第一章說明中蘇友好同盟條約締結之背景。第一節雅爾達協定，敘述中蘇條約之源起
，第二節略述雅爾達會議至莫斯科談判期間情勢之發展。第二章說明中蘇條約之締結
。第一節第二節分述兩個階段談判之折衝過程。第三節分析我國締約之原因及各方的
反應。第三章敘述蘇聯違約之情形，將蘇聯之阻撓國軍接收東北，於東北的搶奪，對
中共的各項援助及在外蒙新疆之擴張等違約情事，分別加以說明。第四章敘述控蘇案
與中蘇條約之廢止經過。分三節將我控蘇案於聯合國提出，幾遭擱置，以至於終獲通
過之演變作一陳述，再敘述廢約之經過。末章結論，綜述中美蘇於整個事件中的態度
，此事件對中國之影響，並提出個人對此事的些感想。
