本論文は、「とりあえず公務員」「とりあえず地元」「とりあえず正社員」「とりあえずフリーター」という若年者の曖昧かつ不明確なキャリア選択意識に着目した概念である「とりあえず志向」を定量的に捉え、その多義的な志向性が個人の初期キャリアに与える影響を体系的に明らかにし、自発的職務改善やキャリア開発志向等の自覚的なキャリア形成に向けた労働需給両面からの方策を提示するものである。 / As described in this paper, the author attempts to meet the three objectives. (1) Quantitative grasping of the "for the time being orientation" concept, which specifically examines youth awareness of ambiguous and unclear career choices (i.e., working as "a regular employee and so forth for the time being" and in "the hometown for the time being"). (2) Systematic clarification of the influence of the multiple-meaning orientation on individuals' initial career.
