Во Введении обоснована актуальность темы исследования, описана методологическая и эмпирическая база исследования, поставлены цель и задачи. В первой главе представлен обзор научной и методологической литературы, выявлена система определений объекта и предмета, отвечающие цели исследования. Систематизированы сложившиеся модели, подходы и методы к оценке стоимости предприятий, выявлены те из них, которые наиболее полно отвечают реалиям настоящего времени. Вторая глава посвящена аналитическому описанию и расчету стоимости ООО “NF-Сервис”, в ходе которого применен метод дисконтированных денежных подтоков как наиболее полно отражающий рыночные перспективы компании. Здесь же предложена модель оценки, учитывающая уровни значимости внутренних и внешних факторов. В третьей главе проведена адаптация модели к текущим условиям деятельности оцениваемой компании, представлен скорректированный расчет ее стоимости, показаны и аргументированы изменения результатов оценки. Итоговые выводы по работе в целом приведены в Заключении. / The Introduction substantiates the relevance of the research topic, describes the methodological and empirical base of the study, sets the goal and objectives. The First Chapter provides an overview of scientific and methodological literature, identified a system of definitions of the object and subject that meet the objectives of the study. The existing models, approaches and methods for assessing the value of enterprises are systematized, those that most fully meet the realities of the present time are identified. The Second Chapter is devoted to the analytical description and calculation of the value of LLC “NF-Service”, during which the method of discounted cash inflows is used as the most fully reflecting the market prospects of the company. Here, a model of evaluation is proposed, taking into account the levels of importance of internal and external factors. In the Third Chapter carried out to adapt the model to current conditions of activity of the company being valued provides a corrected calculation of its cost, and shows convincingly change the results of the evaluation. The final conclusions on the work as a whole are given in the Conclusion.

In the master's thesis, a generalized integral indicator was developed based on the distribution of goals in the areas of economic, environmental, social and technological sustainability to assess the sustainability of the enterprise, and this indicator was also used in the economic rationale of the sustainable development strategy. / В России в настоящее время формируются все условия, а также предпосылки применения методов и средств стратегического управления, как для крупных предприятий, так и для мелких фирм независимо от сферы деятельности и организационно-правовой формы собственности. Стратегия устойчивого развития – это распространенный вид стратегии, которому должен следовать каждый участник мировой экономики, имеющий цель удовлетворить сегодняшние потребности, не ставя под угрозу способность будущих поколений удовлетворять свои собственные. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты эмпирических исследований автора и данные опросников. В магистерской диссертации был разработан обобщённый интегральный показатель на основе распределения целей по направлениям экономической, экологической, социальной и технологической устойчивости для оценки устойчивости предприятия, а также данный показатель был использован в экономическом обосновании стратегии устойчивого развития.

В работе на основе анализа возможности применения облачных технологий при оценке качества строительных конструкций решены следующие задачи: проведен анализ состояния строительного рынка на сегодняшний момент, рассмотрена методика оценки качества строительных конструкций, изучены особенности облачных технологий в контексте их применения на строительном рынке, разработана методика, позволяющая контролировать качество и своевременность поставки бетона на строительную площадку. Научная новизна результатов магистерской диссертации состоит в возможности использования предложенных облачных решений при проектировании реальных строительных объектов, а также при контроле состояния строительных площадок. Практическая значимость результатов магистерской диссертации состоит в возможности использования разработанных подходов в учебном процессе студентов-будущих строителей, подготовка которых в условиях цифровизации строительной отрасли должна быть ориентирована на овладение цифровыми технологиями. / Based on the analysis of the possibility of using cloud technologies in assessing the quality of building structures, the following tasks were solved: the analysis of the state of the construction market at the moment was carried out, the methodology for assessing the quality of building structures was considered, the features of cloud technologies were studied in the context of their application in the construction market, a method was developed that allows control the quality and timeliness of delivery of concrete to the construction site. The scientific novelty of the results of the master's thesis lies in the possibility of using the proposed cloud solutions in the design of real building objects, as well as in monitoring the state of construction sites. The practical significance of the results of the master's thesis lies in the possibility of using the developed approaches in the educational process of students-future builders, whose training in the context of the digitalization of the construction industry should be focused on mastering digital technologies.

