Master's thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the bank's liquidity. JSC "Alfa-Bank" was considered as the object of research. With a lack of financial resources, the bank has proposed ways to reduce liquidity risks. The paper studies the mechanisms of liquidity risk management and describes the direction of their regulation. / Магистерская диссертация посвящена вопросу oценке ликвиднocти банка. The relevance of the research topic is that in modern conditions of economic development it is necessary to pay special attention to reducing production costs and selling products. The purpose of this work is to study the methods of cost management, the analysis of the structure of costs for production and sales of products at the enterprise NPP "DVM", the identification of problems and the development of ways to solve them. In this paper, the essence, the structure of costs for production and sales of products are analyzed, the influence of the cost structure on the financial performance of the NPP "DVM" is analyzed, the problems of cost management of the enterprise are revealed and cost minimization measures are proposed to increase the profitability and profitability of the enterprise. / Актуальность темы исследования заключается в том, что в современных условиях развития экономики необходимо уделять особое внимание снижению затрат на производство и реализацию продукции. Целью данной работы является исследование методов управления затратами, анализ структуры затрат на производство и реализацию продукции на предприятии ООО НПП «ДВМ», выявление проблем и разработка путей их решения. В данной работе исследованы сущность, структуру затрат на производство и реализацию продукции, проанализировано влияние структуры затрат на финансовые показатели деятельности ООО НПП «ДВМ», выявлены проблемы управления затратами предприятия и предложены мероприятия по минимизации затрат, с целью увеличения прибыльности и рентабельности предприятия.

The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the current market situation, which obliges enterprises to conduct a continuous search for ways to improve the efficiency of economic activity. As a result, the study of both theoretical and practical methods of cost management, depending on the industry of the subject, is of particular importance in solving this issue. The purpose of the master's thesis is to improve the cost management system for the production and sales of the enterprise as a result of the study of the theoretical foundations of this issue and a detailed analysis of the cost structure on the example of a large Russian manufacturing company. In this paper we investigate the essence, the structure of expenses for production and sales, analyzed the impact of cost structure on the production and sale of products on financial performance of OJSC "Zhirovoy Kombinat" identified the problems of cost management of OJSC "Zhirovoy Kombinat" and proposed measures to minimise costs, to increase profitability and plant profitability. / Актуальность выбранной темы обусловлена настоящей рыночной ситуацией, которая обязывает предприятия вести непрерывный поиск путей повышения эффективности экономической деятельности. В результате чего особую значимость при решении этого вопроса приобретает исследование как теоретических, так и практических методов управления затратами в зависимости от отраслевой принадлежности субъекта. Цель магистерской диссертации заключается в совершенствовании системы управления затратами на производство и реализацию продукции предприятия в результате изучения теоретических основ данного вопроса и детального анализа структуры затрат на примере крупной российской производственной компании. В данной работе исследованы сущность, структуру затрат на производство и реализацию продукции, проанализировано влияние структуры затрат на производство и реализацию продукции на финансовые показатели деятельности ОАО «Жировой комбинат», выявлены проблемы управления затратами ОАО «Жировой комбинат» и предложены мероприятия по минимизации затрат, с целью увеличения прибыльности и рентабельности предприятия.

The main purpose of the research is the development of measures for improving the financial stability of the credit institution, based on the analysis of its financial condition, to identify the problems and to propose the ways of solvation. In conclusion, author developed the measures for improving the financial stability of the object of study. / Выпускная квалификационная работа (магистерская диссертация) посвящена изучению финансовой устойчивости кредитных учреждений в современной экономике. Предметом исследования выступает совокупность критериев и показателей, которые характеризуют финансовую устойчивость кредитного учреждения. Основной целью исследования выступает разработка мероприятий для повышения финансовой устойчивости кредитной организации на основе анализа ее финансового состояния, выявление проблем и предложение путей их решения. В заключении разработаны мероприятия, которые направлены на повышение финансовой стабильности объекта исследования.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена исследованию детерминант прибыльности российских коммерческих банков. В работе раскрывается теоретическое содержание понятия «финансовый результат», определение порядка его формирования; проводится анализ прибыльности банков на основе методики Банка России; проводится корреляционно-регрессионный анализ, и выявляются факторы, влияющие на показатель прибыльности. В качестве научной новизны предложен авторский подход к систематизации внутренних и внешних детерминант прибыльности коммерческих банков; проведен эконометрический анализ зависимости прибыльности банков от внутрибанковских и макроэкономических факторов. / The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the determinants of profitability of Russian commercial banks. The paper reveals the theoretical content of the concept of "financial result", the definition of the order of its formation; an analysis of the profitability of banks based on the methodology of the Bank of Russia is carried out; correlation and regression analysis is carried out, and factors affecting the profitability indicator are identified. As a scientific novelty, the author's approach to the systematization of internal and external determinants of commercial banks' profitability is proposed; an econometric analysis of the dependence of banks' profitability on intrabank and macroeconomic factors is carried out.

