當企業針對環境衝擊，配合本身競爭上的優劣勢而制定出因應的策略後，下一步工作 就是調整本身是組織以執行該項策略，因外學者研究多角化策略和組織之關係，而提 出「組織結構隨策略而調整」之論點，本論文乃針對本國的企業，就「策略形態」更 廣泛的構面去探討其與組織之配合關係，期能得到足以供企業界參考之原則。 本論文各章主題如下： 第一章：研究之動機、目的，研究對象，研究工具，資料分析與研究限制。 第二章：組織結構和策略形態之一般概念，相關文獻之探討，研究架構與操作定義， 及研究假設。 第三章：組織結構之各層面探討。 第四章：組織與策略配合之狀況，環境因素、技術因素對這種配合關係的影響。 第五章：以績效驗證各項假設。 第六章：結論與建議。
