本研究的主要目的在探討員工的需求層次、工作態度、與組織氣候，對員工承諾的解
釋能力；本研究同時探討員工人口統計特徵與需求層次、工作態度、與員工承諾的關
係。
本研究以臺灣的電子公司，生產線上作業員以外的各級職員二七三名為研究對象。
本論文共分成七章：
第一章：緒論及研究問題。
第二章：文獻探討。
第三章：研究方法。
第四章：人口統計特徵與需求層次、工作態度與組織承諾的關係。
第五章：需求層次、工作態度、與組織氣候對組織承諾的交互影響。
第六章：需求層次、工作態度、與組織氣候對組織承諾解釋力之探討。
第七章：結論與建議。
