企業績效的計量模型

企業是追求目標的組織；更具體的說：企業經營即在於因應環境的限制下，有效的運 用各種資源，以達成所追求的目標。因此，如何建立一套完整的分析模型，提供企業 決策者從事環境的偵測, 策略的擬定及資源的分配，并進行績效的衡量，實在是一項 很重要的課題。 本研究擬自策略管理的觀點，借助經濟計量方法，探討在塑膠產業中企業的績效，策 略及環境三變數間的關係： (一)從不同領域的研究中，導引出多目標的聯立模型； (二)選擇的適當的衡量變數及設立模型； (三)解釋實證結果在管理上的含義。 期望透過數量代模型的分析，能使吾人對於前述課題有更進一步的認識。
