企業經營指標之研究

本研究主旨在於探討企業的經營環境結構與企業個體之經營行為對企業的各種經營指 標之影響。決策者如能瞭解三者間之關係，將有助於其面對各種環境結構之變化，採 取適當之經營行為，從而產生較滿意之經營績效。 本研究全文分六章，約四萬餘字，成書一冊。第一章為本文之緒論：說明本文之研究 動機、觀念架構、研究方法及本研究之限制因素。第二章為本文理論文獻之考查部份 。從第三章起為本文之實證部份，也為本文之重心所在。第三章討論環境結構與經營 指標間的關係。第四章討論企業之經營行為與經營指標間的關係。第五章探討結構、 行為、指標間的關係。第六章為本文之綜合結論并做成各項建議，以為經營決策及後 來繼續研究之參考。