В условиях постоянно изменяющихся экономических явлений и процессов, регулярных колебаний на внутреннем и внешнем рынках, наиболее острой является проблема эффективного вложения и использования капитала с целью получения положительного экономического эффекта при инвестировании. Целью магистерской диссертации является развитие теоретико-методических основ оценки инвестиционной привлекательности промышленного предприятия. В ходе работы было проведено исследование существующих теоретических материалов по оценке инвестиционной привлекательности предприятий, изучены труды множества авторов, напрямую или косвенно, связанных с тематикой работы, установлена степень разработанности проблемы. Было рассмотрено множество методик оценки инвестиционной привлекательности промышленного предприятия. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература. В магистерской диссертации была разработана авторская методика оценка инвестиционной привлекательности промышленного предприятия. В ее основу легли показатели, характеризующих научно-исследовательский, производственно-технический и финансовый потенциал предприятия, в совокупности с вероятностью банкротства модели Альтмана и учетом внешней среды функционирования предприятия. Предлагаемый подход к оценке ориентирован на принятия решения со стороны инвестора. Непременным условиями являются комплексность и системность. Использование описанного подхода позволит получить всесторонне обоснованный ответ на вопрос о целесообразности инвестирования. / In the context of constantly changing economic phenomena and processes, regular swings in the internal and external markets, the most pressing problem is the efficient investment and use of capital in order to obtain a positive economic effect when investing. The aim of the master's thesis is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations for assessing the investment appeal of an industrial enterprise. During the work, a study of existing theoretical materials on assessing the investment attractiveness of enterprises was carried out, the works of many authors, directly or indirectly related to the topic of the work, were studied, the degree of development of the problem was established. A variety of methods for assessing the investment attractiveness of an industrial enterprise were considered. Educational-methodical and scientific-research literature was used as sources. In the master's thesis, the author's methodology for assessing the investment attractiveness of an industrial enterprise was developed. It was based on indicators characterizing the research, production, technical and financial potential of the enterprise, together with the probability of bankruptcy of the Altman model and taking into account the external environment of the enterprise. The proposed approach to valuation is focused on decision making by the investor. Complexity and consistency are indispensable conditions. Using the described approach will allow you to get a comprehensively substantiated answer to the question of the advisability of investing.

Оценка эффективности стратегии развития на машиностроительном предприятии является важным аспектом в экономике предприятия и необходима для обратной связи с целью корректировки стратегии. Целью магистерской диссертации является развитие методических основ оценки эффективности стратегии развития. В работе рассматривается теоретические и методические вопросы исследования оценки эффективности стратегии развития. В качестве источников использовалась научно-исследовательская и методическая литература, нормативно-правовые акты и финансовые отчетности организаций в открытом доступе. В магистерской диссертации была предложена методика оценки эффективности стратегии развития машиностроительного предприятия, дополненная коэффициентами, позволяющими проводить сравнительный анализ стратегий, и коэффициентами результативности деятельности, которые связывают направления стратегии развития с экономическими показателями, что позволяет предприятиям проводить комплексный анализ своей стратегии развития, а также корректировать ее в соответствии с результатами оценки. / Effectiveness evaluation of the development strategy at a machine-building enterprise is an important aspect in the economy of enterprise and necessary for feedback to adjust the strategy. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop methodological foundations for effectiveness evaluation of the development strategy. The paper deals with the theoretical and methodological issues of the study of effectiveness evaluation of development strategy. Research and methodological literature, regulatory legal acts and financial statements of organizations in the public domain were used as sources. The master's thesis proposed a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the development strategy of a machine-building enterprise, supplemented by coefficients that allow to make comparative analysis of strategies and performance coefficients that link the directions of the development strategy with economic indicators, which allows enterprises to conduct a comprehensive analysis of their development strategy, as well as adjust it in accordance with the results of the assessment.

