創新科技Orbi使用意願性以國際電子產業科技展為例 / The willing to use innovative technology, Orbi - Taking international electronics show for example黃貞瑜 Unknown Date (has links)
本研究以Davis (1986)的科技接受模型為基底架構,結合Ajzen (1985)的計畫行為理論,並加入Rogers (1983)之創新擴散理論,探討使用者對於「Orbi創新會展智慧服務平台系統」的使用意願以及使用者在使用Orbi時所在意的因素,分別探討系統品質對知覺有用性、資訊品質對知覺有用性、主觀規範對知覺有用性、個人創新特質對知覺易用性、知覺易用性對知覺有用性、知覺有用性對態度、主觀規範對態度、知覺易用性對其態度、態度對其使用意願關係。
本研究選擇第36屆國際電子產業科技展(TAITRONICS)做為個案展覽,此為一電子採購展,匯集國內外1,000家廠商展出年度新品,協助買主一次購足電子產業上中下游關鍵產品。在文獻探討以及與專家深度訪談後,進行問卷發展及樣本收集,總共回收118份有效問卷,並以Partial Least Square (PLS)進行分析,得到以下結論:
系統品質對知覺有用性有顯著正向影響
資訊品質對知覺有用性有顯著正向影響
主觀規範對知覺有用性有顯著正向影響
個人創新特質對知覺易用性有顯著正向影響
知覺易用性對知覺有用性有顯著正向影響

態度對使用意願有顯著正向影響
使用意願對實際系統使用有顯著正向影響
資料量化後,本文再針對Orbi提出四點建議,提供Orbi作為後續發展參考。 / The study structure is based on technology acceptance model (TAM), combined with the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and innovation diffusion theory (IDT). In this research we used TAITRONICS as the target to study the behavioral intention toward “Orbi Service Platform” through a survey on its users. The conceptual construct includes the dimension of system quality, perceived usefulness, information quality, subjective norm, compatibility, perceived ease of use, attitude, and one’s behavioral intention. In addition, we examined above factors’ effect upon each other.
The study chose the 36th International Electronics Show (TAITRONICS) as the target, which brings 1,000 international e-procurement exhibitiors and their new products together, to help buyers to buy anything they need at the same time. After intensive literature reviews and in-depth interviews, the questionnaire is developed and collected at the exhibition, TAITRONICS. A total amount of 118 valid questionnaires samples are analyzed via Partial Least Square (PLS) with the following conclusions:
System quality has significantly positive effect on perceived usefulness.
Information quality has significantly positive effect on perceived usefulness.
Subjective norm has significantly positive effect on perceived usefulness.
Compatibility has significantly positive effect on perceived ease of use.
Perceived ease of use has significantly positive effect on perceived usefulness
Perceived usefulness has significantly positive effect on attitude.
Subjective norm has significantly positive effect on attitude.
Perceived ease of use has significantly positive effect on attitude.
Attitude has significantly positive effect on behavioral intention.
In summary, some management implications and recommendations are proposed, and further research directions are also identified.

影響民眾使用網路公共論壇的關鍵因素陳云玲, Chen, Yun-Ling Unknown Date (has links)
電子化民主強調公民參與的重要性,政府亦積極投入推動的工作,值得我們注意的是,就政府所設置的電子化民主機制而言,民眾在使用上的觀感和意願可能是重要的,本研究想要了解對於已使用過的民眾而言,哪些因素會影響他們持續使用該機制的意願?本研究以計畫行為理論為研究架構之基礎,並依據文獻整合假設自覺風險性對態度、持續使用意願有顯著影響。
本研究主要的目的有二:一是透過文獻探討以了解電子化民主起源與實行目標,並藉此了解電子化民主對民眾而言,扮演何種角色與提供哪些功能和效益。二是透過實證研究來對計畫行為理論進行模式檢測,檢視該理論是否適用於解釋持續使用意願的影響因素,並藉此了解影響民眾持續使用意願的因素。
實證研究的結果顯示影響民眾持續使用網路公共論壇意願的因素為態度和認知行為控制,僅主觀規範較無顯著影響。由此可知,計畫行為理論並不能完全解釋「持續使用意願」的影響因素,但仍有部分論點可以適用於解釋「持續使用意願」的影響因素。再者,對民眾持續使用網路公共論壇之意願的影響力最大為民眾對使用論壇的態度。此外,本研究發現在網路公共論壇使用上,由於個人資料外洩或侵犯隱私的機率低,故對已使用過的民眾而言,風險問題可能並無影響,故自覺風險性對「網路公共論壇持續使用意願」的影響並不顯著。 / Issues concerning e-Democracy emphasize the importance of citizen participation. Governments in the worldwide invest much in pushing e-Democracy. Specifically, citizens’ attitude and intention are crucial for e-Democracy institutions of Governments. The central theme in this research is: which factors will affect their continuance usage intention for citizens who have been using online public forums? The research model based on Theory of Planned Behavior supposes that attitude and continuance usage intention will be affect by perceived risk.
There are two purposes in this research. Firstly, it attempts to realize the origin and the goal of e-Democracy according to some related literatures. Secondly, it also conducts a model-testing to examine the applicability of the theory through the investigation.
Results of the investigation indicated that citizens’ continuing usage intention of online public forums is affected by the attitude and perceived behavior control. Further, subjective norm didn’t have any obvious influence. These largely show that Theory of Planned Behavior based model is partly suitable to explain the factors of the citizens’usage intention. Overall, the most crucial factor affecting citizens’usage intention is their attitude toward using online public forums. In addition, perceived risk had no obvious influence on the usage intention as expected. This may be due to lower probabilities that individual data or privacy being damaged in online public forums.

