The significance of the master's thesis topic is determined by the necessity to train specialists in technical translation in the area of labor protection in construction. This is due to the trends towards international exchange of experiences, which can contribute to scientific and technological advancement and open up new possibilities for professional development of translators. The aim of this work is to assess the efficacy of implementing technical translation training within the context of the given topic. The master's thesis consists of two chapters. The first chapter defines the role of the construction industry in Russia, considers the work performance project as one of the most significant technical documents, and analyzes the challenges that a translator may encounter in the process of translating technical documentation on labor protection in the construction sector. The second chapter describes the features of the developed training courses for technical translation in the relevant subject, provides information on the composition of a specialized terminology glossary for the project, which can serve as a reference material in class, as well as presents the results of a series of classes. A list of sources consulted includes 80 works by domestic and international authors, as well as dictionaries and reference materials. The appendices include the text of the work project used in the development of the classes and the classes themselves. They also include the set of classes developed by the author of the study and a glossary of terms specific to the work project. The developed plan of thematic classes can serve as an additional resource for implementing linguistic training programs at universities, as well as for students of technical fields within the framework of an English language course (for those with a B2 level or higher). / Актуальность темы магистерской диссертации обуславливается необходимостью подготовки специалистов в области технического перевода в сфере охраны труда в строительстве, поскольку существуют тенденции к международному обмену опытом, что в свою очередь может способствовать научно-техническому прогрессу и открывать новые возможности для профессионального роста переводчика. Цель работы – опытно-поисковым путем проверить эффективность реализации занятий по техническому переводу в рамках рассматриваемой тематики. Магистерская диссертация содержит две главы. В первой главе была определена роль строительной отрасли в России, рассмотрен проект производства работ в сфере строительства, как один из важнейших технических документов, а также проанализированы проблемы, с которыми может столкнуться переводчик в процессе переводе текстов технической документации в сфере охраны труда в строительстве. Во второй главе описывается характеристика разработанных занятий по обучению техническому переводу в рассматриваемой тематике, описан состав специализированного глоссария терминов к проекту производства работ, который может быть использован в качестве информационно-справочного материала на занятиях, а также результаты по итогам проведения комплекса занятий. Список использованных источников включает 80 наименований работ отечественных и зарубежных авторов, а также словарно-справочные издания. Приложения содержат текст проекта производства работ, используемый при разработке занятий и на самих занятиях, разработанный автором исследования комплекс занятий, а также глоссарий терминов к проекту производства работ. Разработанный план тематических занятий можно использовать в качестве вспомогательного материала при реализации программ лингвистической подготовки в вузах, а также для студентов технических специальностей в рамках курса «Английский язык» (для студентов с уровнем от В2).

This paper discusses the current topic of the effectiveness of implementing information technologies in the design of low-rise residential buildings. The main focus is on analyzing modern trends in the construction industry that aim to integrate digital innovations into design and construction processes. The research highlights the current state of implementing digital models in construction, evaluates the level of integration of BIM technologies and other information systems in design and construction processes. The study analyzes standards and regulations in the field of digital construction, the importance of training and preparing specialists for the effective use of information technologies. Special attention is paid to technical aspects and infrastructure necessary for the implementation and support of digital tools in construction. The research examines the efficiency and benefits of using digital models, allowing conclusions to be drawn about the significant advantages of information modeling for cost reduction, quality improvement, and acceleration of construction processes. Based on the analysis of existing information modeling mechanisms, the paper proposes organizational mechanisms for the implementation of information modeling technologies aimed at optimizing the construction process of low-rise houses. Recommendations are provided for reducing the implementation costs of information technologies and justifying the economic efficiency of the proposed measures. / В данной работе рассматривается актуальная тема эффективности внедрения информационных технологий при проектировании малоэтажных жилых домов. Основное внимание уделено анализу современных тенденций в строительной отрасли, которые направлены на интеграцию цифровых инноваций в процессы проектирования и строительства. Исследование освещает текущее состояние реализации цифровых моделей в строительстве, оценивает уровень интеграции BIM-технологий и других информационных систем в проектные и строительные процессы. В работе анализируются стандарты и нормативы в области цифрового строительства, важность обучения и подготовки специалистов для эффективного использования информационных технологий. Особое внимание уделяется техническим аспектам и инфраструктуре, необходимым для внедрения и поддержки цифровых инструментов в строительстве. Исследуются эффективность и преимущества использования цифровых моделей, что позволяет сделать выводы о значительных преимуществах информационного моделирования для снижения затрат, повышения качества и ускорения строительных процессов. Основываясь на анализе существующих механизмов информационного моделирования, в работе предложены организационные механизмы внедрения технологий информационного моделирования, направленные на оптимизацию процесса строительства малоэтажных домов. Представлены рекомендации по снижению стоимости внедрения информационных технологий и обоснование экономической эффективности предлагаемых мероприятий.

Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы. В работе рассмотрены теоретические аспекты малоэтажного жилищного строительства с применением энергосберегающих материалов. Произведен анализ внешнего экономического окружения девелоперского проекта. Определены источники финансирования, сформирован бюджет проекта, рассчитаны показатели экономической эффективности проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования. / Master's thesis consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references. The paper considers the theoretical aspects of low-rise housing using energy-saving materials. The analysis of the external economic environment of the development project is made. Sources of financing have been identified, a project budget has been formed, and indicators of the project's economic efficiency have been calculated. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formulated and the results of the study are summarized.

В выпускной квалификационной работе (магистерской диссертации) проведен анализ ситуации по финансированию строительства метрополитена в Екатеринбурге; проведена оценка существующих программ финансирования исходя из разных по структуре инвестирования; предложена унифицированная модель финансирования строительства указанного объекта. Актуальность исследования определяется дискуссионностью вопроса о потенциальной необходимости строительства следующей очереди метрополитена; показана экономическая нецелесообразность и высокая социальная значимость этого пассажирского логистического объекта. Цель магистерской диссертации – оценка жизнеспособности модели финансирования строительства метрополитена в г. Екатеринбурге. / At this study, the analysis of the financing situation for the construction of the subway in Yekaterinburg was carried out; an assessment of existing financing programs was carried out based on different investment structures; proposed a unified model for financing the construction of the specified object. The relevance of the study is determined by the controversial nature of the question of the potential need for the construction of the next line of the metro; the economic inexpediency and high social significance of this passenger logistics facility are shown. The aim of the master's thesis is to assess the viability of the financing model for the construction of the subway in Yekaterinburg.

Написан скрипт для автоматизации работы в программном обеспечении Metashape. / The paper presents the results of shooting interior elements at a cultural heritage site. The processing of the scan result is shown. Point clouds and orthophotoplanes were obtained. A script has been written to automate work in the Metashape software.

Объект исследования – процесс строительства монолитных гражданских зданий в Китае. Технология монолитного железобетона является важным элементом современного строительного комплекса Китая. Различные комбинации основных строительных машин во многом определяют технологические и экономические показатели процесса возведения несущего остова монолитного здания. Основываясь на характеристиках строительных машин для монолитного строительства и теории многофакторной комплексной оценки, в работе предлагается модель подбора комплектов строительных машин для возведения монолитного гражданского здания. Модель включает систему показателей, получение и обработку показателей, весового коэффициента, выбор метода сборки. В результате сравнительного анализа предлагаемой модели с известными выявлены ее преимущества, представлено практическое применение модели на примере монолитного здания в Китае. / The object of the research is the construction process of monolithic civil buildings in China. Monolithic reinforced concrete technology is an important element of the modern construction complex in China. Various combinations of basic construction machines largely determine the technological and economic indicators of the process of erecting the load-bearing frame of a monolithic building. Based on the characteristics of construction machines for monolithic construction and the theory of multifactor comprehensive assessment, the paper proposes a model for selecting sets of construction machines for the construction of a monolithic civil building. The model includes a system of indicators, obtaining and processing indicators, a weighting coefficient, and choosing an assembly method. As a result of a comparative analysis of the proposed model with the known ones, its advantages are revealed, and the practical application of the model is presented using the example of a monolithic building in China.

В России в настоящее время не распространено “модульное строительство” из легких материалов, хотя многие зарубежные архитекторы, строительные компании и инвесторы рассматривают этот подход как одну из возможностей решения жилищного вопроса, учитывая современные требования к архитектуре, дизайну, комфорту и функциональности объектов, их энергоэффективности и экологической безопасности. Сегодня особенно важны вопросы ускорения темпов жилищного строительства и снижения затрат на производство. В прошлом году 193 тысяч россиян переехали из ветхих и аварийных зданий в новые дома. В текущем году планируется переселить еще около 140 тысяч. Несмотря на увеличение темпов жилищного строительства, эта проблема всё ещё актуальна, и на сегодняшний день не получила окончательного решения. / At present, “modular construction” made of light materials is not widespread in Russia, although many foreign architects, construction companies and investors consider this approach as one of the possibilities for solving the housing problem, taking into account modern requirements for architecture, design, comfort and functionality of objects, their energy efficiency and environmental safety. Today, the issues of accelerating the pace of housing construction and reducing production costs are particularly important. Last year, 193 thousand Russians moved from dilapidated and dilapidated buildings to new homes. This year, it is planned to relocate about 140 thousand more. Despite the increase in the pace of housing construction, this problem is still relevant, and to date has not received a final solution.

