Структура магистерской диссертации включает в себя введение, три главы, заключение и список использованных источников. В первой главе раскрываются теоретические основы финансового планирования на предприятии. Во второй главе проводится анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности ООО «Златоустгазстрой», дается оценка действующей системы финансового планирования на предприятии, выявляются проблемы. В третьей главе разрабатываются рекомендации по совершенствованию финансового планирования в ООО «Златоустгазстрой», проводится оценка положительного экономического результата от их внедрения. В заключении обобщаются выводы по результатам проведенного исследования. / The structure of the master's thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of sources used. The first chapter reveals the theoretical foundations of financial planning in the enterprise. The second chapter analyzes the financial and economic activities of «Zlatoustgazstroy» LLC, assesses the current financial planning system at the enterprise, identifies problems. In the third chapter, recommendations for improving financial planning in «Zlatoustgazstroy» LLC are developed, and the positive economic result from their implementation is evaluated. In conclusion, the conclusions based on the results of the study are summarized.

Актуальность темы заключается в необходимости совершенствования механизмов регулирования рынка металлов, который в структуре российского экспорта занимает особое место, с целью сглаживания убытков от внешних экономических угроз и неблагоприятного для рынка политического вектора. Проблемная ситуация состоит в недостаточно эффективной государственной налоговой политики, направленной на сглаживание негативного политического и экономического воздействия на рынок металлургической продукции и экспортный потенциал страны. Гипотеза исследования состоит в том, что если государственная политика переориентируется на трансформацию налоговой политики в целях защиты интересов национальной отрасли, то металлургический комплекс России сможет удерживать торговый баланс на мировом рынке. Объектом исследования является процесс совершенствования механизмов противодействия внешним экономическим и политическим угрозам Российской Федерации в металлургической отрасли. Предметом исследования выступают институциональные и организационно-экономические отношения, возникающие в процессе совершенствования механизмов противодействия внешним экономическим и политическим угрозам Российской Федерации в металлургической отрасли при помощи трансформации налоговой политики. Целью исследования является определение влияния трансформации налоговой политики Российской Федерации на развитие металлургической отрасли. Сферой применения результатов исследования является государственные органы Российской Федерации, деятельность которых направлена на осуществление государственного налогового регулирования в металлургической отрасли. В основе методики расчета интегрального показателя оценки конкурентоспособности высшего учебного заведения отражаются позиции четырех заинтересованных сторон образовательной деятельности: студентов, родителей, преподавателей, работодателей. Предложен алгоритм выбора направлений повышения конкурентоспособности ВУЗа на основе произведенной оценки и отбора мероприятий, наиболее эффективно ее поднимающих, что позволяет более точно оценивать конкурентные позиции ВУЗа, отслеживать динамику их изменения и эффективно корректировать. / The aim of the work is to improve the methodical tools for assessing and increasing the competitiveness of the university. The methodology for calculating the integral indicator for assessing the competitiveness of a higher educational institution reflects the positions of four stakeholders of educational activities: students, parents, teachers, employers. Целью работы является разработка методических подходов к экономической оценке развития компаний в условиях санкционного давления. В исследовании рассматривалось усовершенствование инструментов экономической оценки предприятий, находящихся под санкционным давлением. В нем подчеркивалась необходимость разработки компаниями стратегий переключения на экспорт, импортозамещения и снижения внутреннего рынка. Предлагаемый подход позволяет компаниям оценивать экономические последствия этих стратегий и принимать обоснованные решения в поддержку технологического суверенитета, операционной эффективности и управления человеческими ресурсами. / The aim of the work is to develop methodological approaches to the economic assessment of the development of companies under sanctions pressure. The study examined the improvement of tools for the economic assessment of enterprises under sanctions pressure. It emphasized the need for companies to develop strategies for switching to exports, import substitution and reducing the domestic market. The proposed approach allows companies to assess the economic impact of these strategies and make informed decisions in support of technological sovereignty, operational efficiency and human resource management.

Исследование предлагает совершенствование методов регулирования кредитного риска. Банковским учреждениям предложено повысить качество экспертной оценки потенциального клиента-заёмщика посредством внесения дополнений в систему мотивации сотрудников и включение коэффициента внутренней рентабельности в оценку мотивации персонала. Предложена модифицированная модель оценки вероятности банкротства и применение коэффициентов оценки кредитоспособности исходя из отраслевой принадлежности предприятия. / The study suggests improving the methods of credit risk regulation. It was proposed to banking institutions to improve the quality of the expert assessment of a potential client-borrower by introducing additions to the employee motivation system and including the internal profitability ratio in the assessment of staff motivation. A modified model for assessing the probability of bankruptcy and the use of coefficients for assessing creditworthiness based on the sectoral affiliation of the enterprise are proposed.

The purpose of the study is to develop a model for forming the fair value of an oil and gas company and, based on it, propose recommendations for increasing the value of PJSC LUKOIL. The object of the study is the Public Joint Stock Company Oil Company LUKOIL. The main objectives are: to explore foreign and Russian experience of cost-based management; analyze the specifics of managing the value of an oil and gas company in the changing conditions of the macroenvironment; develop a model for forming the fair value of an oil and gas company; offer recommendations for increasing the value of PJSC LUKOIL.

В данной статье предлагается приложение для оценки выполнения фитнес-упражнений, которое контролирует правильность техники и дает обратную связь по ее исправлению, что помогает уменьшить травматизм при занятиях. Предварительно обученная модель MediaPipe использовалась для оценки поз, по результатам которой вычисляются углы между конкретными суставами. / In the field of computer vision, human pose estimation is becoming increasingly important. This is one of the most attractive areas of research, and it is of great interest due to its usefulness and flexibility in a wide variety of fields, including healthcare, games, augmented reality, virtual training, and sports. Along with this, people are increasingly starting to do sports. And in sports, injuries are inevitable. This article offers an application for evaluating the performance of fitness exercises, which monitors the correctness of the technique and gives feedback on its correction, which helps to reduce injuries during classes. A pre-trained MediaPipe model was used to evaluate poses, based on the results of which the angles between specific joints are calculated.
