External and internal analysis will be performed by PESTLE analysis, Porter's Five Forces, McKinsey 7S analysis, selected financial analyses indicators, SWOT analysis and risk analysis by RIPRAN analysis. Risks will be evaluated from the results of analyses. For this risks will be suggested recommendations, which should lead to their decrease and improve the situation in the company.

This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of marketing mix for a newly introduced product on the foreign market. The thesis contains four parts – introductory, theoretical, analytical and design part. In the introductory part of the thesis, the problems and objectives of this work will be describe closer. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts of marketing, marketing mix and analysis of the company and its surroundings. The following section contains the characteristics and analysis of the current state of the selected enterprise and selected foreign market. The last part of the thesis contains a proposal of a marketing mix for a newly introduced product on a foreign market.

Diploma thesis with satisfied customers of fitness center Lipovka Relax club. Based on results of sectorial analyses there were made up proposals there in order to increase satisfaction of customers. The theoretical part is characterized in the first part of the thesis. The next part analyzes the current situation using the internal and external environment of the selected company. The search questionnaire is investigated by the current state of customer satisfaction. In the last parts of future data, concrete proposals to increase customer satisfaction are evaluated and published.
