託收方式(D/P、D/A)輸出保險制度之研究

（一）前言：說明輸出貿易是台灣經濟命脈之所在，且外貿付款條件已逐漸由Ｌ╱Ｃ 轉向託收方式（Ｄ╱Ｐ、Ｄ╱Ａ），為了克服貿商以Ｄ╱Ｐ、Ｄ╱Ａ輸出所可能遭遇 之信用與政治風險，託收方式輸出保險愈形重要。 （二）理論篇：主要介紹託收方式之意義、特性、風險與各國之使用情形，以及輸出 保險之沿革、特性、種類與各國辦理之特色。 （三）實務篇：介紹中、日、韓三國有關託收方式（Ｄ╱Ｐ、Ｄ╱Ａ）輸出保險之歷 史、營運組織體系、保險內容與徵信作業概況並作一簡單比較表。 （四）結論：訪問貿商、輸出入銀行、政府官員及專家學者，綜合其意見並參考各國 之辦理情形來說明我國辦理託收方式輸出保險目前所面臨之一些問題與指出未來應有 之改善方向。
