Диссертация состоит из введения, четырёх глав, с выводами по каждой, сформулированными в соответствии с поставленными целями и задачами исследования, общих выводов. Диссертация посвящена комплексной оценке и совершенствованию конструктивных и технологических решений монолитных и сборно-монолитных систем гражданских зданий (на примере г. Екатеринбурга). В первой главе выполнен анализ современных конструктивных и технологических решений монолитных и сборно-монолитных гражданских зданий и определены преимущества и недостатки монолитного и сборно-монолитного домостроения. Во второй главе представлены результаты комплексной оценки конструктивных и технологических решений монолитных и сборно-монолитных гражданских зданий. Третья глава содержит описание авторских методик по оценке и совершенствованию конструктивных и технологических решений сборно-монолитных гражданских зданий. В четвертой главе представлены новые конструктивные и технологические решения для сборно-монолитной системы, обладающей высоким инновационным потенциалом. В результате диссертационного исследования были решены следующие задачи: проанализированы достоинства и недостатки современных монолитных и сборно-монолитных гражданских зданий в России и за рубежом; выполнена комплексная оценка конструктивных и технологических решений монолитных и сборно-монолитных гражданских зданий (на примере г. Екатеринбурга), включающая анализ параметров зданий, выполненный аналитическим и экспертным методами; разработан комплекс методических инструментов по оценке и совершенствованию конструктивных и технологических решений сборно-монолитных гражданских зданий, включающий систему оценки готовности специалиста к экспертизе в области строительства и методику оценки инновационного потенциала сборно-монолитных систем гражданских зданий; на изобретательской основе разработан комплекс новых конструктивных и технологических решений для сборно-монолитной системы, обладающей высоким инновационным потенциалом. / The thesis consists of an introduction, 4 chapters, with conclusions for each, formulated in accordance with the goals and objectives of the study, general conclusions. In the first chapter the analysis of modern design and technological concepts for cast-in-situ and precast and cast-in-situ civil buildings and identified the advantages and disadvantages this constructions. The second chapter presents the results of a integrated estimation of design and technological concepts for cast-in-situ and precast and cast-in-situ civil buildings. The third chapter contains a description of the author's methods for estimation and improving the design and technological concepts for precast and cast-in-situ civil buildings. The result of the thesis addressed the following objectives: analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of modern cast-in-situ and precast and cast-in-situ civil buildings in Russia and abroad; completed integrated estimation of design and technological concepts for cast-in-situ and precast and cast-in-situ civil buildings (on the example of Ekaterinburg), including the analysis of parameters of buildings, performed analytical and expert methods; developed a set of methodological tools for the estimation and improvement of design and technological concepts for precast and cast-in-situ civil buildings; including the readiness estimation expert to expertise in the construction and methods for estimation of precast and cast-in-situ civil buildings innovative potential; inventive on the basis of the developed complex of new design and technological concepts for precast and cast-in-situ system with high innovative potential.

Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы и приложений. В работе рассмотрены теоретико-прикладные аспекты создания тепличных комплексов в России. Проанализирован район расположения планируемого тепличного комплекса, рассмотрены основные представленные тепличные комплексы по выращиванию овощной продукции в защищенном грунте. Определены источники финансирования, сформирован бюджет проекта, рассчитаны показатели экономической эффективности проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования. / The master's thesis consists of three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. The paper considers the theoretical and applied aspects of creating greenhouse complexes in Russia. The location area of the proposed greenhouse complex is analyzed, the main heat-producing complexes represented by heat for growing vegetables in sheltered soil are considered. Sources of financing have been identified, a project budget has been formed, and indicators of the project's economic efficiency have been calculated. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formulated and the research results are summarized.

Проведен обзор развития рынка строительства загородной недвижимости в целом и коттеджных поселков в частности в МО «город Екатеринбург». Выполнен анализ распределение коттеджных поселков в зависимости от направления движения по основным автодорогам и удаленности от г. Екатеринбурга. Рассмотрены варианты организации локальных канализационных систем в коттеджных поселках и частных домовладений, обозначены проблемы, связанные с утилизацией жидких бытовых отходов от населенных пунктов, где отсутствуют централизованные канализационные сети, и неканализованных частных домовладений. Отражена основная информация о деятельности МУП «Водоканал», в том числе общая характеристика, анализ финансового состояния предприятия. Проведен анализ и выявлены основные тенденции, связанные с образованием хозяйственно-бытовых стоков в пригородных поселках, где отсутствует централизованная система канализации. Рассмотрено понятие жидких бытовых отходов (ЖБО) и дана классификация отходов по классам опасности, дана экономическая оценка и проведено экономическое обоснование строительства сливных станций по приему ЖБО. Рассмотрены инструменты для реализации предложенного проекта. / A review of the development of the market for the construction of suburban real estate in general and cottage villages in particular in the city of Yekaterinburg was carried out. The analysis of the distribution of cottage villages was carried out depending on the direction of traffic on the main roads and the distance from the city of Yekaterinburg. Options for organization of local sewage systems in cottage villages and private households are considered, problems associated with the disposal of liquid domestic waste from settlements where there are no centralized sewage networks and non-analyzed private households are outlined. The main information on the activities of Municipal Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal is reflected, including the general characteristics, analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise. The main trends related to the formation of domestic wastewater in suburban villages, where there is no centralized sewage system, were analyzed and revealed. The concept of liquid household waste (LWR) was considered and the classification of waste by hazard classes was given, economic assessment was given and economic justification for the construction of drain stations for the reception of LWR was carried out. The tools for implementation of the proposed project are considered.

