В настоящее время Китай еще не достиг наивысшего уровня развития сборно-монолитных зданий, обладающих высоким уровнем сборности. Поэтому исследования сборно-монолитного строительства актуальны. В работе представлен вариант совершенствования оценки сборно-монолитных зданий на примере китайского гражданского строительства. Кратко рассмотрена история развития сборно-монолитных зданий в Китае и других странах. Разработан алгоритм оценки сборно-монолитного здания, представлен пример практического применения методики и алгоритма. / At present, China has not yet reached the highest level of development of prefabricated monolithic buildings with a high level of prefabrication. Therefore, research into prefabricated monolithic construction is relevant. The paper presents an option for improving the assessment of prefabricated monolithic buildings using the example of Chinese civil engineering. The history of the development of prefabricated monolithic buildings in China and other countries is briefly reviewed. An algorithm for assessing a prefabricated monolithic building has been developed, and an example of the practical application of the methodology and algorithm is presented.

Объект исследования – процесс строительства монолитных гражданских зданий в Китае. Технология монолитного железобетона является важным элементом современного строительного комплекса Китая. Различные комбинации основных строительных машин во многом определяют технологические и экономические показатели процесса возведения несущего остова монолитного здания. Основываясь на характеристиках строительных машин для монолитного строительства и теории многофакторной комплексной оценки, в работе предлагается модель подбора комплектов строительных машин для возведения монолитного гражданского здания. Модель включает систему показателей, получение и обработку показателей, весового коэффициента, выбор метода сборки. В результате сравнительного анализа предлагаемой модели с известными выявлены ее преимущества, представлено практическое применение модели на примере монолитного здания в Китае. / The object of the research is the construction process of monolithic civil buildings in China. Monolithic reinforced concrete technology is an important element of the modern construction complex in China. Various combinations of basic construction machines largely determine the technological and economic indicators of the process of erecting the load-bearing frame of a monolithic building. Based on the characteristics of construction machines for monolithic construction and the theory of multifactor comprehensive assessment, the paper proposes a model for selecting sets of construction machines for the construction of a monolithic civil building. The model includes a system of indicators, obtaining and processing indicators, a weighting coefficient, and choosing an assembly method. As a result of a comparative analysis of the proposed model with the known ones, its advantages are revealed, and the practical application of the model is presented using the example of a monolithic building in China.

В работе выполнен сравнительный анализ свайных и ленточных фундаментов гражданского здания. Сравнение выполнено по стоимости и трудоемкости изготовления фундаментов для определенных инженерно-геологических условий с учетом действующих нагрузок. / The work performed a comparative analysis of pile and strip foundations of a civil building. The comparison was made based on the cost and labor intensity of manufacturing foundations for certain engineering-geological conditions, taking into account the existing loads.

Диссертация посвящена проблеме возникновения шума и вибрации от трубопроводных систем многоэтажных зданий. Предложен способ определения вероятности возникновения повышенных вибраций с помощью модального анализа в программном комплексеANSYS Workbench. Представлены результаты численного анализа влияния длины, диаметра и толщины стенки участка трубопровода на изменение значений частот его собственных колебаний с целью прогноза риска возможных резонансных режимов. Выполнены статистический и регрессионный анализы. / The dissertation discusses the occurrence of noise and vibration from the piping systems of multi-storey buildings. A method for determining the probability of excessive vibrations using modal analysis software complex ANSYS Workbench. The results of the digital analysis of influence of length, diameter and thickness of a wall of the pipeline’s section on change of values of frequencies of its natural oscillations are provided. Statistical and regression analyses are made.