The foreign economic activity of enterprises producing precious metals, in fact, determines their economic and social development. The company must organize its foreign economic activity in such a way as to ensure maximum income, as well as choose the most optimal solution for maintaining the effectiveness of foreign economic activity. In the first chapter, the conceptual framework and the interpretation of the basic essential categories of foreign economic activity. FEA is a commercial activity of business entities related to their participation in international economic relations. The analysis of foreign economic activity in the second chapter led to the conclusion that, in general, there is a negative downward trend in revenues from the export of goods, while the level of transportation costs increases. Revenue growth can be achieved both by reducing transportation costs and by reducing management costs. So, increasing the efficiency of foreign economic activity of JSC “EZ OCM” can be achieved by introducing outsourcing of all logistics. The paper proposes an algorithm for improving the foreign economic activity of an enterprise, based on a factor analysis of sales profitability, differing by the influence of the external market, which allows to increase the effectiveness of management decisions and foreign economic activity in general. / Внешнеэкономическая деятельность предприятий по производству драгоценных металлов, фактически, определяет их экономическое и социальное развитие. Предприятие должно организовывать свою внешнеэкономическую деятельность таким образом, чтобы обеспечить получение максимального дохода, а так же выбрать наиболее оптимальное решение поддержания эффективности ВЭД. В первой главе рассмотрены понятийные основы и толкование базовых сущностных категорий внешнеэкономической деятельности. ВЭД – это деятельность, связанная с их участием в международных экономических отношениях. Анализ внешнеэкономической деятельности во второй главе позволил сделать вывод о том, что в целом наблюдается отрицательная тенденция снижения доходов от экспорта товаров, при этом возрастает уровень транспортных расходов. Рост выручки может быть обеспечен как за счет снижения затрат на транспортировку, так и за счет снижения управленческих затрат. Итак, повышение эффективности внешнеэкономической деятельности АО «ЕЗ ОЦМ» может быть достигнуто введением аутсорсинга всей логистики. В работе предложен алгоритм совершенствования внешнеэкономической деятельности предприятия, базирующийся на факторном анализе рентабельности продаж, отличающийся учетом влияния внешнего рынка, позволяющий повысить эффективность принимаемых управленческих решений и внешнеэкономической деятельности в целом.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена вопросам развития рынка ипотечного кредитования. Целью исследования является разработка и оценка эффективности ипотечного продукта для банка, позволяющего снизить процентные риски, не создавая дополнительных кредитных рисков. Также в работе исследуются факторы спроса и предложения на рынке жилой недвижимости; ключевые драйверы развития банковского кредитования в сегменте ипотеки. В качестве научной новизны предложен методический инструментарий для анализа ипотечной деятельности банков и проведена оценка экономической целесообразности внедрения плавающей ставки по ипотечным кредитам. / The master's thesis is devoted to the development of the mortgage lending market. The purpose of the study is to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a mortgage product for a bank that allows reducing interest rate risks without creating additional credit risks. The paper also examines the factors of supply and demand in the residential real estate market; the key drivers of the development of bank lending in the mortgage segment. As a scientific novelty, the methodological instruments for analyzing the mortgage activity of banks are proposed and the economic feasibility of introducing a floating rate on mortgage loans is evaluated.