Актуальность исследования состоит в том, что в условиях высокого уровня конкуренции в мире, а также санкций, которые действуют сегодня для России, важным фактором экономического развития промышленности является рациональное использование ресурсов на промышленных предприятиях, что связано с их ограниченностью и их высокой ценой. Целью магистерской диссертации является развитие методических основ оценки эффективности программ промышленного предприятия по энергосбережению. В работе проанализирована и оценена эффективность действующей программы энергосбережения на промышленном предприятии и разработаны мероприятия по повышению эффективности программ в области энергосбережения. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты эмпирических исследований автора и данные корпоративной статистики. В магистерской диссертации была разработана авторская методика проведения оценки программы энергосбережения на промышленного предприятия металлургии, включающая в себя: формирование программы на основе стандартов P2M и PMI и учет анализа стоимости тарифов на энергоносители за 5 лет. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop methodological foundations for evaluating the effectiveness of industrial enterprise programs for energy saving. The paper analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of the current energy saving program at an industrial enterprise and develops measures to improve the effectiveness of energy saving programs. The sources used were educational, methodological, and research literature, the results of the author's empirical research, and corporate statistics. In the master's thesis, the author developed a methodology for evaluating the energy saving program for industrial enterprises of metallurgy, which includes: forming a program based on P2M and PMI standards and taking into account the analysis of the cost of energy tariffs for 5 years. The use of this methodology allows you to deepen the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of investment projects.

Целью магистерской диссертации является развитие методических основ повышения функционирования предприятия на основе внедрения event-маркетинга. В работе рассматриваются методические особенности оценки эффективности event-маркетинга, современные тенденции и возможности повышения конкурентоспособности предприятий с помощью организации специальных мероприятий. The aim of the master's thesis is to develop a methodological basis for improving the functioning of an enterprise through the implementation of event marketing. The paper discusses the methodological features of assessing the effectiveness of event marketing, current trends and opportunities to increase the competitiveness of enterprises through the organization of special events. Scientific research and methodological literature and regulatory legal acts were used as sources. In the master's thesis, a methodological approach to improving the efficiency of the functioning of industrial enterprises was proposed, based on the proposed algorithm for implementing event marketing and the formed system of indicators of its effectiveness, as well as the economic justification for holding event events, including the choice of a priority option between outsourcing and insourcing with the transfer of part of the current expenses for long-term depreciation deductions of intangible assets, which will contribute to improving the efficiency of enterprises.

В работе рассматривается понятие финансовой устойчивости, теоретические и методические основы ее анализа, вопросы оценки финансовой устойчивости предприятий розничной торговли продовольственными товарами. При написании работы применялись методы общенаучного исследования, логический подход, сравнение изучаемых показателей, метод финансовых коэффициентов, системный подход и др. В магистерской диссертации был разработан методический подход к оценке финансовой устойчивости предприятий розничной торговли продовольственными товарами, результатом которого стали сформированный специфический комплекс показателей финансовой устойчивости для предприятий розничной торговли продовольственными товарами, отличающийся оптимальным количеством показателей, исключением дублирования применяемых коэффициентов, который позволяет повысить точность оценки, а также усовершенствованный метод сравнительной диагностики и мониторинга финансовой устойчивости, включающий специфический способ объединения показателей в рейтинговой оценке, который позволяет принимать лучший конечный итог по рейтингу в качестве эталонного (нормативного) при принятии решений по повышению финансовой устойчивости. / To comply with the optimal volume of current assets and sources of their financing, the management personnel of the enterprise must regularly monitor and assess financial stability.The short shelf life of the goods, taking into account its largest share in the company's inventory, and the high values of accounts payable in the practice of deferred payments, create the risk of an increase in the level of debt obligations of food retailers. The paper discusses the concept of financial stability, theoretical and methodological foundations of its analysis, issues of assessing the financial stability of retail food retail enterprises. When writing the work, the methods of general scientific research, a logical approach, comparison of the studied indicators, the method of financial ratios, a systematic approach, etc. were used. In the master's thesis, a methodological approach to assessing the financial stability of food retail enterprises was developed, which resulted in a specific set of financial stability indicators for food retail enterprises, characterized by the optimal number of indicators, excluding duplication of the applied coefficients, which improves the accuracy of the assessment, and also an improved method for comparative diagnostics and monitoring of financial stability, which includes a specific way of combining indicators in a rating assessment, which allows taking the best final rating result as a reference (normative) one when making decisions to improve financial stability.

