into business processes of production using savings increase factors and developing a strategic map for implementing a digital twin.

In this article are presented the results of research of first-year students of the Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Youth Policy of the Ural Federal University, studying on courses "Hotel business", "Service" and "Physical Culture" and several points of view of scientists studying interrelation between the physical and mental condition of students and the effect on them of a physical break and independent physical exercise. As a result we proposed the conditions for improving the physical and mental condition of first-year students, which make it possible to solve some problems associated with the process of adaptation to the educational process at the university. / В работе представлены результаты исследования первокурсников Института физической культуры, спорта и молодежной политики (ИФКСиМП) Уральского Федерального университета (УрФУ), обучающихся на направлениях «Гостиничное дело», «Сервис» и «Физическая культура», а также несколько точек зрения ученых, изучающих связь физического и психического состояния студентов и влияние на них физкультурной паузы и самостоятельных занятий физическими упражнениями. Предложены условия улучшения физического и психического состояния первокурсников, позволяющие решить, в том числе проблемы, возникающие в процессе адаптации студентов к учебному процессу в вузе.

В настоящее время одним из основных факторов развития предприятия и сохранения (или же улучшения) позиций на рынке является его конкурентоспособность. Важно определить, в какое направление деятельности предприятия целесообразно инвестировать, определить предполагаемый результат инвестиционной деятельности, оказывающий влияние на показатели развития предприятия. Целью магистерской диссертации является выявление влияния инвестиционной деятельности на развитие предприятия. В качестве источников информации использовались учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, нормативно-правовые акты и данные о деятельности рассматриваемых предприятий. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации был разработан и апробирован алгоритм предпроектного анализа инвестиционной деятельности предприятия. Разработанный алгоритм предпроектного анализа содержит ряд последовательно выполняемых операций, которые позволяют всесторонне оценить деятельность предприятия, влияющих на неё факторов, и в результате правильно определить направление инвестиционной деятельности предприятия. В результате апробации разработанного алгоритма были предложены практические рекомендации для выбора направления инвестирования предприятия, нацеленного на развитие предприятия. / Currently, one of the main factors for the development of an enterprise and the preservation (or improvement) of its position in the market is its competitiveness. It is important to determine in which direction of the enterprise it is advisable to invest, to determine the expected result of the investment activity, which influences the indicators of the development of the enterprise. The purpose of the master's thesis is to identify the impact of investment activities on the development of the enterprise. The sources of information were educational materials and research literature, normative legal acts and data on the activities of the enterprises in question. In the course of writing the master's thesis, an algorithm for pre-project analysis of the enterprise’s investment activity was developed and tested. The developed algorithm of the pre-project analysis contains a number of sequentially performed operations that allow a comprehensive assessment of the activities of the enterprise, factors affecting it, and as a result correctly determine the direction of the investment activity of the enterprise. As a result of approbation of the developed algorithm, practical recommendations were proposed for choosing the direction of investment of an enterprise aimed at the development of an enterprise.

Объектом исследования явилось развитие нейрокогнитивных функций у детей 6-8 лет. Предметом исследования стало влияние цифровой среды на нейрокогнитивное развитие детей. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы (63 источника) и приложений, включающих в себя примеры выполнения детьми нейропсихологических проб. Объем магистерской диссертации 80 страниц, на которых размещены 16 рисунков и 3 таблицы. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, разработанность проблематики, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируется основная гипотеза, указываются методы и эмпирическая база, а также этапы проведения исследования, научная новизна, теоретическая и практическая значимость работы. Первая глава включает в себя обзор иностранной и отечественной литературы по теме влияние цифровой среды на нейрокогнитивное развитие детей. Представлены разделы, посвященные непосредственно исследованию влияния цифровой среды и обзору современных тенденций в образовательном процессе в России. Вторая глава посвящена рассмотрению нейропсихологического подхода к оценке состояния высших психических функций у детей. В ней представлено описание теории системной динамической локализации в аспекте детской нейропсихологии и особенностей нейропсихологической диагностики в детском возрасте. Третья глава – это экспериментальная часть исследования. Она включает описание нейропсихологической методики, выборки для исследования, а также факторный анализ результатов исследования. Выводы по главе 3 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. В заключении в обобщенном виде изложены результаты теоретической и эмпирической частей работы, а также выводы по выдвинутой гипотезе, обоснована практическая значимость исследования и описаны возможные перспективы дальнейшей разработки данной проблематики. / The object matter of the study is development of cognitive functions in children 6-8 years old. The subject of the study is the impact of the digital environment on the cognitive development of children. The master's thesis consists of the introduction, three chapters, the conclusion, the list of literature (63 sources) and the appendix, which includes the examples of children performing neuropsychological tests. The volume of the master's thesis is 80 pages, on which are placed 16 figures and 3 tables. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, the development of the problematics, the purpose and objectives of the research are set, the object and the subject of research are determined, the basic hypotheses is formulated, the methods and the empirical base are specified, as well as the stages of the research, the scientific novelty, the theoretical and practical significance of the work are described. The first chapter includes an overview of the Russian and foreign literature on the subject of the impact of the digital environment on the cognitive development of children. The sections devoted to the study of the impact of the digital environment and an overview of the modern trends in the educational process in Russia are presented. The second chapter is devoted to the description of the neuropsychological approach to assessing the status of cognitive functions in children. It provides a description of the theory of system dynamic localization in the aspect of child neuropsychology and the characteristics of neuropsychological diagnostics in childhood. The third chapter is the experimental part of the study. It includes the description of neuropsychological tests, sample for the research and also the factor analysis of the results of the study. The findings of Chapter 3 are the main results of the empirical study. In conclusion, brief results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work are presented, as well as conclusions on the hypotheses. The practical significance of the study is substantiated and possible prospects for further development of the problematics are described.

The thesis shows soft power as one of the most effective strategies of global leadership. Through different methodological concepts author tries to classify instruments of soft power and surmount conceptual contradictions. The research of soft power’s political, cultural and economic instruments is based on the integrate analysis of South Korean foreign policy. Author tries to find the way to increase Republic of Korea geopolitical influence through the most powerful “soft” instruments. / В работе рассматривается комплекс методологических подходов к анализу концепта «мягкой силы» как одного из наиболее эффективных инструментов глобального влияния современных государств. Автор предлагает оригинальную классификацию ресурсов «мягкой силы» и новые пути преодоления концептуальных противоречий. На основе анализа внешней политики Республики Корея автор раскрывает специфику политических, экономических и культурных стратегий «мягкого» влияния указанной страны. Автор выявляет сильные и слабые стороны внешней политики Республики Корея, предлагает методы увеличения влияния южнокорейской «мягкой силы» на мировой арене.
