The diploma thesis deals with the development of business activities through the establishment of an e-shop in the company Sýry & Vína VEČERKA. The first part deals with the definition of the problem, the aim of the work and methods of solution. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical basis of the problem. The next part of the work contains an analysis of the internal and external environment, which we then summarize in the SWOT analysis. Based on the results of these analyzes, we will propose a solution to the company that will lead to the development of their business activities.

This diploma thesis on the topic "Financing of business activities" processes the entry into the foreign e-commerce market using the chosen strategy and modern marketing plan. In the first part, attention is paid to the issues of e-commerce, business on the Internet, penetrations into new markets and Internet marketing tools from the perspective of theory. The second part deals with the description of TWIN PRODUCTION s.r.o., analysis and comparison of two selected markets. It also includes the design of a strategy for entering the selected market and an outlined marketing strategy. Last but not least, all activities related to internationalization are financially quantified and some measures are proposed.

The information system will provide the organization with a unified place to organize their data about their current development projects. The proposed solution will be integrated with other information systems such as CRM, which was chosen as a ready-made solution to reduce the costs. Master´s thesis describes analysis of the financial situation company Romotop Ltd. in period 2002 – 2005 through the chosen methods. It diagnose strong and weak sides, deficiencies and opportunities of the company Romotop Ltd. and propose possible solutions, which will lead to improvement of the financial situation for this company in the future.

This thesis deals with the analysis of two strategic business units of the company Lexmark and based on this analysis I recommend which SBU should continue in operation and which one should be closed. As a tool for recommendation I use the general company environment analysis by the MAP method, the industrial environment analysis applying Porter´s model with the ETOP method, the analysis of internal factors by the SAP method and the stakeholders analysis. I use the SWOT analysis for summarization. The first part is dedicated to the theory of strategic management. The next part is practical. I present the company Lexmark, describe the analysis and summarize the analysis results. I recommend the company restructuralization based on the analysis including the expectations of restructuralization, cost savings and cost, with focus on the critical factors and the process of restructuralization.

Master´s Thesis describes analysis of the financial situation company MBNS KOVÁRNA ,Ltd. in period 2004-2006 through the chosen methods.It diagnose strong and weak sides,deficiencies and opportunities of the company MBNS KOVÁRNA,Ltd. and propose possible solutions,which will lead to improvement of the financial situation for this company in the future.

This Master thesis deals with proposal of action improvements in company A-WebSys Ltd. while realizing their contracts. The thesis purpose is to minimize risks by future projects, enhance the effectiveness of realization and maintaining of current projects, minimize the employee fluctuation and enhance the overall stability of company. In accordance to this we have supported the thesis with theoretical knowledge and also have realized the analysis of current situation of the company and its environment. Shortcomings and problems identified are then solved by suggested changes each individually contributing to the situation improvement. Practical feasibility of proposed solution and profitability of expended costs is in conclusion proved by the economic assessment.

This diploma thesis deals with preparation of an entrepreneurial plan. The theoretical part of the study presents theoretical knowledge from the area of entrepreneurial activity, marketing and promotion. In the practical part I worked out the entrepreneurial plan for the establishment of traveling and getting acquainted agency and proposed its promotion.

This Master‘s thesis deals with the financial analysis of the current situation in the school Střední zdravotnická škola a Vyšší odborná škola zdravotnická Jihlava. The work includes proposals for improvement and evaluation of the contributions of these proposals for the school.
