Исследование влияния отопительных систем и конструктивных особенностей на энергетическую и экономическую эффективность индивидуальных жилых зданий. / The most effective variant of a heating system and a constructive system for increasing the energy and economic efficiency of an individual residential building are proposed.

The aim of this master's thesis is to find out the possibility of building a passive house in the Ural region. To achieve this goal it was necessary to solve the following problems, the results are presented in the thesis: 1) to define the concept of "passive house"; 2) to identify the technologies used under the construction of energy efficient buildings; 3) to consider the alternative mounting options of low-rise buildings; 4) to establish the geographic and climatic conditions of the selected area; 5) to describe the socio-economic situation in the region; 6) to reveal the specifics of the Passive House in the Ural Federal District. It was found out that construction of a Passive House in compliance with all the relevant technologies and global standards of Passive Houses in the climatic conditions of the Ural region at this stage is difficult. The main reasons of that are the following: 1) The climatic conditions of the region require for increasing the insulation layer, development and application of new types of insulating materials with higher resistance to heat transfer. 2) The economic conditions of the region determine the choice in favor of budget accommodation rather than innovation. 3) The complexity of the design, the lack of professionals and practical experience in the construction of passive houses. Для реализации поставленной цели необходимо было решить следующие задачи, результаты изложены в диссертации: 1) определить понятие "Пассивный дом"; 2) обозначить технологии, применяемые при строительстве энергоэффективных зданий; 3) рассмотреть альтернативные возможности монтажа малоэтажных строений; 4) установить географо-климатических условия выбранной территории; 5) описать социально-экономическую ситуацию заданного региона; 6) выявить специфику пассивного дома для Уральского федерального округа. Установлено, что постройка пассивного дома с соблюдением всех технологий и соответствующего общемировым стандартам пассивного дома на данном этапе в климатических условиях Уральского региона затруднительна. Основными причинами этого являются: 1) Климатические условия региона, требующие увеличения слоя изоляции, разработки и применения новых видов изолирующих материалов с большим сопротивлением теплопередаче. 2) Экономические условия региона, определяющие выбор в пользу бюджетного жилья, нежели инновационного. 3) Сложность конструкции, отсутствие специалистов и практического опыта строительства пассивных домов. The implementation of energy-saving measures aimed at improving of the energy efficiency of the Russian economy, including the introduction of energy management system, is impossible without involvement of the investment funds. Financial support of the development of energy efficiency in Russia from the state, in the current economic and political conditions, is sharply reducing. In turn, the development of private investment in energy efficiency is not possible due to a mismatch legislative framework. The difficulties of investment sort during the introduction of energy management systems in Russian companies are so serious that to find ways to overcome them, and specific proposals for developing an energy efficiency investments market is still extremely important. Regulatory and legislative framework in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency, requires specific proposals for its optimization. On the assumption of the urgency, shown above, in this work are formulated comprehensive proposals to amend the legislative framework in order to attract private investment, including during the introduction of energy management system in the current economic conditions. The first chapter deals with the theoretical aspects of the energy management system, the nature and mechanisms of its functioning: international standardization, energy analysis, assessment of energy efficiency of the enterprise. The second chapter provides an analysis of legal and regulatory framework in the field of energy conservation and efficiency. It is suggested ways to form the market of infrastructure of energy services and to reduce a risk of investors. Some of the suggestions listed in this study are currently discussed in the Energy Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Graphic part – 7 sheets. / Реализация энергосберегающих мероприятий направленных на повышение энергетической эффективности российской экономики, в том числе внедрение системы энергетического менеджмента, невозможно без привлечения инвестиционных средств. Финансовая поддержка развития энергоэффективности в России со стороны государства, в современных экономических и политических условиях, резко сокращается. В свою очередь, развитие объема частных инвестиций в энергосбережение не возможно из-за несоответствия нормативно-законодательной базы. Сложности инвестиционного характера при внедрении системы энергетического менеджмента на российских предприятиях настолько серьезны, что поиск путей их преодоления, и конкретных предложений по развитию рынка инвестиций в энергосбережение остается крайне актуальным. Нормативно-законодательная база в области энергосбережения и повышения энергетической эффективности, требует конкретных предложений по ее оптимизации. Исходя из указанной выше актуальности, в данной работе формулируются комплексные предложения по изменению нормативно-законодательной базы с целью привлечения частных инвестиций, в том числе, при внедрении системы энергетического менеджмента, в современных экономических условиях. В первой главе рассматриваются теоретические аспекты системы энергетического менеджмента, сущность и механизмы ее функционирования: международная стандартизация, энергетический анализ, оценка энергоэффективности предприятия. Вторая глава представляет собой анализ нормативно-законодательной базы в области энергосбережения и повышения энергоэффективности. Предлагаются пути ее совершенствования для формирования инфраструктуры рынка энергосервисных услуг и сокращение рисков инвесторов. Некоторые из предложений, перечисленных в данном исследовании, обсуждаются в данное время в комитете по энергетике Государственной Думы РФ. Актуальность исследования состоит в том, что в условиях высокого уровня конкуренции в мире, а также санкций, которые действуют сегодня для России, важным фактором экономического развития промышленности является рациональное использование ресурсов на промышленных предприятиях, что связано с их ограниченностью и их высокой ценой. Целью магистерской диссертации является развитие методических основ оценки эффективности программ промышленного предприятия по энергосбережению. В работе проанализирована и оценена эффективность действующей программы энергосбережения на промышленном предприятии и разработаны мероприятия по повышению эффективности программ в области энергосбережения. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты эмпирических исследований автора и данные корпоративной статистики. В магистерской диссертации была разработана авторская методика проведения оценки программы энергосбережения на промышленного предприятия металлургии, включающая в себя: формирование программы на основе стандартов P2M и PMI и учет анализа стоимости тарифов на энергоносители за 5 лет. Применение данной методики позволяет углубить анализ и оценку эффективности инвестиционных проектов. / The relevance of the study is that in the conditions of high level of competition in the world, as well as the sanctions that apply today for Russia, an important factor in the economic development of industry is the rational use of resources at industrial enterprises, which is associated with their limited availability and their high price. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop methodological foundations for evaluating the effectiveness of industrial enterprise programs for energy saving. The paper analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of the current energy saving program at an industrial enterprise and develops measures to improve the effectiveness of energy saving programs. The sources used were educational, methodological, and research literature, the results of the author's empirical research, and corporate statistics. In the master's thesis, the author developed a methodology for evaluating the energy saving program for industrial enterprises of metallurgy, which includes: forming a program based on P2M and PMI standards and taking into account the analysis of the cost of energy tariffs for 5 years. The use of this methodology allows you to deepen the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of investment projects.

