Во второй главе проведен анализ структуры затрат на производство и реализацию продукции на примере ООО «Мирей», оценены финансовые показатели его деятельности. В третьей главе были определены проблемы политики управления затратами на предприятии ООО «Мирей» и предложены мероприятия, направленные на минимизацию затрат на производство и реализацию продукции с целью увеличения показателей прибыли и рентабельности. В заключении сформированы основные выводы. / The structure of the master's thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of sources used and appendices. Основной целью магистерской диссертации является в исследовании факторов, влияющих на рентабельность и ликвидность ООО ТА «Тортуга тур», а также разработке путей их повышения на основе результатов, полученных при проведении анализа. В современных рыночных отношениях, при постоянной динамике, завоевания новых рынков сбыта становится приоритетом для многих компаний. В этих условиях грамотно спланированный и организованный процесс диверсификации способствует повышению продуктивности работы компании и каждого его подразделения, таким образом, выбранная тема представляется актуальной. Целью данной работы является разработка методики оценки экономической эффективности диверсификации действующего предприятия. В работе исследованы понятие «диверсификация» её виды и методы. Детально разобран процесс стратегического планирования. Разработан алгоритм планирования при выборе стратегии диверсификации на производственном предприятии, который включает оценку экономической эффективности через интегрированную дисконтированную валовую добавленную стоимость, позволяющий сделать экономически обоснованный выбор стратегии предприятия. В результате апробации предложенной методики в ООО "Экоальянс" был сделан вывод о целесообразности диверсификации производства и эффективности предложенной методики. Таким образом, на ООО "Экоальянс" был проведён анализ выбора экономической стратегии и доказана её экономическая эффективность. / In modern market relations, with constant dynamics, the conquest of new markets becomes a priority for many companies. Under these conditions, a well-planned and organized diversification process helps to increase the productivity of the company and each of its divisions, so the chosen topic is relevant. The purpose of this work is to develop a methodology for assessing the economic efficiency of diversification of the existing enterprise. The paper investigates the concept of "diversification" its types and methods. The process of strategic planning is analyzed in detail. The algorithm of planning at the choice of strategy of diversification at the production enterprise which includes an assessment of economic efficiency through the integrated discounted gross value added allowing to make a choice of economic strategy of the enterprise is developed. As a result of approbation of the offered technique in ltd. Ecoalliance the conclusion about expediency of diversification of production and efficiency of the offered technique was drawn. Thus, the analysis of the choice of economic strategy was carried out at ltd Ecoalliance and its economic efficiency was proved.

Топливо-энергетический комплекс (ТЭК) – это сложноорганизованная система, включающая в себя добычу природных энергоресурсов, их переработку и преобразование в мобильные виды энергии с последующим распределением энергоресурсов между всеми отраслями экономики. ТЭК в настоящее время является одной из важнейших составляющей экономики Российской Федерации, поскольку вносит значительный вклад в национальную безопасность и социально-экономическое развитие страны. Целью данного исследования является развитие методики анализа эффективности деятельности предприятий топливно-энергетического комплекса. В результате исследования были получены следующие результаты: на основе обзора нормативной базы, регламентирующей деятельность ТЭК в РФ, и анализа международного опыта регламентирования деятельности энергетического комплекса сформулированы особенности экономических отношений субъектов электроэнергетики; в результате рассмотрения существующей финансовой стратегии предприятия ТЭК выявлены направления анализа его эффективности деятельности предложена методика анализа эффективности деятельности предприятия ТЭК на основе оценки отдельных его категорий, таких как финансовые результаты или трудовые ресурсы. / The fuel and energy complex (FEC) is a complex system that includes the extraction of natural energy resources, their processing and transformation into mobile types of energy, followed by the distribution of energy resources among all sectors of the economy. The fuel and energy complex is currently one of the most important components of the economy of the Russian Federation, since it makes a significant contribution to the national security and socio-economic development of the country. The aim of this study is to develop a methodology for analyzing the efficiency of the enterprises of the fuel and energy complex. As a result of the study, the following results were obtained: on the basis of a review of the regulatory framework governing the activities of the fuel and energy complex in the Russian Federation, and an analysis of international experience in regulating the activities of the energy complex, the features of economic relations of subjects of the electric power industry are formulated; as a result of consideration of the existing financial strategy of the fuel and energy complex, the directions of analysis of its effectiveness were identified a methodology for analyzing the efficiency of a fuel and energy enterprise based on an assessment of its individual categories, such as financial results or labor resources, is proposed.
