Целью совершенствования конструкции вакуум-камеры» рассмотрено использование вакуум-камеры с уменьшенным внутренним диаметром всасывающего патрубка циркуляционного вакууматора в условиях КЦ №1 АО «ЕВРАЗ НТМК», при обработке стали на установке RH. Приведенные расчеты и проведенные испытания показывают, что совершенствование конструкции вакуум-камеры установки RH, а именно использование патрубка с уменьшенным внутренним диаметром, позволяет увеличить прибыль на 3,624 млн. руб/год, снизить себестоимости 1 т сиали на 22,0 руб, увеличить стойкость вакуум-камеры на 30 плавок. / In order to improve the design of the vacuum chamber, "the use of a vacuum chamber with a reduced internal diameter of the suction pipe of the circulating vacuum cleaner in the conditions of the KC No. 1 of EVRAZ NTMK JSC, when processing steel at the RH plant, is considered. В работе проанализирована и оценена эффективность действующей программы энергосбережения на промышленном предприятии и разработаны мероприятия по повышению эффективности программ в области энергосбережения. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты эмпирических исследований автора и данные корпоративной статистики. В магистерской диссертации была разработана авторская методика проведения оценки программы энергосбережения на промышленного предприятия металлургии, включающая в себя: формирование программы на основе стандартов P2M и PMI и учет анализа стоимости тарифов на энергоносители за 5 лет. Применение данной методики позволяет углубить анализ и оценку эффективности инвестиционных проектов. / The relevance of the study is that in the conditions of high level of competition in the world, as well as the sanctions that apply today for Russia, an important factor in the economic development of industry is the rational use of resources at industrial enterprises, which is associated with their limited availability and their high price. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop methodological foundations for evaluating the effectiveness of industrial enterprise programs for energy saving. The paper analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of the current energy saving program at an industrial enterprise and develops measures to improve the effectiveness of energy saving programs. The sources used were educational, methodological, and research literature, the results of the author's empirical research, and corporate statistics. In the master's thesis, the author developed a methodology for evaluating the energy saving program for industrial enterprises of metallurgy, which includes: forming a program based on P2M and PMI standards and taking into account the analysis of the cost of energy tariffs for 5 years. The use of this methodology allows you to deepen the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of investment projects.

With focus upon this increasingly serious problem, production function analysis and static linear programming are used here to estimate the impact of rising energy prices on farm profits, cropping patterns and irrigation water used in the Avra Valley, a periurban irrigated region adjacent to Tucson, in an effort to evaluate the impact of this community upon Tucson 's municipal water demand. It is concluded that as energy prices increase and land is removed from agricultural production within the Avra Valley, Tucson 's economic position will be bolstered in at least three ways: (1) there will be more water available, (2) the price which the city must pay for farmland in order to gain control of the underlying water should be diminished and the quantity of farmland for sale increased, and (3) with fewer people involved in irrigated agriculture, legal conflicts between competing users will be diminished.
