The growing number of companies creates competition, new markets and forces commercial organizations to apply modern tools to develop and maintain sales. This means that marketing in Russian manufacturing companies must move to a new level. The goal of the master's thesis is to develop and test a methodology for creating a marketing strategy for an enterprise, a feature of which is the assessment of key indicators of the marketing plan, such as the cost of attracting one lead and one client. The analysis was based on a study of the financial performance of market players, periodicals and articles, research data published on the official website of enterprises, including organizational documents and corporate publications. During the writing of the master’s thesis, a methodology was developed and tested for creating an enterprise’s marketing strategy based on lead management. The use of the developed tools is aimed at increasing the efficiency of marketing organization at the enterprise and the level of competitiveness of the company As a result of testing the developed methodology, a marketing strategy was created at the company KZTS-Dormash LLC, and directions for improving the developed methodology were determined. / Рост числа компаний порождает конкуренцию, новые рынки и заставляет коммерческие организации применять современные инструменты для развития и поддержания уровня продаж. Анализ основывался на изучении финансовых показателей игроков рынка, материалах периодической печати и статей, данных об исследованиях, опубликованных на официальном сайте предприятий, в том числе организационные документы и корпоративные издания В ходе написания магистерской диссертации была разработана и апробирована методика по созданию маркетинговой стратегии на предприятии на основе лид-менеджмента. Использование разработанного инструментария нацелено на повышения эффективности организации маркетинга на предприятии и уровня конкурентоспособности компании. В результате апробации разработанной методики была создана маркетинговая стратегия на предприятии ООО «КЗТС-Дормаш», а также определены направления совершенствования разработанной методики.

In the field of taxation, the financial stability of the organization is influenced by such a tax policy tool as the tax burden. The aim of the master's thesis is to study the effect of the tax burden on the financial stability of an industrial organization. The paper considers theoretical and applied aspects of the analysis of financial stability, tax burden, as well as issues of their relationship. The sources of information used educational and research literature, official statistics and financial statements of organizations. The master's thesis developed a methodological approach to assessing the impact of the tax burden on the financial stability of an organization, which is based on a phased calculation of the integrated indicator of financial stability, the tax burden indicator and their comparison on the basis of a comprehensive correlation and regression analysis, which allows one to obtain more reasonable estimates of financial stability and its changes under the influence of the tax policy of the state. / Вопросы обеспечения финансовой устойчивости под влияниями различных факторов являются актуальными на современном этапе. В области налогообложения на финансовую устойчивость предприятия оказывает влияние такой инструмент налоговой политики, как налоговая нагрузка. Целью магистерской диссертации является исследование влияния налоговой нагрузки на финансовую устойчивость промышленного предприятия. В работе рассматриваются теоретические и прикладные аспекты анализа финансовой устойчивости, налоговой нагрузки, а также и вопросы их взаимосвязи. В качестве источников информации использовались учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, официальные статистические данные и данные финансовой отчетности предприятий. В магистерской диссертации разработан методический подход к оценке влияния налоговой нагрузки на финансовую устойчивость предприятия, в основе которого положен поэтапный расчет интегрального показателя финансовой устойчивости, показателя налоговой нагрузки и их сопоставление на основе комплексного корреляционно-регрессионного анализа, который позволяет получить более обоснованные оценки финансовой устойчивости и ее изменения под влиянием налоговой политики государства.

The masters thesis consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusion, bibliography and three appendices. In the theoretical part of the study, a general idea of the system of evaluating candidates is given, definitions of concepts such as "evaluation of candidates", "system of evaluating candidates" are given. In the practical part of the work, a characteristic of the enterprise is presented, on the basis of which the study is conducted: the personnel management mechanisms in the company, the structure of the company's personnel is studied. A study of the effectiveness of recruitment was carried out, the results of a partial implementation of the model for improving the system of evaluating candidates were described. В теоретической части дано общее представление о системе оценке кандидатов, даны определения таких понятий как «оценка кандидатов», «система оценки кандидатов». В практической части работы представлена характеристика предприятия, на основе которого проводится исследование: изучены механизмы управления персоналом в компании, структура персонала компании. Проведено исследование эффективности подбора персонала, описаны результаты частичного внедрения модели совершенствования системы оценки кандидатов. В заключении обобщены выводы, полученные в ходе работы, в соответствии с поставленными задачами.

Актуальность выбранной темы обусловлена необходимостью поддержки малого и среднего бизнеса в условиях обновленного законодательства. Сервисы, предлагаемые банками, способны минимизировать риски предпринимателей, а также повысить уровень лояльности к банковской системе в целом. Научная новизна заключается в разработке проекта по созданию сервиса по оценке контрагентов, который включает в себя создание авторской методики оценки клиентов и их контрагентов и ее применение на практике. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в разработке программного обеспечения для оценки контрагентов на благонадёжность. Расчет экономической эффективности показал, что после внедрения сервиса процесс обслуживания клиентов банка будет занимать меньше времени в несколько раз. Данный факт положительно скажется на отношении клиентов, их мнение об клиентоориентированности банка. / The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the need to support small and medium-sized businesses in the context of the updated legislation. Services offered by banks are able to minimize the risks of entrepreneurs, as well as increase the level of loyalty to the banking system as a whole. Scientific novelty lies in the development of a project to create a service for the assessment of contractors, which includes the creation of an author's methodology for assessing customers and their counterparties and its application in practice. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of software for evaluating counterparties for reliability. The calculation of economic efficiency showed that after the introduction of the service, the process of servicing the bank's customers will take several times less time. This fact will have a positive effect on the attitude of clients, their opinion on the client-orientedness of the bank.

Суммарная масса образующегося электронного лома в России в настоящее время приближается к 1,5 млн. тонн ежегодно, перерабатывается из них около 5-7 %. Это создает предпосылки для создания в России крупномасштабного производства вторичных металлов для создания новой отрасли металлургической промышленности. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка теоретико-методических основ к оценке эффективности и выявления тенденций переработки электронных отходов и лома. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты эмпирических исследований автора и данные предприятий. В магистерской диссертации был разработан методический подход к выбору направления переработки электронных отходов и лома, соотнесенный с тенденциями, включающий систему показателей для выбора способа и результаты их экономической оценки, алгоритм принятия решения о способе переработки, что позволит на основании полученных результатов выбрать приоритетные направления для инвестирования. / The total mass of generated electronic scrap in Russia is currently approaching 1.5 million tons annually, of which about 5-7% is processed. The sources used were educational, methodological, and research literature, the results of the author's empirical research, and enterprise data. The master thesis developed a methodological approach to choosing the direction of processing electronic waste and scrap, correlated with trends, including a system of indicators for choosing the method and the results of their economic assessment, an algorithm for deciding on the method of processing, which will allow you to choose priority areas for investment based on the results obtained.

The aim of Master's thesis is development of theoretical and methodological bases of assessment of efficiency of social investment in the industrial enterprises. The thesis examines theoretical aspects and approaches to assessment of efficiency of corporate social investment in the industrial enterprises. As a source of information educational and methodological, scientific-research literature are used, as well as data of state and corporate statistics. In Master's thesis the methodological approach to assessment of efficiency of social investment in the industrial enterprises is developed. The distinctive features of this approach are the orientation on the industry practices and the division into external and internal users depending on the aims of analysis and the available access to the needed information, that allows increasing the accuracy and economic efficiency of assessment of undertaken actions and provides balanced management of social initiatives.
