We study a Szego type inequality between the uniform norm of a fractional derivative of a conjugate trigonometric polynomial and the uniform norm of the polynomial itself. We prove that a set of extremal polynomials in the Szego inequality for the zero-order derivative on the set of trigonometric polynomials, in addition to odd polynomials found earlier by L.V.Taikov, contains even polynomials. We also describe the whole class of extremal polynomials / Изучается неравенство типа Сеге между равномерной нормой производной дробного порядка сопряженного тригонометрического полинома и равномерной нормой самого полинома. Доказано, что в неравенстве Сеге для производной нулевого порядка на множестве тригонометрических полиномов имеются как нечетные, найденные ранее Л.В.Тайковым, так и четные экстремальные полиномы. Также полностью описан класс экстремальных полиномов для данного случая.

Рассматривается задача о полиномах с фиксированными коэффициентами при старших гармониках, наименее уклоняющихся от нуля. В явном виде выписаны все тригонометрические полиномы с фиксированными коэффициентами при трех старших гармониках, наименее уклоняющиеся от нуля в интегральной норме, а также алгебраические многочлены с тремя фиксированными старшими коэффициентами, наименее уклоняющиеся от нуля в интегральной норме с весом Чебышева. / We consider the problem on polynomials with fixed higher coefficients that deviate least from zero. We find an explicit form for all trigonometric polynomials with fixed coefficients at three highest harmonics that deviate least from zero in the integral norm as well as algebraic polynomials with three fixed leading coefficients that deviate least from zero in the integral norm with the Chebyshev weight.

The research is devoted to the problem of violation of language norms in University publications. The paper deals with the definition of language norms and violations of language norms, as well as the existing classification of violations of language norms identified by scientists as a result of the analysis of texts of different styles. The subject of the research is the violations of language norms in the texts of textbooks of the Ural Federal University for 2016-2017 identified as a result of editorial editing. As a result of qualitative and quantitative analysis of errors identified by the editors of the publishing and printing center of the Ural Federal University in the texts of textbooks, the classification of violations of language norms, depending on their frequency, including six types of errors: punctuation, syntax, spelling, lexical, stylistic and morphological. It is established that the occurrence of a number of punctuation, syntactic, lexical and stylistic errors can be influenced by the syntactic and lexical features of the scientific style. / Исследование посвящено проблеме нарушения языковых норм в вузовских изданиях. В работе рассматриваются определения языковой нормы и нарушений языковой нормы, а также существующие классификации нарушений языковых норм, выделенных учеными в результате анализа текстов разных стилей. Предметом исследования являются выделенные в результате редакторской правки нарушения языковых норм в текстах учебных пособий Уральского федерального университета за 2016–2017 гг. В результате качественного и количественного анализа ошибок, выявленных редакторами Издательско-полиграфического центра Уральского федерального университета в текстах учебных пособий, разработана класификация нарушений языковых норм в зависимости от их частотности, включающая шесть типов ошибок: пунктуационные, синтаксические, орфографические, лексические, стилистические и морфологические. Установлено, что на возникновение ряда пунктуационных, синтаксических, лексических и стилистических ошибок могут оказать влияние синтаксические и лексические особенности научного стиля.

В работе рассмотрены теоретические и методологические аспекты оценки инновационных инвестиционных проектов. Выполнен анализ состояния мировой и российской магниевой отрасли, дана оценка основным экономическим показателям отрасли таким как себестоимость, цена, объем продаж, объем импорта магния. Предложен метод расчета величины рисковой премии, учитывающие как отраслевые, так и инновационные риски. Проанализированы возможные направления развития магниевой отрасли, предложена к внедрению инновационная технология производства магния на Соликамском магниевом заводе в качестве механизма повышения показателей эффективности существующего производства. Выполнена технико-экономическая оценка эффективности предлагаемой инновационной технологии производства магния. / The theoretical and methodological aspects of the evaluation of innovative investment projects are considered in the work. The analysis of the state of the world and Russian magnesium industry was carried out, the assessment of the main economic indicators of the industry, such as cost, price, sales, magnesium imports, was made. A method for calculating the magnitude of risk premium, taking into account both industry and innovation risks, is proposed. Analyzed the possible directions of development of the magnesium industry, proposed for the introduction of innovative technology for the production of magnesium at the Solikamsk magnesium plant as a mechanism to improve the performance indicators of existing production. The technical and economic assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed innovative magnesium production technology was carried out.

В данной диссертационной работе исследуется проблема нормы тела в современной модной индустрии в западноевропейских странах. Поднимается вопрос о практиках сопротивления этой норме. Декларируемая свобода нормальной телесности ставится под сомнение, главным тезисом выдвигается усиление контроля над телом в современной fashion-культуре. / This dissertation explores the problem of body norms in the modern fashion industry in Western European countries. The question is raised about practices of resistance to this norm. The declared freedom of normal embodiment is called into question; the main thesis is the strengthening of control over the body in modern fashion culture.

The master's thesis consists of three parts: technological, design and research. In the technological part, the improvement of the technological process for the manufacture of basic parts in modern conditions using automated production is considered. In the design part, the development of a mechanized mounting and clamping device for a vertically milling operation and a control and measuring device for a control operation are carried out. In the research part, optimization of cutting conditions for milling a flat surface of the body with milling cutters of various diameters of domestic and foreign manufacturers is given. This part contains a comparison of the milling resistance, determination of the number of workpieces and a comparison of the cost of cutting tools of two manufacturers. The necessary set of design and technological documentation has been formed. / Магистерская диссертация состоит из трех частей: технологической, конструкторской и научно-исследовательской. В технологической части рассматривается совершенствование технологического процесса на изготовление корпусной детали в современных условиях с использованием автоматизированного производства. В конструкторской части производится разработка механизированного установочно-зажимного приспособления на вертикально-фрезерную операцию и контрольно-измерительного приспособления на контрольную операцию. В научно-исследовательской части приведена оптимизация режимов резания для фрезерования плоской поверхности корпуса фрезами различного диаметра отечественного и зарубежного производителей. Данная часть содержит сравнение стойкости фрез, определение количества обрабатываемых деталей и сравнение стоимости режущих инструментов двух производителей. Сформирован необходимый комплект конструкторской и технологической документации.