От эффективности эксплуатации основных средств предприятий топливно-энергетического комплекса зависит уровень затрат на их содержание. Большая часть основных средств предприятий выработала свой срок эксплуатации и требует принятия решения по их ликвидации, реконструкции или ремонту с продлением срока эксплуатации в соответствие с требованиями действующего законодательства. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка теоретико-методических положений по эффективному использованию основных средств на объектах топливно-энергетического комплекса. В работе рассматривается адаптивный для практического применения методический подход к оценке эффективности эксплуатации оборудования с истекающим сроком назначенного ресурса. Он описывает последовательность действий при подготовке формирования планов по реконструкции, диагностике, техническому обслуживанию и ремонту основного и вспомогательного оборудования, назначенный ресурс, или ресурс, продленный после проведения ЭПБ, которого подходит к концу. Most of the fixed assets of enterprises have developed their service life and require a decision on their liquidation, reconstruction or repair with the extension of the service life in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions for the effective use of fixed assets at the facilities of the fuel and energy complex. The paper considers an adaptive for practical application methodological approach to assessing the efficiency of equipment operation with the expiration of the assigned resource. It describes the sequence of actions in preparing the formation of plans for the reconstruction, diagnosis, maintenance and repair of main and auxiliary equipment, the assigned resource, or the resource extended after the EPB, which is coming to an end. The sources used were educational, methodological, and research literature, the results of the author's analytical research, and corporate statistics. In the master's thesis, an approach was developed to assess the efficiency of the operation of fixed assets, including those with an expired service life, which contributes to the growth of economic indicators of fuel and energy complex enterprises.

Распространение в бизнес-среде проектной формы организации деятельности обуславливает необходимость оценки уникальных рисков конкретных проектов с целью нивелирования финансовых потерь от реализации возможных проектных рисков, соблюдения сроков и бюджета проектов и, следовательно, развития компаний и экономики страны. Целью магистерской диссертации является развитие теоретических положений, разработка методических и практических рекомендаций по оценке рисков проекта с учётом особенностей процессов проектного управления в организации. В работе рассматривается теоретические и прикладные аспекты специфики проектных рисков и особенности их оценки. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты эмпирических исследований автора и данные корпоративной статистики. В рамках исследования разработана и апробирована методика оценки проектных рисков для организаций, осуществляющих проектное управление, предполагающая перенос этапов идентификации и анализа рисков в зону ответственности функциональных дисциплин проекта, а также классификацию рисков по двум уникальным критериям: по ключевым направлениям реализации проекта и по уровню управления, отличающаяся непрерывностью процесса оценки на протяжении всех этапов проекта с применением предложенного показателя совокупного экономического эффекта выявленных рисков, что позволяет выявить максимально полный перечень возможных рисков и определить их стоимостную оценку и влияние на показатели эффективности проекта. Результаты расчетов, проведенных в ходе апробации разработанной методики, позволяют говорить о существенном сокращении финансовых потерь и предотвращении снижения показателей эффективности проекта. / The development of project management in the business necessitates the assessment of the unique risks of specific projects. This is necessary for leveling financial losses from the implementation of possible project risks, meeting the deadlines and budget of projects and, consequently, the development of companies and the country's economy. The purpose of the dissertation research is to develop theoretical provisions, methodological and practical recommendations for assessing project risks for organizations that use project management. The paper considers theoretical and applied aspects of the project risks specific and its assessment. Educational and research literature, corporate statistics data as well as self-conducted empiric research were used as basis for the study. The methodical approach for assessing project risks for companies, that use project management is developed and tested as part of a dissertation research. The methodical approach involves the transfer of the stages of risk identification and analysis to the project's functional disciplines. In addition, it involves the classification of risks according to two unique criteria: by key areas of project implementation and by the level of management. The methodological approach is distinguished by the continuity of the assessment process throughout all stages of the project using the proposed indicator of the aggregate economic effect of the identified risks, which makes it possible to identify the most complete list of possible risks and determine their cost estimate and impact on project performance indicators. The results of calculations for approbation of the developed methodology allow us to speak of a significant reduction in financial losses and prevention of a decrease in project performance indicators.