The appearance of new high-tech houses in the construction market with the functions of a “smart home” is currently gaining great popularity in Russia, which leads to a great demand among the population. The attractiveness of this project is achieved both by new houses, made in a modern style, and by new “smart home” systems, and by the convenient location of the village itself. The purpose of the master's thesis is the calculation of the project with the economic justification. The object of research in this work is the analysis and evaluation of the project for the construction of a cottage settlement in Sysert district of Olkhovka. Such a project may be of the greatest interest to the investor both in terms of attractiveness and timing of implementation, and in terms of guaranteed reimbursement of invested funds. The last factor is very important for the investor, because in the unstable economic situation in the Russian Federation, an increase in the length of the payback period of a newly constructed object may lead to the fact that, due to reasons beyond the control of the developer or investor, the project will not be able to return the invested funds. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are: the work of foreign and Russian scientists on smart home systems in low-rise construction and on the development of these technologies in the Russian market. As a result of the study, the analysis of the location of the object in a particular area, its economic justification and all financial calculations and implementation dates were made. Also given are all the technical characteristics of the object, its concept and attractiveness. Next, the calculation is carried out according to three financing schemes - 100% of equity, 50% of 50% of equity and banking. Both options showed positive NPV. / Появление на строительном рынке новых современных домов в стиле «Хай-тек» с функциями «умного дома» в настоящее время набирают большую популярность в России, что ведет к большому спросу у населения. Привлекательность данного проекта достигается как новыми домами, сделанные в современном стиле, и новыми системами «умный дом», так и удобным месторасположение самого поселка Целью магистерской диссертации является расчет проекта с экономическим обоснованием. Проведение анализ и оценка проекта строительства коттеджного поселка в Сысертском районе д.Ольховка, который является объектом исследования в данной работе. Подобный проект в настоящее время может представлять наибольший интерес для инвестора как с точки зрения привлекательности и сроков реализации, так и с точки зрения гарантированного возмещения вложенных средств. Последний фактор является весьма важным для инвестора, так как в условиях нестабильной экономической ситуации в Российской Федерации увеличение длительности периода окупаемости вновь возведенного объекта может привести к тому, что в силу причин, не зависящих от девелопера либо инвестора, проект так и не сможет возвратить вложенные средства. Теоретической и методологической основой исследования служат: работы зарубежных и российских ученых, посвященные системам «умный дом» вмалоэтажном строительстве и, проблемам развития данных технологий в условиях российского рынка. В результате исследования произведен анализ локации объекта в определенном районе, его экономическое обоснование и все финансовые расчеты, а также сроки реализации. Также приведены все технические характеристики объекта, его концепция и привлекательность. Далее проводится расчет по трем схемам финансирования – 100% собственного капитала, 50% на 50% собственного капитала и банковского. Оба варианта показали положительные показатели ЧДД.

Выбор темы исследования обусловлен значимостью существующих проблем снабженческо-сбытовой деятельности предприятий строительной отрасли в рыночной среде, в условиях высокой конкуренции и развития инновационных технологий. Целью данной работы является создание инновационного инструментария для повышения эффективности снабженческо-сбытовой деятельности предприятия. Анализ основывался на изучении научно-периодической литературы, изучении существующих проблем строительного рынка, рынка e-commerce. В качестве источников информации использовались нормативно-правовые акты, база публикаций и статистических данных Федеральной службы государственной статистики, сервис анализа сайтов PR-CY, данные отчетности и внутренние документы исследуемых предприятий. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации была разработана бизнес-модель специализированного интернет-портала для предприятий строительной сферы, интегрирующая SRM-систему для пользователей портала и бизнес-процессы в сфере снабжения и сбыта предприятий-пользователей и апробирован расширенный набор функциональных возможностей портала на конкретных предприятиях малого, среднего и крупного бизнеса. Использование разработанного инструментария портала нацелено на повышение эффективности снабженческо-сбытовой деятельности предприятий. А разработанная бизнес-модель позволяет правильно скоординировать и использовать ценностные предложения компании-разработчика для пользователей, благодаря взаимосвязи структурных элементов, представленных в модели. В результате апробации инструментария портала были предложены практические рекомендации для менеджмента предприятий, а также определены направления повешения эффективности снабженческо-сбытовой деятельности этих предприятий. / The choice of the research topic is due to the significance of the existing problems of supply and sales activities of enterprises of the construction industry in the market environment, in conditions of high competition and the development of innovative technologies. The purpose of this work is to create innovative tools to improve the efficiency of supply and sales activities of the enterprise. The analysis was based on the study of scientific periodical literature, the study of the existing problems of the construction market, the e-commerce market. Regulatory acts, a database of publications and statistical data of the Federal State Statistics Service, a PR-CY site analysis service, reporting data and internal documents of the studied enterprises were used as sources of information. During the writing of the master's thesis, a business model of a specialized Internet portal for construction enterprises was developed, integrating the SRM system for portal users and business processes in the supply and marketing of user enterprises and tested an expanded set of portal functionality for specific small businesses. medium and large business. The use of the developed portal toolkit is aimed at improving the efficiency of supply and sales activities of enterprises. A developed business model allows you to properly coordinate and use the value propositions of the company-developer for users, due to the interconnection of structural elements presented in the model. As a result of approbation of the portal toolkit, practical recommendations for the management of enterprises were proposed, as well as directions for hanging the efficiency of supply and sales activities of these enterprises.