Актуальность данной работы обусловлена тем, что Китай – самая большая развивающаяся страна в мире, и его потребление энергии намного больше, чем в других странах. Энергосбережение и повышение энергоэффективности экономики – это укрепление энергетической и национальной безопасности страны. Повышение энергоэффективности и энергосбережение способствуют снижению потребления природных ресурсов и сокращению вредных выбросов в окружающую среду. Объект исследования – потребление энергетических ресурсов в Китае. Предмет исследования – организационно-экономические отношения в процессе повышения энергоэффективности экономики Китая. Цель диссертационного исследования состоит в анализе современного состояния в сфере энергосбережения в мире и Китае и выработке предложений по повышению уровня энергоэффективности национальной экономики Китая. Научная новизна диссертационного исследования заключается в том, что выявлены особенности изменения структуры потребления энергетических ресурсов в стране в результате реализации энергетической политики Китая; предложено строительство фотоэлектрической солнечной электростанции в провинции Китая и проведена эколого-экономическая оценка инвестиционного проекта с применением показателя LCOE. / The relevance of this work is due to the fact that China is the largest developing country in the world, and its energy consumption is much higher than in other countries. Energy saving and increasing the energy efficiency of the economy is the strengthening of the country's energy and national security. Improving energy efficiency and saving energy helps to reduce the consumption of natural resources and reduce harmful emissions into the environment. The object of research is the consumption of energy resources in China. The subject of the research is organizational and economic relations in the process of increasing the energy efficiency of the Chinese economy. The purpose of the dissertation research is to analyze the current state of energy conservation in the world and China and to develop proposals to improve the energy efficiency of the national economy of China. The scientific novelty of the dissertation research is that the features of the change in the structure of consumption of energy resources in the country as a result of the implementation of China's energy policy are revealed; proposed the construction of a photovoltaic solar power plant in the province of China and carried out an environmental and economic assessment of the investment project using the LCOE indicator.

Цель исследования – разработка методических основ эффективного управления системой энергетического менеджмента на промышленном предприятии с учетом тенденций развития зеленой экономики и цифровизации производства в современных условиях. Объектом исследования является система энергетического менеджмента промышленного предприятия. Научная новизна исследования состоит в разработке теоретических основ и методических подходов на основе интеграции концепций экологической ответственности и цифровизации производства в систему энергетического менеджмента предприятия. Развита концепция дорожной карты внедрения системы энергетического менеджмента на предприятии в соответствии с принятой энергетической политикой и современными представлениями об энергоэффективности. Особенностью карты является планирование мероприятий, направленных на углубление цифровизации внутренней среды энергопотребления и соблюдение показателей результативности внедрения зеленой экономики, таких как снижение выбросов диоксида углерода, доля невозобновляемых ресурсов в структуре энергопотребления, доля повторного использования энергии в производстве. Предложенная концепция позволит достичь энергоэффективности бизнес-процессов с учетом современных подходов к ответственному энергоменеджменту на промышленном предприятии. / The purpose of the study is to develop methodological foundations for the effective management of the energy management system at an industrial enterprise, taking into account the trends in the development of a green economy and digitalization of production in modern conditions. The object of the study is the energy management system of an industrial enterprise. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of theoretical foundations and methodological approaches based on the integration of the concepts of environmental responsibility and digitalization of production into the energy management system of an enterprise. The concept of a roadmap for the implementation of an energy management system at an enterprise has been developed in accordance with the adopted energy policy and modern ideas about energy efficiency. A feature of the map is the planning of activities aimed at deepening the digitalization of the internal environment of energy consumption and compliance with the performance indicators of the implementation of the green economy, such as reducing carbon dioxide emissions, the share of non-renewable resources in the structure of energy consumption, the share of energy reuse in production. The proposed concept will allow achieving energy efficiency of business processes, taking into account modern approaches to responsible energy management at an industrial enterprise.
