人力需求模型－台灣資訊專業人才之實證分析

本文共分一冊，四萬餘言。除介紹各種人力需求預測模型外，並試圖推估未來資訊工 業所需之人力，以供決策者規劃經濟或人力政策之參考。 全文共分六早，第一章為緒論，說明研究動機與目的、研究過程與方法、資料來源與 研究架構。第二章旨在說明資訊工業與經濟發展之關係。首先說明目前台灣資訊工業 發展之概況，進而探究資訊工業對經濟及人力結構可能產生之影響。第三章為理論文 獻之回顧，主要在於並比較說明各種人力需求之模型，進而尋求出適合我國資訊工業 人力預測方法。第四章介紹勞動參與率，行職業結構交叉、工作生命表、國內生產毛 額……等。基本資料之取得，其推估方法及結果。第五章為實證分析結果，主要預測 未來十年資訊專業人才之需求，俾為經濟或人力規劃之參考。第六章結論基於前章分 析，發現未來十年所需資訊專業人才數量大增，教育政策勢將尋求改革，以配合未來 之需求。