Работа нацелена на разработку комплексного метода автоматизации процесса с помощью создания дополнительной программной надстройки, связанного с созданием, редактированием и управлением семейств в программном комплексе Revit. Главная задача надстройки заключается в уменьшении временных и трудовых затрат в процессе выполнения подобного рода задач, а также призвана существенно уменьшить количество ошибок, связанных с человеческим фактором. / The work is aimed at developing a comprehensive method for automating the process by creating an additional software add-on associated with the creation, editing and management of families in the Revit software package. The main task of the add-on is to reduce time and labor costs in the process of performing such tasks, and is also designed to significantly reduce the number of errors associated with the human factor.

Известно, что любой строительный проект является успешным при условии своей экономической целесообразности на каждом из этапов своего жизненного цикла для этого должны быть налажены процессы автоматизации работы. Современные технологии информационного моделирования открывают новые возможности в оценке эффективности управления объектом. Рассмотрим возможности применения BIM-технологий для автоматизации процессов работы с цифровой информационной моделью (ЦИМ) на этапе подготовки и во время самого строительства, также этапы реализации методики мониторинга и контроля строительного производства на основе современных инновационных технологий и цифровой модели проекта здания. Данный подход позволяет решать улучшение экономических показателей, уменьшая при этом затраты и себестоимость, также возможность объедения данных и участников процесса строительства, сокращение сроков выполнения работ и снижение проектных рисков. Описание метода синхронизации задач календарного графика с элементами модели, а также способ сравнения плановых показателей строительного проекта и фактически выполненных работ. В качестве инструмента использованы программные продукты Autodesk и MS Project. / It is known that any construction project is successful, provided that it is economically feasible at each stage of its life cycle, for this, work automation processes must be established. Modern information modeling technologies open up new opportunities in evaluating the effectiveness of facility management. Consider the possibilities of using BIM technologies to automate the processes of working with a digital information model (DIM) at the stage of preparation and during the construction itself, as well as the stages of implementing a methodology for monitoring and controlling construction production based on modern innovative technologies and a digital model of a building project. This approach allows you to solve the improvement of economic indicators, while reducing costs and costs, as well as the possibility of combining data and participants in the construction process, reducing the time of work and reducing project risks. Description of the method for synchronizing schedule tasks with model elements, as well as a method for comparing the planned indicators of a construction project and the actual work performed. Autodesk and MS Project software products were used as a tool.

В работе рассмотрены теоретический основы девелопмента недвижимости, который включает основные понятия и термины девелопмента, историю реконструкции панельных домов, а также способы повышения комфорта придомовой территории. Разработана концепция девелоперского проекта, которая включает в себя: рейтинговые оценки инвестиционной привлекательности территории; анализ района расположения объекта; выводы по местоположению и характеристике участка; маркетинговый анализ проекта. Проведено финансово-экономическое обоснование девелоперского проекта жилого комплекса, где учтены возможности реализации в поселке Талица, г. Первоуральска, экономическая эффективность, в следствии чего дана оценка экономической эффективности проекта. The financial and economic justification of the development project of the residential complex, which takes into account the possibilities of implementation in the village of Talitsa, Pervouralsk, economic efficiency, as a result of which an assessment of the economic efficiency of the project is given. In conclusion, the main conclusions and generalized results of the study are formulated.

В работе рассматривается динамика развития жилищного строительства города Екатеринбурга. Рассмотрено как количество ввода жилья, его стоимость за квадратный метр и иные показатели отражают удовлетворенность социальными условиями граждан. Проведен анализ динамики численности, рождаемости, миграции населения и анализ рынка недвижимости в сегменте жилищного строительства. Проведена оценка уровня внедрения ТИМ. / The paper examines the dynamics of the development of housing construction in the city of Yekaterinburg. Considered as the quantity of housing commissioned, its cost per square meter and other indicators reflect satisfaction with the social conditions of citizens. An analysis of population dynamics, birth rates, population migration and an analysis of the real estate market in the housing construction segment were carried out. The level of BIM implementation was assessed.

Программа развития ГБПОУ СО «Социально-профессиональный техникум «Строитель» разработана в соответствии с государственной политикой в сфере образования в целях совершенствования системы подготовки строительных кадров со средним профессиональным образованием. Программа направлена на сближение интересов техникума и рынка строительной индустрии Свердловской области.