本研究旨在瞭解幼兒家長對 M-learning 的使用意願和影響其使用意願的主要
因素,同時了解不同背景之幼兒家長對於M-learning 使用意願的差異以及不對於M-learning 使用意願影響因素的調節效應;藉由以上的探究,瞭解幼兒家長在當今時代全新的學習方式之下對於幼兒教養和親職教育的需求,為未來的Mlearning內容提供者與設施設備開發提供參考。
本研究根據幼兒家長的特點和 M-learning 的特性,以科技接受模式、計畫行
為理論、動機模型、整合性科技接受與使用理論為理論依據,延伸出知覺有用性、
知覺易用性、知覺趣味性和知覺行為控制四個因素作為自變項;以性別、年齡、
社經地位三個因素為背景變項,以使用意願為依變項發展出本研究之研究架構。
本研究採用立意取樣問卷調查法,以大連市某3 間幼兒園所之幼兒家長為研
究對象,共回收469 份問卷,剔除無效問卷36 份,共回收433 份有效問卷,有
效回收率為92.3%;調查所得資料以描述統計、線性回歸分析、單因子變異數分
析等統計方法進行分析。本研究獲得之結論如下:
一. 在功能與特性上,微信公眾號與Facebook 的粉絲專頁相似,微信朋友圈與
Line 的動態消息相似;
二. 知覺有用性、知覺易用性、知覺趣味性以及知覺行為控制均對幼兒家長使用
M-learning 意願有顯著正向影響;
三. 不同背景變項 (性別、年齡、社經地位)的幼兒家長對於M-learning 知覺有用性、知覺易用性、知覺趣味性以及知覺行為控制與M-learning 使用意願關係間存在不同的調節效應;
四. 知覺有用性、知覺易用性、知覺趣味性以及知覺行為控制在不同性別、年齡、社經地位之幼兒家長群體中M-learning 使用意願的預測力不同;
五. 性別和年齡對幼兒家長使用M-learning 的意願無顯著影響,社經地位對幼兒家長使用M-learning 的意願有顯著影響。

會展廠商之創新技術持續使用意願研究 / Research on the continuance intention of companies attending exhibitions to use innovative technology陳奕君 Unknown Date (has links)
本研究以針對B2B資訊系統設計之資訊系統成功模型(IS Success Model)作為假設架構,探討使用者滿意度與持續使用意願間的關係,並加入個人創新特質做為影響持續使用意願之假設,在研究架構中,分別探討資訊品質與系統品質與使用者滿意度的關係,以及使用者滿意度與個人創新特質分別對持續使用意願的關係。
本研究透過問卷法抽樣進行資料蒐集,選擇2010台北國際電子產業科技展之參展廠商作為研究對象,在回顧大量文獻與研究架構,並且排除無效問項後,進行問卷調查與分析,總共回收117份有效問卷,以PLS(Partial Least Squares)法進行分析後,得到以下結論:
使用者對於資訊系統的滿意度與系統品質及資訊品質呈現正相關,當資訊品質越高,也就是資訊系統產出的資訊之品質越好時;使用者滿意度會越高;當系統品質越高時,也就是資訊系統本身的特性越好時,使用者滿意度會越高。本研究更進一步發現,資訊系統持續使用意願受到使用者滿意度及個人創新特質影響,使用者滿意度與持續使用意願有正相關,滿意度越高時,持續使用的意願會越高;個人創新特質與持續使用意願也呈現正相關,當使用者之個人創新特質越強烈時,持續使用資訊系統的意願會越高。 / This research, based on the IS Success Model proposed by DeLone and McLean(1992), the B2B information system regarding the relationship between user satisfaction and continuance usage. Personal innovativeness was added to test its relationship with continuance usage. Within the hypothesized framework, the impacts of latent variables in system quality and information quality on user satisfaction are examined and tested, respectively.
The research is conducted through sampling by a survey from companies attending the 2010 Taipei International Electronics Show. Of 121 samples collected, 117 are effective. By analyzing the samples with the PLS (Partial Least Squares) method, the research concluded the following:
User satisfaction is positively influenced by system quality and information quality, which represents the characteristics of the information system itself and the form of information produced by the information system respectively. User satisfaction, together with personal innovativeness of the users, positively influence the continuance intentions to use the information systems.
