第一章說明本研究之動機與目的、研究架構、研究方法、研究範圍及限制等。第二章
敘述我國貿易發展概況。第三章簡介資訊系統之概念。第四章對於我國外銷廠商之外
貿商情資訊作業現況作一分析及檢討。第五章探討對外貿易資訊系統所應具備之內容
與功能，試建資料搜集、資料儲存、資料處理與分析、資訊傳輸、資訊發布等副次系
統。第六章討論對外貿易資訊系統建立之必要性與國際商情資訊中心之組織構想。第
七章根據前述討論予以總結並提出著者個人建議。
